Googled it - implantation ranges from 6-12 DPO although average is 8-9 🤔🤔

Oh I dont know!! I sound like an alcoholic!! 😂 Part of me is just 'what will be will be' cant live you're life like that etc etc... but then the other half is 'if you cant avoid alcohol for this then what's the point' Like I said, I'm a big drinker - it will not be accepted I'm not drinking for any other reason. And I know I dont have to explain, but 1. it's obvious and 2. I couldnt stick them all being so tipsy and me being sober 😂🙈 So I'd likely cancel..

3 DPO - what's the earliest implantation happens?!

@CiaraJ01 most of my friends got pregnant several times whilst being completely wasted 😂 they didn't plan it that way, it just happened. And when I conceived last month I was tipsy. It's probably considered ok to drink before or when you're in the fertile week because there's nothing happening yet but in that 2ww you should probably be more careful as that's when the whole process starts. Alcohol would still make you dehydrated which affects your cm which may affect sperm 🤷🏽‍♀️ ultimately it affects your hormones and if you have conceived and implanting is happening your body will devote all it's resources to make sure it happens right and if alcohol alters it then it can't be a good thing. writes this with a glass of wine in hand 😂

@mellymoo86 yep around 3 days dpo? what do you reckon? skip the booze tomorrow or yolo? I'm an all or nothing kinda girl, so after NYE I'll be tee total till end if Feb when I have my best friends hen... unless that BFP comes sooner 🤞

Definitely agree about spending more by starting earlier! I bought my nephew some bits and pieces as I went along and wrapped them all a while ago - found more in my wardrobe for him a week later 🙈

And amazon prime doesnt even feel like you're spending real money! 😂

@CiaraJ01 I find that the earlier I start the more I spend. I buy and buy and buy and then I starve for the whole of Jan. lol. I've getting deliveries everyday as well...I love Amazon prime ❤️ Haha that's funny his bought alcohol, but he just knows you to well lol. Well in past two months I've been drinking here and there. Not heavily but still drinking. This is the first time I thought I should stop especially after MC, it sort made me question if I'm doing all I can. I don't think it affects it at all but then I'm no doctor so who knows. I'm not even fertile right now but the longer I can do it the easier it'll become (I hope) 🙏🏽 If I'm going to have any it should be now really, about 5 days before trying. You're a few days into the 2ww right?

@mellymoo86 I know I'm afraid to check my bank balance!! I started shopping in Oct so have pretended I'm super organised - when realistically I only bought two presents. Plus I have to get them all shipped home!!
The walkman is hilarious - fair enough returning an unwanted gift there and then, but historically is beyond petty! Lol don't talk to me about Oh! he brought me alcohol home last night!! I think it was his way of trying to make up for it, but he got it a lil wrong! Well done you for persevering though. Do you not drink at all during the 2WW? I'm meant to be heading out tomorrow for our biggest event of the year and unsure what to do!

@Ellsbells112 Yup she will definitely come around after a baby comes into the picture. Which is silly because then what happens to both of your relationships? Let's just focus on the baby and ignore this awkward tension between us lol. My hubby said that if they come to us in the future he won't be accepting them so easily and they won't be allowed close to the child without a proper relationship with me first. I quietly did a little fist pump in the air lol

@CiaraJ01 Morning! Yeah managed to get most of the shopping done but just need to get some final bits! Man it cost so much! Can't I just give people a hug and be done with it. 😂 The Walkman was something OH got for his mum years ago. Probably decades ago 😂 she kindly returned it back and we put it into the bin. So petty. Tut tut Prosecco eh! What would OH think lol. I went for dinner with a friend ydy and she was like you aren't drinking why? I had to make something up about doing some bloods because of my migraines 🙈 I kind of felt a bit of pressure to drink as well which annoyed me. Why is it such a massive issue. I get that I always drank a lot and peer pressured my own friends into drinking but WHY IS IT SUCH A ISSUE. Lol. On top of that I feel guilty for lying and she's a close friend. I was gagging for a porn star martini 😩

I just got back from 5 hours of Christmas shopping. My legs and back hurt so had a bath. I sound like a granny. Was getting a lipstick from Dior and the lady said Miss right? And I said no Mrs. She was like wow you look to young to be married and I was like I'm 33! She asked if I had kids and I said no but ttc and she said I have two kids DONT DO IT 😂 why does everyone say that!

@Ellsbells112 im Srilankan Buddhist and he is Pakistani Muslim. His family want another Muslim, tough shit I'm not! And guess what, your religion doesn't make you the person you are. It's a part of who you are and two different people are able to compromise and live peacefully together. They're so silly. They even sent back a Brita filter jug he got them a year ago 😂 and a Walkman from years ago. Who even has that anymore!

I'm sorry to hear OH's family aren't being great, but honestly it's their loss not yours. You both live your life, be happy and raise a beautiful family. Make sure you keep each other happy, that's all that matters 🤗❤️

They are separated, he wasn't talking to his dad for like the first 3 years of our relationship and only talks to him now as diagnosed with cancer. The mum on the other hand, God knows. Literally have no idea why she doesn't want to meet me🙄 but whatever.
