Hi to anyone reading 👋🏻

This is a thread for anyone TTC / testing in February, after a miscarriage.

I’ll start off with intros! I’m 37 and my first pregnancy ended in miscarriage at 5 1/2 weeks in December. I TTC straight afterwards, but AF found me, so here I still am on this crazy, frustrating, rollercoaster of a journey!

I joined the January thread after my miscarriage and it’s been amazing to go there and chat to other women who know how you feel.

So for anyone joining this, I’m so so sorry you find yourself here, but you’re in good company ❤️

Ah congratulations @stephyrose and @AlviesMam!! I'm so pleased we're finally starting to see some BFPs on these threads.

Good luck to you both and in the nicest way possible I'm so glad that you hopefully won't be joining us on the March thread. But please let us know how you're getting on. I feel strangely invested in everyone's pregnancies now after the journey we've been on over the past few months.

Wishing you both all the luck in the world! I'm hoping we will all start joining you on pregnancy threads instead soon.

P.s it's goldenbauble I've had a name change as it was too festive 😂

Ibaadsmummy · 23/02/2020 08:23

Yeyyyy congratulations xx

Anny27 · 23/02/2020 07:46

Oh I misread and thought you said the line came up within 20 minutes!!!! Then yes its positive 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 @AlviesMam

Anny27 · 23/02/2020 07:46

Congratulations lovely!!!!
It looks positive @AlviesMam - I think they say to read it within 10 minutes so perhaps get another and test again?

shhhhs · 23/02/2020 07:41

@alviesmam it's so natural to worry ❤️ but it definitely looks positive and that's amazing. Maybe give the doctor a call and ask for a blood test to confirm correct levels, no doubt they would do that following your previously awful experience

AlviesMam · 23/02/2020 07:24

@shhhhs don't have a clue when I ovulated!! Since my still birth my cycles have been 28/29 days so I just DTD when the FLO app told me too! I am four days late but worried why it's so faint 😔 xx

shhhhs · 23/02/2020 07:21

@alviesmam definitely looks positive!!! How exciting!!! Do you know for sure when you ovulated? Could be faint if you ovulated slightly later than you thought xx

AlviesMam · 23/02/2020 07:13

Guys is this positive?
The line came up within 20 seconds but it's very faint. I'm four days late why would it be faint?

Thanks in advance!
X

Ahhhhhh @StephyRose how amazing! I'm so happy for you! It gives me a lot of hope seeing these BFPs. Did you have any symptoms in your tww? Good luck and I really hope this is a sticky bean for you! xxxxxx
P.s. I don't think you need to worry about that cm but I totally get feeling anxious. Hopefully with every milestone you reach that fear will fade xx

BS9790 · 22/02/2020 19:14

@michette how are you feeling? Really hope you get that bfp soon, I'll keep my eye out for your news!!! Xxx

@StephyRose congratulations on your bfp, that's such a good line... Mine still aren't that dark! I agree I don't think the discharge looks too worrying.. Xx

Michette · 22/02/2020 18:21

I mean obviously next month as today 14dpo was BFN and AF due tomorrow

Michette · 22/02/2020 18:20

@BS9790 ahhhh good to see updates!!

Happy for you - cycle buddy 😌

@StephyRose congrats!!!!!!! 🥳
The discharge doesn’t look to worrying.

Hope to join both of you soon in the BFP club 😄

Sparkl · 22/02/2020 17:55

Wow @StephyRose congratulations! Gives me hope to see these positive stories!

Whiffle77 · 22/02/2020 17:50

Congratulations @stephyrose - I get why you are worried but I dont think that is anything to worry about Smile

StephyRose · 22/02/2020 17:39

Hi lovely ladies,

Hope everyone is doing well and congratulations on your BFP @BS9790!! 👏👏💐

I got a BFP on 15DPO on Tuesdays. Been scared out of my wits and so I wanted to get a few days along before posting.

My only worry this evening is I've had a teeny tiny amount of weird colour discharge. Please find photo attached but only look if you feel it isn't TMI.

Do you think it is anything to worry about. Literally petrified of any wetness or discharge. 😥

BS9790 · 22/02/2020 13:20

My cycles pre mc were 31-33 days, my period came 24 days after the start of my MC bleeding so mine was much shorter!!

Ibaadsmummy · 22/02/2020 11:21

Thank you girls for ur replys so I'm guessing mines gonna be a week later I'm itching to test now cos app is saying 1 day till period obviously from old cycles need to hold out another week

kkr168 · 22/02/2020 11:18

@lbaadsmummy mine were every 24 days, 1st af after mc was a week late, so 31 days

TerribleImagination · 22/02/2020 11:08

Sorry mostly around the 28 mark I meant to say!

TerribleImagination · 22/02/2020 11:07

@lbaadsmummy I miscarried just before 6 weeks and I got my period on day 33 after the bleeding started and the sac was passed. My cycle is usually anything between 26 and 30 days (mostly around the 26 mark though), so that one was a little longer. The one after was a 30 day one as well. I’ve only ever had one or two 30 day cycles, so I definitely think the miscarriage has messed around with my cycles.
