Despite my TTC last month, it resulted in my AF arriving Christmas Day (deep joy!) it's round 2 this month! I'm due to ovulate on Monday (6th) so anyone else wanna join me, with the overthinking, being excessively paranoid, mystery pregnancy signs and taking PT's when you know you shouldn't be! 🤣🤣
Feel free to jump on the crazy train with me!

How long we talking for them to stay in like. Lol xx

newmum2020 · 06/01/2020 20:30

@FarmerWantsABaby I read an article at the weekend that said it's apparently good for them to stay inside after DTD!! 🤨

Ginge35 · 06/01/2020 20:15

If he's a grower not a shower @FarmerWantsABaby then once he's done it would spill out anyway! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

FarmerWantsABaby · 06/01/2020 19:42

My OH wanted to stay “in” after DTD yesterday because he thought it would all spill out and go to waste. I died.

Ginge35 · 06/01/2020 19:35

@cranberry3 that's awesome and so funny! My other half just passes me my phone and leaves me be! He wouldn't do anything like that as he knows I can get into all sorts of positions, with being so bendy, so I'm left to my devices on which poses I chose after DTD! 😝 First time I did a handstand yesterday though for quite a few years!
Honestly it's crazy! The lengths we go to! I bet you I'll still end up getting my AF in a couple of weeks too! All that bending and energy for nothing! 😂

Cranberry3 · 06/01/2020 18:39

@Ginge35 that's absolutely made my night 😂😂😂 my husband held my legs in the air the other night and said "ill keep them all in!" honestly couldn't breathe for laughing 😂
I don't think I could do a handstand though my arms would give way hahaha

Ginge35 · 06/01/2020 18:31

Glad you find me funny ladies! Honestly I laughed at myself. Just in a handstand yesterday thinking to myself that I'd lost it!
I usually just lie in a that pose babies do with their bum up in the air but this time I went all out and did the handstand. My DH has no idea I did this thankfully 🤪🤪🤪
He's not well today so I've been denied DTD but I should ovulate tomorrow seeing as though I haven't today so it's gonna be a quickie before work after I've pee'd on my CB OPK! Haha!!!
When I typed the original message I knew it was gonna get crazy!
Who else does stupid poses after DTD? Can anyone top my handstand? I'd love to hear your stories! 😁😁😁

Certainly cheered up my first day back at work!! Now off home to DTD.....it's weird how normal it feels to tell a bunch of strangers this information 😆😆ovulation due tomorrow so I'll maybe give that handstand a go @Ginge35 😋lol

AsSurprisedAsYouAre · 06/01/2020 17:52

Oh my gosh, my OH and I literally joked about doing this last month... Might actually give it a go this time round! Can't hurt and if nothing else every giggle we can get on this journey is worthwhile, eh? Grin

Why1stheskyblu3 · 06/01/2020 16:38

Feeling much more normal! 😂 Can't share much of this journey with many people so this doesn't half make me laugh!

newmum2020 · 06/01/2020 16:12

@FarmerWantsABaby you are certainly not alone, I think we are all in good company! 😆phew lol 😂

FarmerWantsABaby · 06/01/2020 16:09

IM SO GLAD TO HEAR THIS! I literally lie, elbows on the bed, hands flat and push my legs up into the air hoping gravity works a miracle. DH thinks I’m a madwoman.
Clearly I’m not 😏

newmum2020 · 06/01/2020 15:33

@Ginge35 that's brilliant 😂😂😂😂i would love to be able to but I don't think my arms could hold me up 🤣🤣so I'll just settle for lying with my legs in the air for a few mins 😆last night after we DTD on the sofa (I had to convince hubby to do this because it's a new sofa and he was worried about mess 🤪) he went to loo and came back to find me with me legs on the living room wall 😂😂😂😂 SO GLAD I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE PMSL 😆

Krl2020 · 06/01/2020 15:18

@Ginge35 I knew there was a reason I joined this feed. Hilarious GrinGrin

HGee12 · 06/01/2020 14:43

@Ginge35 hilarious 😂😂😂😂
Loving the commitment!! 😂😂

Ginge35 · 06/01/2020 13:50

Afternoon ladies! Expected a solid smiley face on my OPK this morning but it was still flashing so not sure what's going on there!
Just told my DH that I'll need his services for the next few days just to be on the safe side! Haha! His face had a stupid smirk on it! 😝

And I'm confessing this to you all as none of you know me personally and I need to tell someone, but after DTD yesterday I did a handstand (ex gymnast) up my bedroom wall to make sure gravity took full effect!!!

WHATS IS HAPPENING TO ME! 😂😂😂😝😝😂

Cd4 ttc our first, had a chemical last month so that was a bit of a blow because we celebrated new year thinking we were, but it wasn't to be. Going to try not to do early testing this month, but will definitely probably backtrack on that in a couple of weeks. Just want AF to get gone so we can have another go! Finding it difficult not to wish my time away right now, but I'm sure I'm not the only one. Sending love xx

EffRam · 06/01/2020 10:51

Hello all, I am due to ovulate in next few days so joining too!

This is first month trying to conceive no 2. My son is 15 months so would be a 2 year gap - although he was a month early so potentially could be a bit under if it takes... I'm currently enjoying all the sex, managed more in the last week than we have in about 6 months! I am also terrible at getting hooked on the tracking and tests...

Krl2020 · 06/01/2020 10:46

Hi Gang!
I want to jump on this crazy train with you guys if I may? Just at work reading through this feed (very busy I know!) TTC #1 cycle #1 7DPO. Not expecting it to happen straight away! Came off the pill in NOV 19 after being on it for 10 years got my first 'proper' period in December surprisingly right on time! Smile

FarmerWantsABaby · 06/01/2020 10:40

I had some slight cramps yesterday. Not sure what that would mean.
Agree with @sojo44 and @Ginge35 I avoided it like the plague for years. Prayed I wasn’t many’s a times during my degree and now I have an underlying feeling of guilt because I want nothing more than to be pregnant now 🙈
As for checking cervix.... not a notion 😂

Maidmummy · 06/01/2020 09:05

@sojo44 same as you I plan on testing once a day from Friday because I'm obsessed 😂 thankfully I have 25 cheapies to use lol x

sojo44 · 06/01/2020 08:38

5-6DPO here, the days are dragging 😂 and it's back to work today! Send help!!

@Ginge35 exactly that!! They made it sound as contagious as an uncovered sneeze!! Now that we want to get preggo it seems like a mission.

Around how many DPO is everyone testing? I'm thinking of waiting till the weekend (she says hopefully).

Maidmummy · 06/01/2020 07:36

CM doesn't necessarily have to be like raw egg whites mine never has and I've had three children, mines really watery and slippery around ovulation but before and after it's more of a creamy/lotion texture. I've tried checking my cervix but as I've been pregnant 3 times the cervix never fully closes again so no point in doing it lol x

Ginge35 · 05/01/2020 22:46

I have never taken any notice of my discharge colour or consistency! It's just there most days! 😝
This site is a right eye opener! 😝😝😝
You lot are so funny! ❤️
