@paintfairy I hear you - my temp shot up to 36.7 today so is still nowhere near my cover line of 36.4 and I'm CD4 now! Definitely coming back as a man next time...

@MrsTwentyEight oh no! Frustrating. But yes it's good it's predictable. Fingers crossed for you for the next bus.

My temp is still up. But still bleeding on and off? Maybe it is the cervical erosion? It's annoying whatever it is. And why it's happening this early, I've no idea. I'm coming back as a man next time! 🤣

Aaaand AF is here today exactly on 14DPO
I’ll just take it as a good thing that I can feel OV pains and hopefully did OV on that Friday I felt it

@Juno231 I've got slight back ache too. I think often there's never an answer. I'll just pretend it's not there. 🤣

@paintfairy it can def be 1-2 days later but I think I'd expect it to be brown at that point and not bright red? I'd just pretend it didn't happen lol as it makes zero sense!

@Juno231 could be. It's just about 2 days late. Lol. We last dtd Tuesday morning.

@paintfairy could also be ovulation spotting? I agree that it seems an odd time to be progesterone related! Have you DTD today/yday at all?

@Juno231 Good luck. I had mine done last year and they were ok. Hopefully yours will be too. No idea what that means mind as you never actually see them.

Odd things happening for me today. My temp was 36.74 so I'm assuming definitely ovulated. Yesterday it was 36.50. The day before I missed so I've no idea if I ovulated that day or the day before that. Possibly that day. Anyway- although I usually bleed in my LP its either 2 days before AF (if lucky) or anything up to a week before. However I noticed a tiny about of brown spotting last night mixed with cm. And today I've now got red? Just when you think you have a pattern? 🙄🤣 I would personally say spotting at this point can no way be linked to low progesterone? (which is what you assume it is towards the end). I have had ovulation spotting in the past mind, but then it being today doesn't fit with my temps either? All good fun! 🤣

Just had my day 3 bloods done at the gp so will be interesting to see what comes out of it.

Yeah I think mine was evap as there’s a colour but very faint sigh onto next cycle

@MrsTwentyEight I can usually see a dent on them which looks like a line. But there's no pink colour. Once it did actually look like there was more than that though, but it was still questionable. Did get a little excited but the next day- nothing.

My temp is higher today so definitely ovulated at some point. Dreaded wait begins.

@Juno231 my temp was odd this month and went back up early on, after af started. It didn't come back low until cd5. Then it stayed low.

My cycles are more 27/28 days but vary from 23-30. This is cycle 7 for me.

@paintfairy I remember you struggling to temp because of sleep already back in Feb - didn't realise you were still waking up at night because of it!

@Juno231 oh Juno don’t tell me that! That’s really sweet of you but now I have hope 😂 Thank you though! Cycle 3 technically and I’m def not counting this one as anything but a light trick as of yet! I’ll keep you guys posted though! My husband made me throw it in the bin as I kept wandering outside to take a look at it in the light 😂

I wish I knew more about charts to help you :/ How long are your cycles generally ? I totally understand your need to get this all checked out. The waiting is a torture. I hope now that Covid numbers are falling , services will resume. Which cycle is this for you? Don’t lose faith!

@paintfairy ha well I've fallen out of love with temping over night! I'm pretty sure I had AF yesterday but my temp went back up today so now I'm a bit confused.

@Juno231 I find temping so exciting i struggle to sleep. 🙄 This morning it was up a bit though so I do think I've already ovulated. Time will tell. It's definitely mega useful though and I know before af comes that it will, because of my temp.

I'm testing on a cheapie every single day of course!
This evening (CD12) - I can see the hint of a line on a cheapie but this could TOTALLY be an evap line as it is barely there....so I am trying my best not to get hopes up :( AF due Friday

@paintfairy I hadn't realised until FF commented on my LP being irregular! Apparently in the last 6 cycles it's varied between 11-14 days.

I agree re: temping, I'm finding it super useful! I kinda find it exciting taking it in the mornings 😅

@Juno231 I fully expect my temp to be higher tomorrow. We shall see. Its definitely helpful temping. I know when af is coming but I am still like you. If I test its usually after af to be sure it was that. 🙄

Strange about your lp. Mine never alters the spotting does vary but the length is always 14 days.

@paintfairy ha to be honest I'm never convinced it's AF and it always plays tricks on me as it's so so light that I imagine if anyone else had it they'd assume it was implantation or something 🙊. My massive temp drop has helped corroborate it though!

I ovulated on CD12 (compared to CD16 the last three months) and my LP dropped by a day to 11 days. So technically still okay for length on both sides but it still concerns me how much it can differ month on month.

Even if you missed today you should see some nice temp increases the next three days which will hopefully confirm it?

@Juno231 oh no. I thought your chart looked promising as well! How frustrating. But that makes your LP really short? Are you sure its AF?
I haven't noticed any difference. I was hoping not to ovulate too early and I don't think I did. I thought my temp rose day 10 (making it mega early at day 9) but i took it later than usual. Yesterday it was lower again and where I'dbexpect. Annoying i missed it today. I won't bother testing. I'll just wait for AF.

@paintfairy CD1 here for me - was only 23 days long this time. My charts were looking really promising as well but alas. My cycles are a bit all over the place and as I'm worried about early menopause (mum got it at 31), I think want to get the ball rolling on getting stuff checked out by a gp.

Got my fingers crossed for you this cycle - are you noticing any improvements with your new supplements at all? When will you be testing?
