@ceebee21 aw exciting I won’t be far behind mines working out at 6th Jan if all goes to plan. That’s sensible, I’ll have to tell people as it’s my 30th and they’ll expect me to drink. And I’ll have to tell work as we still expecting to see people but those on vulnerable list working from home. Have you spoke to GP yet?

ceebee21 · 26/04/2020 11:07

@jonesbabynumber1 yes ok here, my due date will be 27th december I think if all goes to plan. We will see.

I'm not telling anyone until 12 weeks..that will only change if we have to go back into office and they phase it..will ask to be one of the last z

Jonesbabynumber1 · 26/04/2020 09:50

@MrsCl19 I don’t blame you I’m hoping I can tell them in person all together. But I will have to wait and see. Amazing that will come round quickly x

BabyB19 · 26/04/2020 09:48

We haven't done the nursery yet but have everything bought to do it, it's my dressing room atm so don't want to do it too early @Jonesbabynumber1 I hope the others are ok x

MrsCl19 · 26/04/2020 09:38

I told most of my family straight away I was too excited not to 🤣 I've only just told my manager though as luckily I can wfh. I'm due 28/10 but no doubt will go into November 🤣🤣

Jonesbabynumber1 · 26/04/2020 09:37

@BabyB19 Yes I’m not a massive fan of my manger either she’s a bit awkward and it will have to be over email but I’ll how I feel tomorrow. I can imagine bleeding is very nerve wracking. Wow that’s come round quick. Have you got the nursery ready? How you getting on today @dizzy85 and @ceebee21

BabyB19 · 26/04/2020 09:25

It's horrible isn't it, I work frontline interviewing 'vulnerable' people so I had to tell my manager really quick too but I didn't want to. In the end I had to tell the family on Christmas Eve because I was bleeding and wasn't going to be drinking Christmas Day (which is 100% dead giveaway as I like a wine or two) so it was a very sad affair because it was sort of a 'I'm pregnant but I think I'm MC so we're not to talk about it or get excited' that was at 4 weeks, and I didn't stop bleeding until about 9-10 weeks so it was a long wait of nobody being allowed to talk to me about it 🤦🏽‍♀️🙄 in the end it's all worked out fine @Jonesbabynumber1 im due 23/08 x

Jonesbabynumber1 · 26/04/2020 09:15

What’s everyone’s due dates?

OP posts:
Jonesbabynumber1 · 26/04/2020 09:14

@MrsCl19 @BabyB19 Yes I’ll keep POAS as it does help. I haven’t told anyone else yet. I may have to tell my manager tomorrow as we are still out visiting people and I wouldn’t want to risk it. But I also don’t want her to be first one I tell so I may tell one of my sisters who is most likely to keep it to herself as if I tell the rest of my family the whole world will know 🙈

OP posts:
BabyB19 · 26/04/2020 09:09

I was demented with them, I told my sister and she turned up at my house with 21 tests, so lucky to have such support I thought she was going to call me crazy but she was just in it with me and understood what I was feeling as she has has 2 x MC as well. It's a crazy feeling that you can only understand when you've been there isn't it. @MrsCl19 @Jonesbabynumber1 so keep peeing if it eases your anxiety 🤣 it's an amazing comfort mentally but physically it's taking some getting used to it makes me feel sick 🤣 xx

MrsCl19 · 26/04/2020 09:01

@Jonesbabynumber1 Iknow that feeling 🤣 I was just buying them and doing them all the time 🤣

Jonesbabynumber1 · 26/04/2020 08:55

@BabyB19 That must be most amazing feeling having the baby kick, beautiful miracle but I bet you miss sleep. I’m just taking each day as it comes I’ll feel better after tomorrow I think as that when AF due. Clear blue was only one in shop And couldn’t not have a stick to pee on in the house 😅

OP posts:
BabyB19 · 26/04/2020 08:44

I've never used the clear blue because 25ml always seemed too high and I was scared it wouldn't pick it up hahah.
I'm not sleeping much now either, the heat and the baby kicking me keeps me up. It's so weird I love it but it's hard work 🤣 @Jonesbabynumber1

Jonesbabynumber1 · 26/04/2020 08:31

@BabyB19 @MrsCl19 what would I do without you guys that reassurance has lifted a weight. Yes I think I’m more like 12 dpo. Hopefully amazon prime comes through and delivers the frer today and I get a nice strong line.

OP posts:
MrsCl19 · 26/04/2020 08:20

@Jonesbabynumber1 I'd say for a wee in the afternoon and the test that's a good line! Symptoms are good sign to! X

BabyB19 · 26/04/2020 08:19

For a 25ml I think that's good to still have a clear line, I think you may have OV a few days later, that's what happened with me and I was doing OPKs as well so I thought I was spot on with it. I can still definitely see it though @Jonesbabynumber1 🥰 x

Jonesbabynumber1 · 26/04/2020 07:21

Morning all, not sleeping the best and feeling very sick, but that is not a moan by any means. I took a test last night after holding a wee for a few hours this result with Clearblue which is 25ml. Should the line be stronger? I’m hoping to test again once the frer which is hopefully today.

Hoping for a new year miracle!

I see a line @mrsgtobe97 give it a couple of days and test again, that would be in line with the dates you've mentioned too. Maybe also try and get your hands on a FRER as well to get a proper read.
@Jonesbabynumber1 I don't think a couple of days will make much difference with the folic acid but I'd give your gp a ring and ask if they will prescribe you the higher dose until 12 weeks with you not taking it before hand. My OH was very wary as well but as soon as I got a strong positive he came around x

MrsCl19 · 25/04/2020 18:34

@Jonesbabynumber1 it's fantastic news! Fingers are firmly crossed for you! I peed on a good 11 tests 🤭 I couldn't stop 🤣

I've not used the fold one but I did use a normal clear blue and it was fine.

I think you do have to keep checking to make sure 🤣

mrsgtobe97 · 25/04/2020 17:50

Hi everyone :) thought I'd try here see if anyone can shed some light and help. Really confused.. had a positive OPK 10/04 and now one again today and got this HPT, is it positive? Really don't want to get my hopes up but I swear I see something! Unsure what DPO I am as cycles have been a bit wonky recently however I'd be due my period this weekend if I go off the positive OPK on 10/04. One thing I noticed was i got the positive OPK 11/04, then on 20/04 I had cramps which would be 9 DPO, would that of been implantation?
