2020 Bumps (hopefully ;) )

@SophomoreMama not every pill suits every person, they changed the pill I was on and the new one gave me 2 periods a month! I was one of the worst for thinking I was pregnant on the pill. My period didnt always come the same amount of days after stopping the pack.

Thanks girl. I'm trying to be patient, lol my husband said the same. I only have 1 test left so I won't test again for another week. My hormones probably are still leveling out, this is my first time ever being on BC so it's all new to me.

@SophomoreMama give it some time lovely. I did notice if I missed the pill I'd always get a period a few weeks later etc. I think your body is just adjusting so it will feel strange for a while trying to regulate the change in hormones and it's frustrating that all the symptoms are those of pregnancy too, just to make things more confusing.

Have some tests to hand if you want to check if you feel like you could be pregnant etc it might give you peace of mind if you're not TTC. X

I read somewhere the mini pill is only 92% effective!!

Yea this is my 4th month on the mini pill, I don't take it at the same time everyday cus I forget half the time lol. I have gotten my period, sometimes twice, since being on the pill but this time it didn't show. My husband finishes inside every time we have sex. I believe around the 11th I experienced very light bleeding and cramping on the 16th-17th. If that was me ovulating late, when would you recommend testing? (Anyone can answer).

Okay so new joiners just want to say I’ve not long been here myself and I just want to assure this thread isn’t normal this animated with negativity. Unfortunately we’ve had a couple of bag eggs join, who seem to only want to abuse and put other women down. Hopefully they’ll take the hint and leave and we can resume the the TTC posts. Everyone here is lovely and helpful and if you want to unleash some crazy feel free.

No one is bullying you @Vipie, you have bought this on yourself. We've all spoken for the last few months and welcomed so many newbies. We guide and support each other and we've come to really care for each other. So when someone like you comes into this thread and insults, abuses and bullies anyone here then yes we become defensive. You aren't the only person trying to conceive. We all are! So do us all a favour and stop stressing us all out. Good luck with your journey and I hope you learn to find some compassion in your life!

@SophomoreMama I think I misread your message haha I think there's always a possibility even on the pill they're not 100% effective. However I had periods on and off whilst on the pill and never fell pregnant XX

@SophomoreMama I'm the same lovely I spent a week thinking I was maybe pregnant after having symptoms and not my usual symptoms of AF coming when on the pill. I think my body is still adjusting personally x

Also is it possible to be pregnant but not having all that extra cm? I'm on the mini pill and up til now I've gotten my period on the pill. I'm now 5 days late, tested yesterday and it was negative. This is such a weird limbo to be in. For me, lack of AF symptoms is usually a sign so part of me feels pregnant but of course when you see a negative you experience doubt.

Hello, new here. Anyone here have a bunch of fibroids? How many children do you have and was it easy to conceive the more kids you had?

@Lucy5546 I've not long been off the pill and I've had every symptom going including nauseous and dizziness and it turned out to be nothing I'm afraid. Keep an eye on things this next week or so and see what happens. X

@MrsH0692 hey, I know the feeling, but I think you’re right best time to check is when AF is due. I don’t have the patience though, I was like a test fiend last month 🙈 test whatever feels right to you.

Hi guys. Would it be ok to join? Do you guys dtd during the 2ww? I've read somewhere that it's not a good idea as it stops implantation but not sure..

Ladies i need help and i know some of you are serial symptom spotters.
So im max 5 DPO according to CM. Last night while out for dinner we were waiting on a table and a came over all light headed and dizzy. Like i had to sit down. Then again today i have noticed i feel the same when i am starving. Im not off the pill long so not sure if it is just my body adjusting? I do think i am lacking in iron though. Some thoughts on this? Surely 5 DPO is too early for anything??

@mrsio yeh still looking pretty BFN. In my last pregnancy I never found out until around 6 weeks which would be next week. But goodness knows, I don't feel like AF is coming.
