Hey girls... thought I'd make a new post I'm struggling to find new ones 😂 I'm 28 nearly 29 and my other half is also the same age! I'm currently on my period and this is the month we have decided to start trying! I'm so excited but also do not want to get my Hope's up as I know it can be a very long journey to get that BFP! Anyone else trying this month? I'm looking to get ovulation sticks to increase my chances xxx

How is everyone doing? According to ovia my fertile window starts tomorrow so fingers crossed!

And I'm so impatient that I'm already thinking pregnancy tests lol! 🙈 does anyone know which are the best ones to get? Also, I know I should probably just wait until my period is due before testing but I'm not sure if I will be able to when the time comes! Has anyone tested early, or is anyone planning to test early, or are you waiting for AF to be overdue first?

Ahhh fingers crossed! My apps predicting the 13th we are going to have sex every other day until I get my positive ovulation stick! I'm just so impatient I want to get trying now Haha xxxx

@abby25 Wow that's crazy we have the same dates! I came off my pill in December and had my withdrawal bleed so this will be my first cycle after that. There's really no knowing whether things are actually back to normal for me this month or not! I hope so! I'm not going to use ovulation tests this month. I'm just going to see what happens. My app is predicting 10th for ovulation! Wishing you luck! It would be so fun if it worked out for us both this month!

@Elley2912 omg I'm on CD7 to! I have an average of a 32 day cycle... I've just ordered the clear blue ovulation test kit so I'm hoping it will be around day 14-17 so about a week to wait xxx

So cute!!!!! Ahhh roll on next week when it should be around my fertile time! My next period is due around the 28th of Feb so will be testing around then 🤗 trying not to get my Hope's up but @Daisy2206 you have got me excited knowing thay it can happen first time round! Lol xxx

It already feels super long! I've had a bath to try and distract myself but I just keep googling pregnancy stuff!!

@Mc3209 I think I will have to tell him as soon as he is home at 5.45am so I will keep the test in the bedside drawer and show him it when he climbs into bed :) otherwise I will have to wait until he wakes up at around 1pm and that wait will kill me!

Okay so my willpower to will/must wait until Monday as previously stated, has totally gone out the window! My partner is working a nightshift and I literally couldn't stop thinking about the digital test I have... Thinking to myself that it would help me know for definite, but also knowing it would only be just over 50% accurate today and its not first morning wee so I could end up with a "not pregnant"..... I braced myself for it and OMG I GOT A BFP!!!! I squeeled with delight but now have to hold it in as I can't tell partner until he is home from work at 5.45am!!!

Ah fingers crossed for you! I finish my period tomorrow so think me an other half are just going to be at it every other day! I always get a lump of jelly around ovulation time and I've never know If it's actually ovulation day pr not so this month when I have it again I'm going to see if I get a positive ovulation stick xxx

I am dreading the 2ww too @abby25 no idea how I will cope when I can't even wait a few days to ovulate 😂 I'm not using ovulation sticks this month but I think I might do next month if necessary (hopefully not!) So we are throwing the net wide and going to try and do it at least every other day for most of the month if we can 🤣! Last month I had a bit of a twinge on one side and some spotting cd11 so I think that could have been ovulation though slightly earlier than predicted... Only a few days to go if so!

I think that's what I might do! Just do ot everyday from day 12 and hope for the best 🤣 um so impatient aswell I dont know how I'm going to come with the 2ww 🤣🤣 xxx

First cycle too! Not expecting AF on 20th Feb, just about to enter fertile period. I've started tracking ovulation yesterday with cheapie LH sticks, but have been DTD every 2 days from CD3 Grin Thinking of cranking that up to everyday around ovulation (I think my DH will be hiding from me by the end of this cycle Grin)

Thank @abby25 and @Nora11 I have my fingers crossed for that BFP... Not sure I have any useful tips, except dtd at the right time 😂 we just made sure we did it every day leading up to and just after ovulation xxx
