@prettygirl5545 no problem anytime ❤️ Ttc is really hard and we need all the support we can get. Okay that's great then, you'll be able to see if there is an issue while tracking temperature and opk tests. Also the thermometer you need to use is not an ear one it's not affective, one you can put in your mouth is what I use. While you start up these things on your side since it's been a year definitely go back to doctors and get them to start testing xx

Ooh! Thank you so much for all these information. These is my first time trying. I didn't know a lot about temperatures. I will surely use opks this month and track temps. Yes my husband had got himself checked. Everything was fine with him and seeing my cycle they had said everything seems fine, it was just 1 month of ttc then. But i never gave them any samples of blood or urine.

This time i will use opks again.

@prettygirl5545 not just in hindsight though, if you track your ewcm, do ovulation tests and track your temperature you have an all round winner I think! I'm starting tracking temp now

@prettygirl5545 I see your dilemma. The only true way to know you ovulated is by tracking your temperature, but you will only know afterwards if you ovulated or not if that makes sense so in hindsight the next month you can see.
Before ovulation, a woman's BBT averages between97°F (36.1°C) and97.5°F (36.4°C). After ovulation, it rises to97.6°F (36.4°C) to98.6°F (37°C). You can track your cycle by taking your BBT every morning. Take your temperature at the same time every day before getting out of bed.

Because relying on the pain isnt the best way (I was told this by a fertility doc)

Has your husband been checked?? Your cycles sound okay. When you have used ovulation test before have you got a positive on it?

@PrettyGirl5545 it seems you have your mind set that you're going to get a BFN. But the only way you will know is by testing or waiting for AF😞. The cramps in early pregnancy are very similar to AF cramps but a bit milder so don't lose all hope yet my lovely❤️

@nt1992 No dear. These are definitely AF cramps. I will let u guys know tomorrow when the witch shows up her ugly face. I have test kits with me but I don't want to test coz i know its defo a BFN love. I have seen BFNs like a trillion times. I have seen BFPs just in pictures sent by you ladies. : ( i wonder if i will ever see a BFP.

@Ellsbells112 My cycles are always 28 days long. i bleed for 7 days and are normal. I ovulate on CD12- CD15. At first i used to try opks but it was causing a lot of stress and i found that i have pain at the time of ovulation. So we dtd every other day during CD10-CD16. I dont track temperature for ovulation but i do in the 2ww. I get EWCM during ovulation but i feel that I'm more wet after Ovulation i don't know why. What to do dear? I'm so so stressed that i can't explain. Was tooo chill this cycle but the last two days of the cycle has stressed me a lot.

@PrettyGirl5545 I know you have cramps but have you actually took a test? Just to completely rule that out? Cramps in early pregnancy are really common

@prettygirl5545 of course, you need to do what is best for you. At the end of the day if there is an issue better to know earlier and then you can help it. Do you track ovulation and your temperature? Do you get positive opks? Also do you get ewcm around time of ovulation? How long are your cycles, are they normal? (not short LP)
I'm really sorry 🙏 I get so down every time I don't end up pregnant. I can't help but worry there is something wrong with me even though I know healthily it can take a year. Definitely go to the doctors and get the ball rolling, for your own peace of mind!

Should i first visit my GP? Or directly go to a gynaec? My DH says we can still try for some more months before visiting a doc.

@Ellsbells112 i was so tired of peeing on sticks from 10 months. So i had promised this time that i won't test and i won't keep my hopes high. i did keep my promise and i didn't test. But wat about my hopes?! They never die even if i try to kill them. I am planning to see the doc for bloods and check if everything is fine with me. My DH doesn't want me to visit a doc that's y i had waited for bloody 10 months. But now i can't stop myself.

@mellymoo86 I love your concept of drunken conception! I think I will drink tomorrow, dont judge me ladies! I've decided I'll just I enjoy the end of the year, if it's to be it will. I'll test before Inset off for Ireland and I'll either be pregnant or not and that will be my decision made on alcohol 🤷‍♀️

Its frustrating enough TTC and although I want to help it in every way - I don't want to become so focused on it I'm not enjoying the rest of my life. Pornstar martinis are SO good. I can drink them like water. I noticed at slug and lettuce for like £40 they do a pornstar martini tree!! So on each branch they put 6 cocktails on it. It's for a group obviously but I'm good with one of those trees lol.
