@Shuckle yay another cervix investigator! I've been tracking mine for a year and last cycle was so excited that it was high and medium firmness with lots of milky liquid CM, got myself so excited but turned out to be nowt! Trying to just ignore my cervix and any symptoms this cycle.
Ladies start feeling, it's so weird but also empowering to get to know your body.

Staying on the TMI thread, does anyone get that type of CM where it's like a mix between a massive bogey and a clear jelly? It's different to EWCM and comes a few days after AF? Like you can literally pull it out of you?! 😆😆 oh man that sounds so weird reading it back!

@Shuckle sorry for being such an amateur in this subject, but how do you "feel up" the cervix and where it is .. ? I need some lessons here
I had a faint positive at 7 DPO, maybe at 10 you could get some indication too?

I nearly bought some tests again today (9DPO), whist at the airport in Zurich... 39 franks ( 1:1 euro) a pair... Maybe next time! Crazy!

Yes 10DPO today I haven't tested yet!! I'm doing well, and i'm off out to my zumba class in a bit so that will distract me for an hour haha.

Ooh if you haven't felt it, its another great way to add madness to your day deciding if it's high or low, open or closed, soft or firm lol. Have a feel up there and you'll feel a nub that feels a bit like a nose, with a tip that might be soft or fairly firm, and with a little indent on the tip that feels a bit open. It's supposed to be donut shaped but im not sure that's how it feels to me! they can be tilted at a bit of an angle so the opening might not be totally pointing straight down. Giving the cervix entrance a little investigate is a good place to get CM to have a look at, its straight from the source!

@Shuckle i am with @whatsthecraic91 with not having a clue whether my cervix is high or low because i have nevet felt it haha.

Is high a good sign? (That's the one thing i dont track in my ttc obsession haha!)

I never told my DH i was testing because i have no patience and nevet wanted to let him know how many i had done haha

@Shuckle I have never in my life felt my cervix - wouldn’t even know how to 🤣 I take it that’s a good sign!! So you’re 10DPO today? Not that I’m trying to encourage you but if I test I don’t even let on to my DP 😂 I've had the urge all day to test in the morning - I need to wise up 😅

Omg omg omg help me - I was about to go for a shower and I thought "i'll just feel my CM/cervix again whilst i'm in the bathroom (sorry TMI - we're all friends here ) and in the last hour my cervix has shot up so high I can't feel it even if I squat right down on the floor!!!

I am gonna pass out or vomit with excitement if I don't test soon but DH would be sooooo grumpy if I did!!!

@Anny27 that's great that your manager is understanding!

I know, i'm trying to contain my excitement but it's getting difficult, particularly when I think about all the other things too - sore nips, backache, etc! If I could go back in time a year to when I came off the pill i'd tell myself to take far more notice of my PMS symptoms - here I was all proud of myself for tracking my periods for a year but now I sit here thinking "I have sore boobs. I know its an AF symptom but I NEVER have sore boobs before AF normally" but maybe I did, and never noticed? So complicated haha.

My tracked cycles have been 25, 28, 26, 26, 26, 31, 26, 26, 26, 29, 27, 33, and 24 days - overwhelming in favour of 26 days but then I had those last two 33 and 24 which are a bit abnormal. Today is CD26 so I guess AF due anywhere between Sunday just gone, and next Tuesday 3rd would be CD33 if previous is anything to go on - ovulated on CD16 and Fitbit says Sunday 1st for AF, and Ovia says tomorrow 27th, so who knows! I think I will test on sunday if no AF by then - 15DPO should be enough to pick it up I think?

@Shuckle I will never drink red wine again - trust me 🤣🤣 ooo your symptoms seem positive!! When are you going to test? The only symptoms I have is last night I had a few really sharp shooting pains in my boobs they took my breath away! I’m warm too the past couple of days but that could just be the hangover 😳 some watery CM but I can never tell what that means other than when I’m fertile and have the EWCM. DTD A LOT this
month compared to others so I’m really hoping we have done enough!! Would really love to tell my mum on Christmas Day 😊

@shuckle yep its nice to have days off in between haha. Usually i work mon - friday normal hours but my manager is being quite flexible with letting me come back slowly :D

Your symptoms sound promissing! When will you test?

flipping heck @whatsthecraic91, hope you're feeling better today! I can't deal with red wine at all haha... I am 10DPO and still managing to resist the testing urge, its getting hard though! What symptoms have you got at the minute? I had a metallic taste in my mouth all day yesterday and also at about 10pm there was a small amount of pink CM that lasted around an hour before stopping - really hope thats a good sign!!

@Lozzlepop have a lovely time, where are you going on hols?

@Anny27 glad it went well! I miss my retail job where I would sometimes get a day off, one or two days in, then another day off - really broke the week up lol

@whatsthecraic91 ahh keep on holding out till atleast 11dpo i say! Better to have an actual line vs agonising over a squinter (from experience haha)

@SunnyFlover really! That was very unusual for me - I would be very ill if I mix my drinks but there was none of that going on 😂

8DPO today, trying to make it to Saturday to test 😓 need to sit on my hands!!

@kiza, thank you, but this cycle I am trying to stay very levelheaded and will celebrate it when that line gets very dark and doctor confirms all is ok... don't want the tears again like last time ...

@Kiza CD24 and have managed to get my highest OPK yet so guessing the cold or maybe work stress has pushed things back? Thinking I would get the positive OPK tomorrow although we are heading away on holiday so not sure if I’ll get a chance to test!

How is everyone? We’ve had such a busy weekend- I am shattered tonight so I need to pack and then get an early night for tomorrow ☺️

Still extremely ill was vomiting all yesterday and through the night - never had it this bad before so I’m hoping it’s a pregnancy symptom 😂 had to call in sick to work!! 7DPO today so I don’t think it’s a symptom but this has destroyed me, only had 1 bottle of red too 😓

@Anny27 hope your first day back goes okay for you.

I'm good, currently five DPO after getting a good amount of dtd but trying not to think about it too much. Tomorrow is when I would usually start spotting so I'm hoping that doesn't happen for my BFP and hoping acupuncture is having an effect. FX.

I am hideously constipated sorry for tmi - hoping this means my progesterone is higher than normal. Any tips appreciated

@Lozzlepop still no joy on the opk? Our bodies are so weird sometimes, you think back to when you weren't TTC and how little attention we paid to our cycles... if only we could do that now!

@ValidUser fingers crossed this last trigger shot is your BFP! Not heard of that syndrome before, but there's so much about our reproductive system that I'm learning on this journey.

@Anny27 yeah since we started TTC I have ovulated day 18/19 the only exception being after having loses when things have been a bit delayed!

Evening :D just watching i'm a celeb and enjoyed my last day of resting before getting back to the real world tomorrow 🙈

@kiza yes back at work tomorrow - bit aprehensive but hopefully noone asks too many questions. My colleagues know i have "been ill" 😶

@lozzlepop you might have missed it, i can ovulate from day 13! Do you have regular cycles usually? P.s very productive weekend - good on you 🙌
