@Fredthespider it's a good job I read the instructions as I normally cba and just go for it 😂 noticed it also suggests the day you should start taking OPK's depending on the length of your cycle, technically mine was Monday if I go by my normal average but thought fuck it and started this morning anyway 😂😂 I've got 20 sticks that's loads to keep me going!!

Morning ladies x no af for me so far this morning no cramps either x
I had two bottles of Budweiser beer and a glass of white wine in about 3 hours period and went to bed at 10pm feeling like I drank 2 bottles of wine by myself!
Boobs still painful and cm creamy and white no pink tinge to it at all x my af always arrives in the morning when I wake up, but I guess it’s either going to arrive later or tomorrow. I am not testing until Monday regardless though x

Started OPK's officially today. So CB digital say you should use your FMU but I swear you're not 'supposed' to use FMU with OPK's? I did anyway and these are today's. Blank circle as expected but think I'll ovulate towards the end of next week 🤞🏻

@Ange211 it helps with luteal phases, as I have a short one at 11 days. It can also help with irregular or long periods. It smells like death though 😹

So yes @langpants I went to test this morning bleary eyed as hungover as had end of month (january biggest month of year) drinks at work and I bloody weed all over the stick and ruined the test. The first control line didnt even come up so i messed it up 🤣. So I took it as a sign to just test tomorrow instead.

I did a test this morning at 10dpo and it was a BFN. (FRER) I had some awful cramps yesterday morning and stabbing pains. A few on off mild cramps since then. Only due on the 4th so a little early maybe for AF cramps. Am I out this month?

@Fredthespider YAAASSS emo life! I've had a really shit week this week.. I've just driven home on my own after an evening with the MIL and I stuck a good charlotte CD on 😂 just shouted along to the radio the entire way home, it's actually very therapeutic!! Feel ready to take on the FW now 😂

@Quiffy @Mumofboys17 loving the emo blasts from the past!! I’ve seen most of the bands you’ve both mentioned. I used to travel to South Wales all the time to see FFAF, prophets and their support bands.

@Mumofboys17 yes!!! Love so many of them. TBS and Funeral for a Friend were my absolute fav. Was absolutely gutted about Lost Prophets used to adore that scabby nonce. Now I can’t even listen to the songs I love! Did you get tickets for the Green Day/Fall Out Boy tour this summer?

@Mrslane2019 how big are your evening primrose tablets? I had Tesco's own and had to give them up as they were too big and I kept choking on them 😂😂 I'm only taking folic acid at the moment. Have to say the 2 days I did manage to get primrose oil down me I did notice an increase of cm within the first day! And that lasted about 4 days (2 consecutive days of taking the tablet)
