5 days late with BFN

Hi,
So my periods are always regular, never missed one, never late... you get my drift.
AF is now 5 days late. But I keep getting BFN. I’ve been using the clear blue digital.

Only symptoms I really have though is tiredness, backaches and not interested in foods.
I had a MC 7 years ago, and had zero symptoms I was pregnant, I was too busy to notice my period was late, and found out when I was 8 weeks.
Is there anyone that had a BFP pretty much later on? I’m driving myself insane with being in between late and negatives

How many days DPO is everyone? Might be the reason 🤔 I think they advise testing from about 12DPO which is me this morning 🙈

@Bl0ndeye I tested on Tuesday which was the day after I was due and had a negative so I have just been waiting for AF to show. Not too sure when to test next, you?

@Mamahannah2019 I’ve been the same, keep telling myself to wait longer and give my body time . But I really can’t help myself I’m heading to the shops soon to buy a load of test. It really drives you nuts just the in between huh! Good luck xx

@charlottees89 certainly, it’s so nerve wracking that 3 minutes waiting on its results. It’s good to have someone around :). Good luck to you both big hugs
I’m now on day 6, so I’m heading to Asda soon and will grab a few different ones for tomorrow morning, I might ending clearing them out lol. Xx

@Sweethaven Haha I know! I haven't really seen my DH because of work and I want us both to be there as it's our first time TTC.
Think this weekend will be a test of my nerve though. Going to try wait until Sunday, I just don't want a negative to feel disheartened :( let me know how you get on x

Hang in there and keep testing although don’t listen to symptoms

Symptoms are caused by pregnancy hormones produced during and after implantation - if high enough to make you aware they’d by high enough for a sensitive test

Your symptoms sound positive, I'm currently in a very similar position. My periods have been bang on to the day the last few months and I'm 4 days late today. Took a test and BFN, don't know whether to test again in a few days or wait it out longer to see if AF shows. I absolutely hate seeing negative after negative.

I think I will be buying a few different ones to try them all lol! But fingers crossed over the weekend I get something.
When my DH came home from work tonight he says my body feels really warm as if I had a fever, and I usually such a cold person, always wrapped up like I live in an igloo lol.
You must have so much patience being able to wait it out. Good luck hun :)

Try a different pregnancy test. I think clear blue are renowned for not picking up a v early pregnancy. The First Response tests seem to be the best and ones everyone uses. If you get a BFP on that try a Clear Blue a couple of days after. Good luck Smile
My AF is currently 2 days late but waiting a couple more days to test as I'm only 9-10DPO
