Gosh -am up and down like a rollercoaster today -this morning was convinced i am pg but now i have just noticed my token mouth ulcer that i ALWAYS get with A/F - am i being really silly to think there is now no chance?

Tessiebear · 22/10/2004 10:35

Yes Bagpus you are right. You have just confirmed what i was thinking. Will test with first wee tommorow (will probably be in the loo at 4 in the morning with my stick! )

Bagpuss30 · 22/10/2004 10:31

TB if I were you I'd do it tomorrow am with your first wee.

Tessiebear · 22/10/2004 10:28

I am CD37 today bagpuss but know i oved late in cycle

Tessiebear · 22/10/2004 10:28

With DS1 i got a BFP on my AF due day. With DS2 i got a BFN on CD30 - BFP on day 33 then a BFN on a doctors test on CD36 - when they gave me the results they said that doctors tests arnt as sensitive as hpt's

mariella · 22/10/2004 10:26

congratulations bagpuss that is such good news! you must be very excited. 1st July - you can be the very first person to start the "Due in July 2005" thread but you'll be talking to yourself for a day or so lol.
I'm really sorry that it didn't work out for you this month Tania

Will someone please tell me when to start using my opk sticks? I'm feeling very thick and don't want to mess up. CD 12? Or is that a bit late?

Bagpuss30 · 22/10/2004 10:23

TB, when you were pg before, what cd did you test on then? With my last two I tested around CD35 (so 5 weeks pg), and got BFPs straight away. This time it is the earliest I have ever tested and got a positive. The clearblue seemed quite sensitive and the instructions said wait 3 minutes but I got the result in one.

Tessiebear · 22/10/2004 10:22

Stupid jumping the gun girl here again!!! I have just worked out my EDD for if i am pg - it would be the 23 June - so i wouldnt quite be joining you on the July thread Bagpuss!

Tessiebear · 22/10/2004 10:18

Well i too have a clearblue digital waiting to be used - but i got a bfn with a first response on Tuesday - so i am wondering whether it is still too early to use a clearblue - i am 14 days PO tommorow - my only sign that i oved is that i got eggwhite cm on cd22 - so that is pressuming i oved 2 days after the eggwhite - so confused and wanting to test but at the same time i dont want to waste a test on an early bfn (again)

Bagpuss30 · 22/10/2004 10:16

Thanks Twiga and Hula

Hula, you would not believe how many typos my message had before I posted - I am shaking like a leaf! Now hurry up you lot and join me on the July thread - I am due on 1st July 2005 so am feeling a bit lonely now .

Twiga · 22/10/2004 10:15

Still no sign of af here, CD32 - some very slight pinkish brown spotting again this morning, barely noticable. Got bfn when tested yesterday, if no sign of af come sunday morning will test again, though not really holding out much hope - stupid hormones!

Bagpuss30 · 22/10/2004 10:12

LOL TB, what are you like???!!!

Right, well I ov'ed on CD15 and today is CD29. I tested this morning first thing using a clearblue digital test. Only symptoms have been that my boobs look like a road map and bra underwires digging in like mad at the moment so I guess I'll have to get that sorted pronto.

Hulababy · 22/10/2004 10:08

Wow Bagpuss!!!! CONGRATULATIONS

Can't believe you kept it in till right at the end of your message!

Yeah, a BFP for a testee before I go away. Let's hope I read some more on my return eh?

Tessiebear · 22/10/2004 10:07

BAGPUSS - FANTASTIC - CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am now going to bombard you with questions
how many days post ovulation were you when you tested?
What symptoms do you have?
p.s - i am going to test tonight or in the morning - your BFP has spurred me on!!

Twiga · 22/10/2004 10:05

Congratulations Bagpuss, fab news . Goodness what a fertile thread, that's eight of you now!!!

Bagpuss30 · 22/10/2004 10:03

Morning everyone, I hope you are all well today .

Tania and Golds ((((Hugs)))) sorry to hear about af at least you can break out the wine and choc without feeling guilty now.

Welcome back BeckiF, hope your holiday was a good one.

Hula and Pamina3 hope the bd'ing is successful this weekend .

Cobweb, we will all be thinking about you with fingers crossed today xx.

Tessiebear, I thought you would have tested again about now. Don't worry about the cm, I'm not sure you can read anything into it at this stage - just do a test NOW!!!!

Well, ladies, you can count me off the weekend testing list now as I did one this morning.......
it was a BFP!!!!!!!!!! so I suppose I should be spreading some of this now ~~~~~~~~~

Tessiebear · 22/10/2004 09:40

Hi all! AF still a no show and the cramps went away so there is still hope! THis morning i have a lower backache. Does anyone know what CM should be doing just before AF????? Also what does "pregnant" CM look like???? My cm this morning could be described as creamy/cloudy - sorry for TMI so early in morning
Welcome back BECKIF - did you have a good, though shorter holiday?

Hulababy · 22/10/2004 09:13

I think EWCM is just before OV and it is the most fertile type of CM. Didn't notice any at all last month.

Cobweb, just remembered you're due to go back to the hospital today - must be feeling aprehensive - all the very best, hope things are fine - will be thinking about you and dh today, lol to you both x

Hulababy · 22/10/2004 08:50

Tania. Sorry about AF.

CD17 here. Got a groggy cold starting this morning, but definitely has EWCM last night. Couldn't do temp this morning though as had a really disturbed night (well early morning really) so readings aren't right. Probably won't get to to it tomorrow either as we have to be up at about 4am, to leave at 5am. Oh well, we will just see what happens.

LipstickMum · 22/10/2004 08:44

Morning Tania. I'm really, really sorry af turned up I was so hopeful for you. There's not much one can say after 11 months ttc, it's bl**dy hard.

Definitely count first af day as cd1, your cycles aren't particularly short, mine were the same; around 28 days. Enjoy the comfort food and dinner at your nanna's We're here if you need to chat ((hugs))

Jeddah!!! You need to get offline and go and holiday big time! ALthough, from your message last night, it does sound like you are having a FAB, FAB, FAB time!!!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for those still in need of testing and lots of ~~~~~~~~~ (heavy duty babydust for this weekend)

xxxxx
