which is best age for a woman to get pregnant? also which is the latest age ?

I think it depends very much on the individual. Had my first at 33 and I'm actually quite glad about it. (It wasn't by choice, though. We'd been ttc for four years.) We were financially stable and it's still the case that if I want to buy something for DS, I go and buy it. I didn't feel like I had enough time with him, so reduced my hours. I still earn above average, even when working part time.
My parents had us earlier and I feel like we were always short on money when I was growing up. We certainly didn't have the same lifestyle a lot of my friends had.

I had my first at 22 and am expecting my second at 31.

22 was good as I had more energy and the pregnancy was pretty easy. Downside was being skint and lacking security.

At 31 I'm more financially secure and a lot calmer, but the pregnancy is harder, very sick, very tired.

There's pros and cons at every stage.

My friend got pregnant at 14, biologically it was good as she was a very fertile teen , but legally not really great, financially not great , mentally not great . Still lived at , in school, not a proper relationship.
My auntie got pregnant at 41, financially great, mentally great, physically not amazing and worn out with work, biologically not very strong as the older you get the harder it is to get pregnant because of your eggs .
So this is a bit of a hard question

Surely it’s an irrelevant question if you don’t have the right set up for you - and everyone’s circumstances are different

This is a set of very bizarre questions - firstly, so long as a woman feels ready financially, physically and mentally then any time during her adulthood and latest is pretty much any time before menopause... why are you asking out of interest?
