Hi who else is testing from the 19th? It's amazing how lonely ttc can be when you're trying to stay chill and calm with your partner ❤️

@TFC90 don't despair!!! It can take up to 6 months for your body to get back to ovulating and cycling properly after coming off of the pill, the fact that you've had 2 26 day natural cycles already is a super good sign!
You may ovulate quite late in your cycle, 30 days could only be day 10/11/12 DPO which could still be too early to detect a LH surge. I'd give it another 3/4 days and then maybe test again 😊

Thank you @Morganmom although I'm convinced I have an infection as I've literally had no more spotting. My boobs are swollen and painful and I'm telling myself - No! That would be the two slices of toast you eat with butter every time you come in from work you fatty 😂 you're not pregnant!!!!

TFC90 · 13/02/2020 09:19

@Morganmom Well it was another BFN again this morning, still very pale pink discharge.... I read it takes 2-3 days to get a positive after implantation.

I'm now on CD30 and my two natural cycles since coming off the pill have been 26 days....

Far too good to be true. AF will arrive in full force today I reckon. Sods law because I was so convinced last night, I made a pregnancy announcement to tell my husband Hmm

Morganmom · 13/02/2020 02:59

@TFC90 don’t count yourself out yet! Hoping BFP for you !

TFC90 · 13/02/2020 00:14

@MamaPixie Oh my gosh! Me too! I had pink discharge last night, slight brown spotting this morning and then back to normal discharge, now it's back to pink though.

Before it went back to pink this evening I was convinced it was implantation bleeding... especially as AF was due Monday. Probably all in my head though and I'll get another BFN tomorrow morning (to add to my other 5 this week!!!)

Fingers crossed for you!

@mamapixie and @morganmom I don't think it's called femometer but it sounds like the same thing. Natural cycles app. I have found my temperatures have done exactly what they are meant to and they confirmed my ovulation was on the day after it was predicted and it coincided perfectly with symptoms. It's good because it tells you when your most fertile days are and when to take ovulation tests if you want (I haven't yet) Over time it tracks the trends in your own cycle and uses it to make predictions of your fertile days more accurate. After I have another baby (fingers crossed!) I am going to use it for contraception too. My friend was using it as contraception for a year and then switched it to 'get pregnant' mode and concieved instantly ...

Morganmom · 12/02/2020 23:18

@MamaPixie I hope it implantation! This does sound super promising!!
@Ktn35 I want to try femometer! I track my temps on my own so I would luv a tool that dies it for me!! I might order that now

MamaPixie · 12/02/2020 21:25

@Ktn35 ooooh is that the Femometer?? I used that first to track my cycles before using Opks. Some people don't find that their basals fluctuate correctly but mine was spot on when I used it, I found it really useful 😊 good luck!!

Oh god I don't want to get excited, I'm a nervous wreck 🙈 currently trying to plan a wedding on a shoestring too, I've had to put the laptop away because I'm shaking too much to type 😂 xx

Ktn35 · 12/02/2020 20:18

@mamapixie could be implantation no? Sounds promising XXX

Ktn35 · 12/02/2020 20:17

@mamapixie and @morganmom natural cycles is an app where you use temperature to either concieve or avoid conception depending on the setting. Three friends fell pregnant within two months of using it last year so I have signed up! You do have to pay and order a thermometer but so far I'm really impressed with how it has confirmed my ovulation. It's also much easier to use that other apps I've tried ☺️ xx

MamaPixie · 12/02/2020 19:37

@Morganmom it can't hurt 😉😁

Soooo - just in from work and I've got the tiniest little blood clots (about the size of a pinhead) and slight spotting 😔 I'm 7dpo so doubt in can be implantation but my period is due in another week still. Feeling slightly stressed out - google is not my friend. Do you reckon it could be a fertilised egg escaping? I really hope not! I'm usually like clockwork, this is quite unusual.

Morganmom · 12/02/2020 14:33

@MamaPixie I’ll start the calcium!! I luv pineapple so why not that too! Grin

MamaPixie · 12/02/2020 12:33

@HighlandMam1 amazing 😂 a very close friend of mine used it (the one and only time) when they conceived after 2 rounds of failed IVF - so you never know 😉

HighlandMam1 · 12/02/2020 08:12

@MamaPixie I'm with you for using everything and anything to give us the highest chance possible! 😂I used conceive lube for the first time this month 🤞🏼🤞🏼

MamaPixie · 12/02/2020 07:56

Yayyyyy everyone is back!!! 😊😊 @HighlandMam1 oh gosh that does sound exciting!! It would make sense with increased bloodflow etc too - only one more day after today 🙈

@ktn35 what's a natural cycle? I'm 7 DPO so am going to test on the 16th with a sensitive CB ERT.

