AF due tomorrow - fingers crossed she won't show!

Adrianoska · 20/03/2020 14:50

I have been TTC for 4 months now (exactly 4 months ago I stopped mini pill —was only on it for two months)
But my husband and I got pregnant by accident about 7 months ago and lost it very immediately...
I am 36 and really worried why we are not getting pregnant. He is 30 only and desperate for a baby.
I will be ovulating in a few days hopefully... Xxx

Donnat89 · 20/03/2020 14:43

Hiya , yea had got the ball rolling with that before all this started but when I had my MC they checked all my tubes etc and also have had 2 children no problem , so likely isn't a problem with me .

OH needs to go get tested as think it may be his swimmers , we know he's not infertile as we conceived before so likely it's a low count so really all we can do is keep trying we are both healthy and take vitamins etc
So it's just a matter of it will happen when it happens xxxx

Stained cm has been a good sign for me, but I've had it a couple of times in other months too. But twinges are another good sign so really hoping its good news for you in a few days!

Juno231 · 20/03/2020 12:50

@LRHR would take a few more days before it'll show on a test if implantation is only just happening. Got all my fingers and toes crossed for you!

LRHR · 20/03/2020 12:39

@Juno231 yeah due 24th. Got a BFN yesterday and this morning. Not gonna test again until AF day.
Fingers crossed then xx

Juno231 · 20/03/2020 12:30

@LRHR you said AF is due on the 24th right? What DPO does that make you now cause that sounds like textbook implantation symptoms to me!

LRHR · 20/03/2020 12:11

I've had some new symptoms today, pink CM and left ovary area pain has anyone else experienced this? Xxx

Sammyclaire22 · 19/03/2020 19:42

I'm now on cycle 6 of ttc number 2. Took us 12m the first time then that was ectopic, then conceived my dd the next month. Expecting this time to take as long if not longer now I only have 1 tube and I'm a bit older too! But still hopeful. My dd is proof miracles can happen! It's why I'm tracking my cycles so closely too- I have a feeling I must have ovulated early before too which might have explained why it took us so long.
Nursery Pinterest is worse than house diy for time stealing @Juno231

LRHR · 19/03/2020 19:21

@Donnat89 wow that's a long time. I only had my Mirena out 2nd Jan this year. I've only had 3 periods since so I'm definitely far too early in the game to be thinking about it too much.
My doctor said I could get pregnant straight after removal and I've set my hopes on what she said xxx

Juno231 · 19/03/2020 18:58

@Donnat89 oof that's long Donna! I take it you've been to the doctors about it?

Donnat89 · 19/03/2020 18:35

I'm on cycle 11 after a MC last year . And even then we had tried for a year .

Before that I was on the mirena coil and took about 6 months for my cycles to return to normal xxx

Juno231 · 19/03/2020 18:02

@Adrianoska I've got my fingers crossed for you! My FW isn't until the 29th so our cycles will be well and truly out of kilter 😁

I've weirdly gone and put the next cycles' worth of dates into due date calculators just to see when a future baby would be due... The house we're buying also has a room that would be perfect as a nursery and it's so tempting to go down that Pinterest rabbit hole...

Juno231 · 19/03/2020 17:54

Cycle 2 right now and my contraceptive was the pill which I stopped taking in October.

LRHR · 19/03/2020 17:22

Can you just all remind me how long you've been TTC and if any of you have had the Mirena removed? Xx

Donnat89 · 19/03/2020 07:53

Yea I know it's still early but tbh with all these AF symptoms I don't think it will change of course not over until AF shows so still some hope will wait and see will only test again if AF doesn't arrive

@LRHR yes I'm thinking the same given how mad the world has gone and with no idea when things will return to normal it might be for the best in the long run ! Xxxx

@Donnat89 I've had another BFN this morning too 😩 maybe it's a good thing with everything that's going on xxx

BuffaloCauliflower · 19/03/2020 07:51

@Donnat89 11DPO is still very early, many women don’t get a BFP until their period is late, sometimes several days late. No reason to assume your automatically out with a BFN at 11DPO

Donnat89 · 19/03/2020 07:49

11 DPO today and as expected BFN . Oh well will take my seat on the TTC bus for another month . Hope everyone is ok x

Good morning ladies, how are you?
I am so annoyed by all this corona! Really does makes everything so difficult now...
I am entering my fertile window in 5 days apparently 🙂. I still hope it wil be my month 😊🎀

Sammyclaire22 · 18/03/2020 19:55

Sorry to hear about the bfns... hopefully they change in the next few days ladies

Not much to report- husband has had Covid symptoms for over 2 weeks now but all surviving here! And I caught hand foot and mouth from my dd so none of us have been particularly frisky. With all the drama the last week or two I've really not been thinking about ttc. I ovulated really late this month (2dpo now)
As for previous comments on ewcm I seem to get it about 3 or 4 days before peak ppl and bbt rise. Normally i have to check inside though (this month I've had loads so hoping it's a good sign for good fertility!)

Part of me is worried incase I do catch this month, I'm nhs so keeping aware of possible risks Confused

Littlepeas2 · 18/03/2020 10:18

@LRHR Still so early!! You never know!!

I had a random burst of EWCM yesterday but DH was out so couldn’t DTD! We did the night before though so I’m keeping my fingers crossed. Now I really have no idea when ovulated as I thought it was Sunday!

How lucky are the men by the way 😂 they can carry on with their days without all these questions going through their heads!

@Juno231 @Donnat89 keeping my fingers crossed for you girls

Donnat89 · 18/03/2020 07:49

Hi ladies I'm 10DPO today so will
Probably test using FRER tomorrow as can't wait any longer will day though that I've had
My usual back ache so pretty certain AF is on her way so fully expecting a BFN . Xx

Juno231 · 18/03/2020 07:34

BFN here too when I tested yday at 10DPO. I'm conscious that it is still early days though and could change - but considering I never pin pointed an ovulation I have no clue what's going on really.

Not holding my breath but as my boobs have been really sore this past week I'm secretly hoping it will happen.

LRHR · 18/03/2020 07:15

BFN 😭

TTC ..... those with TWW Starting around 11feb ?come keep me company !!!
