TTC awhile now

@Tamalama I have read a few recent studies saying that it doesn't decrease the quality, the more sex the better basically. Especially through our your cycle unless you are 100% on your ovulation dates. I really hope we see some bfp on this thread this month, this is my third month and I'm getting impatient but this thread helps keep me grounded and realistic every time I log on as I can see some other have been trying for much longer. Some days seriously drag though don't they! Today is definitely one of those where my head is in the baby clouds!

@BFP2020 I think I'm going to track it that way too, just wait until af is due and hopefully it'll be late! When I know af is due I'm going to try not to symptom spot!

@ChampooPapi yep, definitely plan to dtd today and tomorrow and maybe Monday. Not sure I can do every day for a week though 😂 plus I read that dtd every day can decrease the quality of sperm?
When I spoke to my gp she said to dtd every 2-3 days throughout the month and maybe just increase it around ov or just every other day.

I agree with @BFP2020, and definitely dtd every day from today, no need to skip any days surly if he's around though? Just every day this weekend and next week to cover all bases?

@BFP2020 that's very true. The only annoying thing about not using opks is I won't 100% know when I've ovulated so I won't know when to start counting my dpo days 😕 x

@BFP2020 yes, that's all I can do. Some months I've dtd loads and other months not so much so it's just a lottery really! 🤞

@BFP2020 yeah, that was my plan. Definitely today and tomorrow and then if we dtd Tuesday, which is when I'm supposed to ov then hopefully I'll be covered. I'm just a bit worried because I don't have any cm 😕

Morning ladies! I'm CD10 and I woke up with awful ov pains at 2am. I had it slightly on my left side and lower back, but my right ovary was worse, there was so much pressure there that it felt like the egg was going to burst through. I've got a dull ache there off and on now and lower back ache. I'm also having some vaginal twinges but I have no cm at all 😕☹️ I'm not using opks this month so planning to dtd tonight and tomorrow and Monday if possible. All my apps have me due to ov on Tuesday at CD13, which is the time I usually ov so I'm confused by the pains I had/have 🤔 I get these pains every month but I'm just worried I've ov early this month. We've only dtd this week on Tuesday. Now I'm thinking we should have done it yesterday to increase our chances but DH was away overnight last night 😕

@BFP2020 that's a crazy wait! I had my referral, 2 weeks later I was at consultation and 3 weeks later I was at my op and only delayed because of time off at work. 100‰ go for it! Let me know how you get on and if you have any questions I'll be happy to help. X

4dpo... Not feeling very hopeful that this is our month lol, this cycle I temped properly and can't see I ovulated on cd15 which was Monday. I have a 28-29day cycle! Definitely been dtd around ovulation day every month for the past 5 months yet still nothing 😬😬😬 conceived my son super quick so this is new to me

@Kiki87, I actually don't have any Ov signs, sorry if I confused you anyhow, its my first time using the threat and all the acronyms. But in terms of OV signs, nothing at all. I mentioned in the earlier post that today is supposed to be the day but no physical signs as such whatsoever X oh well, I guess there is always a little hope 😅 X good luck Kiki!

@Hola84 fingers crossed for you! I went private to find my endo, best decision I made. Worth trying if your considering. Good that you ovulate and can feel it. I'm the same I can feel it too. First time this month I have sore nipples from ovulation tho but I've promised myself not to get hopes up 😂

@Kiki87, I was taking folic acid for some time, but stopped back in November. I probably should start again and try some vitamins as well X when I went to gyno back in Oct the doctor said it takes 6 months and thats a solid average that the doctors go by. She said that if nothing happens by Feb (my next visit) she will prescribe something for me to create the more pleasant internal environment and for the husband to empower the swimmers. After having DS so quickly, I never would have thought that we may actually need the support. So old and still so naive 😂😂 I do hope though that it's not the another cyst as it will mean more waiting.

Thank you, I'm taking complex B for now hoping to lengthen cycle from 25 days hoping that will help. Are you taking any?
