Sorry...I've been away for the weekend!

Cedar....how nerve racking for you. I bet theselast few days are dragging really slowly now as well. I do hope that you get the best news on Weds......I shall be checking in as soon as I can as well you know!

I had my last jab for this IUI cycle on Saturday and tried to persuade myself that it could be my last jab EVER....how nice would that be eh?!!!!
I give myself a dose of HCG so since then I have had MS and other pg symtoms like mad......rather unfair that you get all the yucky bits but none of the pleasure at the end!!!
Although....I am always hopeful each month....!!!

Exciting time coming up for you too next week Tempi.
X

OMG cedar..... I am nervous for you on Wednesday!!!!!!! What time will you do the test???????? I leave for work at around 7.30am.. may have a quick look on this site before I leave (thats if you want to share the result!!!!).

I am doing fine.....had my shutting down injection a week last wed and have had no symptoms of menopause as yet. Both me and my donor go back to the hospital on Friday 7th sept for the next stage (I guess hers will be stimulating and mine will be the progesterone and estrogen??)

Just can't imagine myself at your stage!!!!!!!!

Oh good good good luck! I will be crossing everything for you.

Hi tempi the et only took about 15 mins and then a 15 min chat afterwards, so not long all in all. I felf awful but that was because i had the infection from ec. My consultant at the time advised me to take the 2 weeks afterward off but I think this is because I am a nurse and I work in elderly care so it very physical. All they signed me off when they found out I had the infection. The hospital gave me a pg test to do on wednesday morning first thing. So wont have to wait not sure what other clinics do. I am trying not to symptom spot as the progestrone pessaries they give you afterwards can cause symptom even if you arent pg. I am shitting myself about wednesday I am so scared it hasnt worked. I think I will have to get Dh to look at the test for the results. How are you both doing Tempi and Coggy?

cedar would you mind if I asked you a few questions?????

How long are you in hospital for when getting the ET?

Did you take time of work after ET?

How do you feel (physically) after ET?

Do you have any pregnancy symptoms during these 2 weeks?

Do you have to go back into hospital for a blood test when the 2 weeks are up? and how long do you wait for results?? and how do they let you know???

Would you be tempted to do your own pregnancy test before the hospital one???????

Hope you don't mind me asking all this???
