2020 Bumps (hopefully ;) )

Just a quick update, been to the hospital today for my gynaecology appointment and I have really bad endometriosis again, to the point my right ovary is attached to my womb and he's not sure if the tubes are blocked or not. He's getting me in for a laparoscopy and tube dye after the new year. Until he operates he doesn't know if anything else is attached to anything.
He's concerned that I've not been on contraception for 10 months and I haven't been caught yet. He said pregnancy would help the best but if that doesn't happen then the op will be going ahead after new year.
Quite a lot of cramping and now brown coloured discharge/blood after the internal scan.. probably going to bring on af which maybe not a bad thing, it'll stop me testing a million times and trying to see a line or not. I'm sure if I was pregnant now he would have picked that up on today's scan.x

Had 1 of my shitty ICS left took it I keep thinking there is a shadow of a line but can't seem to capture it in a photo 😠

@CiaraJ01 I hate how travel just stops working during Christmas. Do they think people just retire to their homes for the remaining part of the year if they don't have work 😏 Glad you got to the other end. 😊 Have a safe trip and have a looooovely time with family and friends.🎉🎉Don't think to much about ttc and AF. It'll show up or not when it wants.

Although my stress levels are currently through the roof. Was getting the train to OHs work this afternoon who's beside the airport. Train is cancelled. That's fine I can get a different train and change over. Train #2 is cancelled. Ok times getting in I'll get a taxi to catch the connecting train. Taxi takes 30 minutes to arrive and the helpful switch board just keep telling me he'll be 3 or 4 mins when I call every 10 mins to chase!!! Now on said train waiting to see OH and get dropped to the airport.

Still no AF but is definitely imminent.

VERY frustrating @Blondeandbroody. Our bodies seem to be against us sometimes!! Fingers crossed for your CB but of not just enjoy the holidays relaxing ready to join us all again next month 😂

Aww you poor thing @Blondeandbroody. I know the feeling and I was pretty much the same in my first cycle. I think a part of you thinks it'll happen quick and that all this time you've been careful. Unfortunately the body will do its own thing and you will conceive when everything is in good working order. Just trust in your body and look after yourself as much as you can. And that includes not stressing yourself out. If you're stressed your body releases certain chemicals into your blood stream. And when that happens your body spends a lot of its resources trying to combat that issue instead of trying to implant and develop a embryo. I know easier said than done but do what you can to make sure you ease your mind 🤗

So I did a cheapie and a super drug and both starkers. Defo BFNs. I can't get hold of my clear blues until tomorrow so I'll wait til Friday and if that's a BFN then I shall accept my fate.

Getting really fed up of this game already, I'd rather my AF just show up, than it be late and BFN. I think I need to finally put down the tests and just forget about all this until I'm late again next cycle, if I am. I will genuinely lose my marbles if I do this every cycle!

It's not fair :( I've wanted this for so long but never been able to try for one thing or another and now we can try and I have to wait again and I hate it :(

Willing my AF on now because I don't think I'm getting that BFP.

I've got horrific headaches and have felt like crap for days now so Mother Nature either give me a BFP or AF show yourself already!

Sorry I know so many of you have been through many cycles already and I know this is only my first cycle so I shouldn't be complaining but it still sucks. I just want it to happen now 😭

@mrsio the only thing like AF symptom that I have is the cramps but they're not as bad as AF very mild but noticeable 🤷🏽‍♀️ the fact my cervix is tightly closed is keeping me hopeful

I was in town early got some more cheapies and some Superdrug tests as my clear blue are at the post office gotta collect tomorrow urghhh!

@nt1992 what an absolute nightmare! So sorry you're going through this. Late AF is the worst. I've seen plenty of threads where people get really late BFP. If you've still not got an AF symptoms it's defo still possible 🤞🤞🤞

For those of you who live near Leeds..... So do I! Fingers crossed for more BFP and we can maybe meet up with babies next year! Saying that, I'm not sure if I'd be able to look any of you in the face with the things we share on here 🙈😂

@mellymoo86 when I update the likes of glow & premom they try to recalculate my dates it's really annoying!

why do all the apps say different dates for you? If you put in your cycle length and update it doesn't it come up with the same date? I checked Premom/Ovia/Fertilityfriend apps and they all say the same date for me 🤷🏽‍♀️

@nt1992 what does Premon say? I'm starting think that's most accurate cause OPKs are uploaded to it 🤷‍♀️ Its predicted my AF tomorrow wheres glow says I'm 2 days late. Agree with @mellymoo86 though with stressing causing havoc!

@nt1992 You have to count from the first day of your Cycle. So you're probably 4-5 weeks right now.

@CiaraJ01 I use Flo, Ovia, Premom & Glow🤦🏽‍♀️ they all say similar stuff. Not sure which one is the best tbh.

@mellymoo86 when I was pregnant before I never got a clear faint positive until I was around 5-6 weeks pregnant. When would this be for me? I don't understand how you can be so many weeks so soon🙈

Check in when you can but make sure you have a fabulous time with family 😊 I use Ovia. But so far nothing has been accurate, I just judge myself looking at how my cycles have gone. It's always been a day or two off.

@nt1992 it might be worth it to get a blood test to make sure? Although it's tight now with weekend and Christmas so close.

When I had my MC I had cramps etc as if AF was coming. My tests were negative and didn't bother testing after AF date as I started spotting. Then 7 days later I had heavier bleeding and I was confused so did the test and found out I was pregnant. What I think happened is that the day I did my test 10DPO was to early. I started spotting at 12DPO which is when I think implantation happened (even though I thought it was AF). But it just didn't stick so then proceeded to a MC.

If your tests aren't picking up HCG at all then implantation hasn't taken place yet I'm assuming. But then if it did then implantation would have happened earlier on but maybe it's not developing how it should. Your AF can be late for other reasons like stress as well. I would just try to relax, eat well and rest. If something is happening in there you need to make sure you're relaxing so it can develop.

What app do you use @nt1992? I'm starting to lose faith in glow 🤔

If AF had came when it was supposed to it would be finishing up tomorrow. Do yous think it's possible I may be pregnant even after all the BFN🤷🏽‍♀️ too early? Not even HCG? What do yous think?
