@Kiza , so it seems...
@whatsthecraic91 gingers crossed!
@ValidUser great that you have a plan, hope you finally get some positive news soon, roll on February!

Lozzlepop · 24/11/2019 20:39

Hello ladies!

Hope we are all having a great weekend! We’ve been out for lunch for our anniversary and out to a 60th last night then we painted our bedroom today so it’s been a fab weekend!

@ValidUser glad to hear that you have a plan and are feeling positive ☺️

@whatsthecraic91 I managed to dodge the hangover despite there being jelly shots ☺️😂

Still waiting on the pesky positive OPK, CD22 and counting 🙈 I’m thinking I’ve either ovulated before I started testing on CD14 or its an anovulatory cycle 🤷🏽‍♀️

Kiza · 24/11/2019 20:07

@ValidUser can imagine having a plan and some medical intervention brings about a new optimism and hope. Do you mind me asking how many chemicals you've had? Gutted for you that 8 months of trigger shots haven't worked

ValidUser · 24/11/2019 19:10

@Kiza at this stage I think it's a definite ivf! About 8 cycles on hormones. A few chemical pregnancies. I'm not sure my tube is too hot, and I'll need to be on blood thinners for the whole ivf cycle.

I'm really pleased to have a plan.

@SunnyFlover so are you on a new cycle being 6/7DPO and you have another positive HPT?

@Anny27 hope you had a restful weekend, are you back to work tomorrow?
@ValidUser glad you're ok. I'm on CD 7 so will hopefully O by the time DP comes back from his trip. How are you feeling about potential IVF?

whatsthecraic91 · 24/11/2019 18:16

Hope everyone’s had a lovely weekend!! Had a birthday party last night and I have an absolutely raging hangover - I rarely get them so unsure why! Still vomiting from this morning 😢

6DPO now hope this week flies in 🤞🏼

ValidUser · 24/11/2019 14:02

@Kiza thanks for thinking of me! AF is gone. This is my last hormone cycle. Due to ovulate soon.

IVF in February. I'm feeling positive!

@Anny27 exactly, at what I though was 21 DPO all FR pregnancy tests were faint positive ( daily decline in appearance 4 days in a row), and blood came 0,5 Hcg...

Anny27 · 24/11/2019 11:20

@SunnyFlover mmm very strange for you! If it was a miscarriage then it perhaps still would have picked up traces of HCG afterwards at what you thought was 21dpo although didnt you test before that and it waa bfn?
(i am 11 days past start of MC and having positives still)

Fingers crossed that this one sticks! :D

SunnyFlover · 24/11/2019 11:00

@Anny27 ... it was a total mystery... now I think it was an af/ miscarriage at 10/11DPO, it's just totally crazy how early response picked up HCG at what I though was 21DPO...?

But if I had and af/ miscarriage at 10DPO, it matches that I ovulated 7 days ago ( tested positive in the OPK kit)... and... look what I had this morning 😳 I am totally blown away and very very scared if this little bean will stick with us or not. Still so early (6/7DPO) to test.

I don't know what happened to me last cycle... neither will I try to figure out. One day u though I had an ectopic, the next day I was thinking that I was in the next cycle already... bodies are weird!

Anny27 · 23/11/2019 08:34

Morning ladies, taking it easy here just gonna chill (might go out to nandos later as havent had an appetite the last week whilst i was recovering so its nice to want to eat again haha!)

@Lozzlepop i ovulate betweeb cd13-cd17 usually, so not too irregular, sometimes things come a bit early or later and thrre doesn't seem to be a pattern for me hahah.

@GalaxyGirl24 i use femometer too. Even when we got our bfp i didnt get a "peak" reading only a high reading :)

@SunnyFlover did you get any more information of your pregnancy? (Sorry if i missed it!)

GalaxyGirl24 · 22/11/2019 22:25

@Lozzlepop that app looks amazing I've just downloaded it! You learn so much off mumsnet

GalaxyGirl24 · 22/11/2019 22:24

@Lozzlepop - aw bless, it's hard as you're so happy for friends who are pregnant but also I can't help but feel a bit sad for myself, maybe that's defeatist but the trying can get overwhelming! ....also yes my DH ruined the winner for me today as he'd heard on the radio ! That sounds like a fun weekend, enjoy! :)

Kiza · 22/11/2019 21:13

@Lozzlepop maybe it'll come tomorrow then?
@ValidUser how are you? Has AF finished for you?

Lozzlepop · 22/11/2019 20:48

@Shuckle I use both the Femometer and Glow apps, you can take pics of your tests on both ☺️

Shuckle · 22/11/2019 20:35

@Lozzlepop what app is that you're using for recording the OPK's?

