About to go into my fertile week and will be testing 29th jan 🙂 this is my 4th cycle trying for my 1st.

Anyone want some company while we enter into another TWW? 🙂

@AliSxo That is a really short cycle! I had a bleed at 8 DPO following some light spotting which has now completely stopped (11 DPO at the moment) which confuses me.

Hopefully your body is now getting into the groove of things!

Mycrazylife85 · 28/01/2020 17:04

Hope you are okay @PlanBea. My AF arrived too. 13 months for me too, although with such long cycles it's only about cycle 7. This cycle was a dream at under 40 days. I'm back at work and stressed though so let's see what the next one is like.

Where I live it is two years trying without success before you get referred unless you have a known medical reason. Dare I say I'm lucky I have PCOS. My husband has his sperm test next week and fingers crossed we will get a referral after. Irritatingly my bloods came back okay but when they looked further they could see my two levels were double (LH and another?) which is an indicator of pcos too. Had a scan on Sunday and my cysts are all good now too.. 🤷🏻‍♀️

@planbea I’m on cd 29 but with app saying 13dpo of normally a 30-33 cycle. Could be implantation implantation can happen between 9-12 dpo I suppose you’ll know tomorrow if temp raises again. Fingers crossed for you

PlanBea · 28/01/2020 09:05

@Jonesbabynumber1 I'm on CD28 but usually have a 33 day cycle, so it's quite early for AF. I'm either 9 or 11 dpo (my fertility monitor thinks it's 11, I think it's 9)

Jonesbabynumber1 · 28/01/2020 08:54

@planbea what cd are you ? I’ve only done my temp last few day’s as I know my average and it’s dipped this morning as well and having some intense cramps

PlanBea · 28/01/2020 08:13

Uurgh, I had some cramps last night and I've just had a big dip in my BBT. I can't face a BFN this morning but I think I'm out. Sad

Jonesbabynumber1 · 27/01/2020 21:16

@PlanBea what is your progesterone is normal surely they still have to refer you? As you could have other issues?

AliSxo · 27/01/2020 20:20

@raizelrea hey!! So 9DPO Friday night I wiped and there was my AF!! 24 days cycle which is bizarre but it's fine, onto a new cycle! My periods are slowly returning back to normal after my really early miscarriage in October, so hopefully that's a good sign xxx

PlanBea · 27/01/2020 19:20

@jonesbabynumber1 it's a blood progesterone test, to see if I have ovulated or not. This is the first month my BBT shows I've ovulated since we started. The first test came back that I hadn't ovulated (no surprise there!), I need another one before I can be referred Hmm

Jonesbabynumber1 · 27/01/2020 18:49

@planbea what two tests do you need to fail? Surely 12 months is enough for referral hate how they make you jump through hoops. Yes we just turned 30 so similar. @yellowflower22 yes hold out testing as long as your can cause once you do the one it’s hard to stop. The only time I relax is when AF is here never thought I’d say that

YellowFlower22 · 27/01/2020 18:35

Hey! I'm in the 2ww Confused nervous times!
Due Af around the 4th so think I'm too early to start testing end of jan? Don't want to test to early but know how bloody hard it is!

PlanBea · 27/01/2020 18:18

@jonesbabynumber1 yeah, it would be first. We're both early 30s so it's 12 months of trying and two failed CD21 tests before you get referred. I've had one so far, need to schedule the second for February. I've only had 9 cycles in that time as I had a super long cycle in between September and November. The wait between fertile windows feels like forever!

Jonesbabynumber1 · 27/01/2020 18:04

@AsSurprisedAsYouAre yes they be soon forgotten once we get the BFP I just have so many people posting about pregnancy even after cutting down my social media people on there second child and struggling with the first. App predicting Thursday but cycles can be from 29-33. What are yours like? @PlanBea gosh 13 months is this your first child too have you been to GP yet? I didn’t think I’d be here at 5 so can’t imagine what it’s like at 13.

PlanBea · 27/01/2020 16:49

@Jonesbabynumber1 I can sympathise with how you're feeling. Currently on day 10 of month 13 and it feels like my life has been on hold for the whole of 2019. I've given to being on pause and accepted a new job so sods law says this will be the month and I won't be entitled to SMP but I was going mad just having my entire life on hold each month, I needed to be making progress in my life

AsSurprisedAsYouAre · 27/01/2020 16:49

@jonesbabynumber1 absolutely not alone. I cried on the train in this morning and am on here posting because I I know it breaks my DH's heart to see me so sad when ostensibly we're 'doing everything right'. It just doesn't seem fair and it really is so painful. But we'll get there, it's hard to imagine, but all these months of tears will suddenly stop mattering when we get our BFP. When's AF due for you? Our cycles seem pretty similar.

Jonesbabynumber1 · 27/01/2020 14:39

@AsSurprisedAsYouAre I’ve been calm and chilled all month as that’s what everyone’s been telling me to do and it hasn’t worked and it’s just hit me that it hasn’t. I feel like a broken woman! Thank you though glad I’m not alone. Can totally relate to the life on hold. In work and just want to cry. I can’t cry again to my poor DH he doesn’t know what to do or say

AsSurprisedAsYouAre · 27/01/2020 13:59

@jonesbabynumber1 same all round. AF due on Wed, whitest test in the world this morning (11dpo). Feels like my life is on hold. It keeps breaking my heart.

Jonesbabynumber1 · 27/01/2020 13:41

Congratulations for those who’ve got BFP. I had a BFN yesterday in a frer 11dpo feeling deflated. Anyone else 5/6 months in on 1st baby feel like it’s never going to happen?

AutumnCat · 27/01/2020 00:32

Congratulations @catred4!

I tested this morning and it's a bfn for me. And twinges suggesting AF will be here tomorrow. Hey ho, here's hoping next month is my month!

bluemoon2468 · 26/01/2020 22:01

@Catred4 I know me neither 😔 I don't like how they make women worry for ages when actually some of those women are pregnant. If I hadn't just bit the bullet and done my FRER 4 days ago I would probably still not know now 😕

Catred4 · 26/01/2020 21:57

@bluemoon2468 that is unbelievable!!!! Can't believe I was messing about for so long with those crap tests!! Can't wait for my FRER and digital tomorrow

bluemoon2468 · 26/01/2020 21:26

@Catred4 congratulations!!!

One step say they're 10mlU/ml but they absolutely are not! I've attached my pic of my FRER, clearblue digital and one step this morning 😳

Anyone testing 26-30th jan and want a pal?
Catred4 · 26/01/2020 20:24

@PlanBea @JoesM12 I know it's crazy, I was using a different brand though. This morning I used "One Step" and tonight I used "MomMed". One Step says it's 10mlU/ml and MomMet is supposed to be 25 so who knows what happened. I think my One Step ones are quite old though, maybe they lose their sensitivity with time.

Keep testing guys I was 100% sure I was out.

This is my first month TTC, can't believe I've caught. Need to do a FRER to be totally sure though, gonna go out first thing xx

PlanBea · 26/01/2020 20:19

Congrats @catred4! So surprised your test this morning was white when that one isn't even a squinter!

JoesM12 · 26/01/2020 20:13

@Catred4 did you get a BFN this morning? That give me hope haha! I’m planning to test again tomorrow at 12dpo. I got a bfn yesterday!
How long have you been ttc honey?xx