@Morganmom I've read lots of good things about DHEA - I thought I'd try it after this cycle if we don't get a BFP. Only really lightweight stuff - fish oil and calcium (apparently 800mg a day can help change your vaginal environment to encourage y chromosone sperm - not sure how accurate that is 🤷🏽‍♀️) chaste tree supplements and good old fashioned pregnacare conception (my partner is doing the same instead we've swapped pregnacare for wellman for sperm motility)

Oh, and a pineapple every 2 days as a lot of women swear by the bromelain going through IVF, and Brazil nuts to help increase the thickness of the uterine lining. None of this probably works but I want to feel as though I'm giving us the best chance 🙈xx

HighlandMam1 · 12/02/2020 07:30

@Morganmom thanks!! Keeping everything crossed that this is a good sign! Tomorrow morning can't come quick enough!

Morganmom · 12/02/2020 02:08

@HighlandMam1
Yes! My HR went up just a smidge enough for me to notice when I was pregnant before and my body temp too which most people notice.

HighlandMam1 · 11/02/2020 22:46

Evening ladies! I'm testing in two days! I noticed something different tonight on my Fitbit my resting heart rate has gone up 15 points in the last 4 days. I find this odd as I've had a lovely weekend away for a wedding and the past two days off from work and feeling much more relaxed than normal! Did anyone with positives last month notice this or am I just clutching at any signs for a potential BFP? 🤣🤣 TTW is driving me crazy this month!

Morganmom · 11/02/2020 22:03

@Ktn35 hey there!!! I’m maybe 1 day past ovulation!!😂😂😂 but I’m already hoping for my BFP. I won’t be able to test until 12DPO so maybe around 24th!! Ugh it so hard to wait! What is natural cycle?

Morganmom · 11/02/2020 21:55

@MamaPixie so glad to hear you r in tww! I’m not that far behind u! Pls share your supplements. I am taking DHEA but just started last week! And started ubiquinol as I had been taking coQ10 but my friend that did ivf says it has to be active form to absorb? I switched. Would luv to hear others take on it!

Ktn35 · 11/02/2020 20:27

Hi all! I'm back in this month! I'm 4dpo I think. Been using natural cycles this month so hope it's worked!
When is everyone testing? Xx

Jessharlow81 · 11/02/2020 12:00

Yeah that’s a good point but I could of ovulated earlier than I thought my cycles at times can be slightly off especially this one

MamaPixie · 11/02/2020 08:40

@Morganmom so glad you're back 💪🏼😊 crossing everything for you - it's exciting getting to ovulation point 😊 (just before the crazy kicks in haha) I'm on day 19, we dtded from 9 to 15 just to make sure 🙈 I've promised myself not to check until 12 DPO at the earliest becuase it's too disappointing otherwise. Also - these supplements are getting expensive!! Come on uterus!! 😂

@Jessharlow81 whereabouts are you in your cycle? At the very very earliest implantation can happen at 6dpo (which is quite rare) which means at the very earliest a handful of women can test faintly positive at 8dpo with a fr pt (on average 6 days before AF depending on your cycle) I would hesitate to say that if AF is due in 8 days you are probably around 6dpo which even a blood test wouldn't pick up pregnancy wise. Your cycle could have a very long luteal phase though if you ovulate very early so may be worth checking in 4/5 days again - fingers crossed 😊

Jessharlow81 · 11/02/2020 00:03

Fingers crossed I’m still get faint lines more visible though 8 days til I’ll know for sure 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Morganmom · 10/02/2020 22:53

@MamaPixie hey there! Checking in with you!! I fell off there with my horrible AF strikes back week! Now I’m cycle day 11 and hoping I’m ovulating now or in last few hrs cuz DH and I DTD! I hav peak fertility so just hoping it works

Jessharlow81 · 06/02/2020 23:32

I’ve recently taken the bottom one is this an evap line or positive