Lozzlepop · 22/11/2019 20:25

@Kiza I’ve attached the previous month that I properly tracked for comparison, they tend to be low then bang! I don’t get a gradual increase.

Kiza · 22/11/2019 20:09

@Lozzlepop I have no idea? Do you normally get low readings on all your opks or does it go blank after O?
I'm just thinking if it goes blank then it would indicate you've not O yet, but if you always get low readings even after O I wonder if it was a really short surge and perhaps you missed it?

Lozzlepop · 22/11/2019 19:55

@GalaxyGirl24 I know what you mean, I have had 2 pregnancy announcements from friends this week alone 😬 that must be a really tough job to do! Oh wow that sounds really interesting! Oh that sounds fun- I ruined the winner for a friend by watching a clip at work today lol! It’s our anniversary tomorrow, we are out with friends for bowling and lunch then off to a 60th at night!

@Kiza haha it took me a few mins but I figure it out! Urgh I’ve no idea 🤷🏽‍♀️ Still a low reading tonight so I’m super confused and dunno what to do now 🙈 I’ve attached this weeks OPKs- the first one I did on Saturday night so thought If I did OV it would have been a stronger line? So frustrating!

@Shuckle haha I guess that’s true 😂😂

Shuckle · 22/11/2019 14:59

@Lozzlepop don't think that would help, i'd just end up hunting black friday tests and baby gear haha!

GalaxyGirl24 · 22/11/2019 14:42

@Kiza hey, yeah I get them at my next fertility clinic appointment early Dec, dreading it but also can't wait....trying not to get too anxious. Ive not tried acupuncture but I've looked at it recently for infertility...I don't really have irregular periods as such, usually run like clockwork 27/28/max 29 day cycle, but if I'm not on by tomorrow it'll be my first unexplained 30 day cycle (had a 30 day one once before when I travelled for like 18 hours for honeymoon) - trying not to read into it too much as I know they say to give it at least a week before speaking to GP

Kiza · 22/11/2019 14:18

@Lozzlepop sorry that was supposed to say opk not poke! 😆 it'll be Sod's law wouldn't it that you catch when you're not supposed to be trying. Hopefully you'll be ok and maybe missed a tiny surge a few days ago instead?
Welcome @GalaxyGirl24 I've just googled that test gig mentioned, did they say when you'd get your results? Have you tried Accupuncture for your irregular periods? It sorted mine right out from the get go.
@Shuckle it's a toughie Cos once the desire to test is in you and you've already done a couple it's like our own crack cocaine but without the high 😢 I've found that if I don't test at all then I'm good for the rest of TWW, however once I've given in once then I'm addicted for that cycle!

Just bought some Ashwaghanda for DP and some vitamin D oral spray for me too. We are both pill popping mad at the moment!

GalaxyGirl24 · 22/11/2019 12:39

@Lozzlepop that's true, I do have this awful feeling of just 'unexplained infertility' and having to TTC for years and years. I feel like everyone around me is currently pregnant, and I work in a field where you see a lot of people having children removed due to serious neglect abuse etc, so its a hard one to see daily...yeah I'd never heard of it too but apparently it's a fairly new ish test they can do to see how many eggs you may have left in your body (can't tell you the quality of them though from what I've researched) ....weekend plans are to chill, see if I come on, host a Drag Race UK finale party and clean/paint!....what about you? X

Lozzlepop · 22/11/2019 12:16

@Lottiepink Happy Friday, so glad the weekend is almost here! Thats so strange, I am really hoping that I get my positive OPK tonight 🙈

@Shuckle find yourself some black Friday deals to keep you occupied hehe!

@XjustagirlX how frustrating, keep us posted lovely!

@Kiza Im not sure, hoping that I haven't as we DTD the night before so feeling a bit in the danger zone and hoping we haven't messed up the wait for our consultant appointment. Urgh

@GalaxyGirl24 Ive never heard of that, did they say how long you will need to wait to get your results back? It will be hard if it comes back with an issue but please remember that they are able to offer treatment in most cases, my worst nightmare is them not finding anything wrong and its "just one of those things"

Whats everyones weekend plans?

GalaxyGirl24 · 22/11/2019 11:56

@Lottiepink yes definitely, cannot wait to get some answers it's driving me mad. DH is very calm but he would be as he's not the one checking every 5 mins to see if they've had AF yet 😅

@Shuckle wish I could help but I'm just as bad. 😱I was due on 2 days ago and have tested at least 10 times since then all of them BFN - driving me mad. My boobs hurt a bit but don't feel massively due on AF but I do wonder if I ov'd late, as I had EWCM quite late on in the predicted fertile period on day 17 of cycle! So maybe I'm not actually due on till the weekend! Who bloody knows because I don't.
