I've been on the coil for 3 month now and I've been feeling sick and tired for a few days now, done a freedom pregnancy test and at the end of the time frame this thin line came up?!
What are your opinions on this and what do I do now ?

I definitely saw a line. Can you test in the morning with first wee with an frer if you can get one tonight?

changedUsernam · 18/01/2020 07:59

Just looked again and the line is the same as yesterday's I'm getting a frer

I can see a line but it looks grey so I wouldn’t be too worried

However, do see a nurse if you’re really concerned

Done another today and only looked at it until exactly 5 minutes via timer this time to be precise ha! And the only line I seen was when I shined a torch through the back, quite thin but seemed to be placed more where I would look for a line m, last nights seemed to be more on the right than usual

No line to be seen sorry

GlamGiraffe · 18/01/2020 05:19

I used these tests and cant see a positive line, just the mark where the ink inside the strip is stored IYSWIM. I'd be surprised if it was positive. I've always found the pink brand (cant remember the name🤣) best at early positives. Googled, yes its first response!

Brenna24 · 18/01/2020 05:08

It looks positive to me too. The clearblue digitals are less sensitive, so give it a week or so for trying one of those.

Sparkle2020 · 18/01/2020 05:00

I can see a line. Please get another test and keep us updated. Hope you get the answer you want x

magicalpeach · 17/01/2020 23:22

I can 100% see a line. This is what my tests looked liked the 3 times i was pregnant at the very beginning. Very early on but i would class that as a positive test. Test with another cheapy test in a few days, or get a clearblue digital. Smile

*merina 🤦🏻‍♀️

DobbieFreeElf · 17/01/2020 22:05

My cousin got pregnant with a more a coil, they then had to take the coil out without disrupting the pregnancy, she has a DD now... No contraception is 100%

ememem84 · 17/01/2020 22:02

Would be the end of the world if it was a line?

I just got mirena fitted and for me it would absolutely be end of the world. I’ve got 2 kids. I don’t want any more. Number 2 was a suprise and I was on the pill....

WireBrushAndDettolMaam · 17/01/2020 22:01

Fingers crossed for you OP!

Teacaketotty · 17/01/2020 22:01

I think take another test and make an appointment to get everything checked. Those tests weren’t very sensitive for me so a first response will definitely be positive if your pregnant. Hope your okay, try not to panic!

changedUsernam · 17/01/2020 21:59

@WireBrushAndDettolMaam I hope it's just a funny test, I got the mirena to stop any of this happening

@Bessiebigpants it's mirena Confused

OP posts:
WireBrushAndDettolMaam · 17/01/2020 21:56

I can see it OP.

Bessiebigpants · 17/01/2020 21:56

Is it a mirena or copper if it's copper and this can be upsetting An egg can of course fertilise but won't stick so likely a chemical Sorry it should have been explained

changedUsernam · 17/01/2020 21:55

@Teacaketotty I can feel strings , I have been spotting for weeks as well so not sure why

OP posts:
Teacaketotty · 17/01/2020 21:53

Definitely looks like a line, I’ve used these tests hundreds of times and never had anything like a line unless pregnant - however it may be faulty etc so try a first response as suggested above! Have you checked your coil is in place?
