Hi Ladies, any of you out there around cd 8 looking for someone to chat with during the rollercoaster ride that is ttc? A lot of my friends already have kids and I’m feeling a bit left behind. xo

Hi @Alice8688 I’m the same, still waiting for that elusive positive OPK! I ovulated on CD19 last time and currently on CD 15 with no lines yet. I always get panicky around this time, thinking I won’t ovulate, I hate it. How are you @Sammiantha2020?

I’m sure the lines will get stronger over the wkend fx.
I’m good, I ov’d last Wednesday much earlier than I was expecting 😔 so didn’t get any bd done since the Sunday ...no chance for me this month so I’m desperate to get onto my next cycle.

@Sammiantha2020 I'm only on CD13 but I'm the past I've had stronger second lines than I do currently. 😔

Mines is iProven, however there’s many that will be absolutely fine...aslong as it’s a thermometer with 2 decimal places. I just looked at the ratings. The ttc journey is really hard for some... every month it feels worse, but we’re all here if you ever wanna chat x

@Sammiantha2020 thank you for replying. Can i ask which bbt thermometer you are using? Or do you have any recommendations? I know it hasn't been every long just feels like forever.

Hey @jenna30. Welcome!
You have to be careful when tracking ov, before I had my mmc I could ov anywhere between cd 12 - cd 19, however even if you missed the surge it sounds like you’ve covered with lots of bd ☺️. I would highly recommend tracking bbt - if this cycle doesn’t go to plan! It’s still very early days...many couples take almost a year to conceive! Each cycle is only like 25-30% chance. You’ll get your BFP soon I’m sure x

Hi can i join please? I came of the pill in September and so far no luck. Last cycle was the first cycle i tracked using opk and got my first positive opk test on cd15 (cycle length is 30/31 days). But then af arrived late december. Yesterday i was cd15 but i had a negative opk test and today too. To be honest i didn't proper test till cd14 because I wanted to relax this month. But then my SIL made an announcement to day she was pregnant after getting caught straightaway after stopping the pill in October which really got me down. So i don't know if that has delayed ovulation or if i have missed it. I have been trying to dtd since cd 11 and plan to continue. Even though i haven't been trying long it feels like forever and I'm finding this process so difficult. Naturally I'm an over thinker and worrier. Wishing everyone lots of baby dust.

I'm sorry to hear your story so far but it's good you are prepared now and that you're not giving up hope :) this would be my first yes, I've wanted to have a baby for a while now my partner only recently agrees :') @sammiantha2020

@GreenSloth12 Currently ttc baby #1, had a mmc in Oct at 11wks, but started ttc again this cycle, though I ov’d a lot earlier this cycle so I had only dtd just short of 3 days before...no chance for my this month, but now I’m aware I’ll be more prepared next month!
Would this be your 1st? x
