@Anny27 yes on CD8 and CD12 so probably too early. having a chill night watching tv with the cat whilst he's stuck in bed.

I had a positive OPK today (cycle day 16) so imagine I will ovulate tomorrow! DTD tonight and will do tomorrow night (it is getting exhausting now haha!)

Usually I ovulate around day 13/14 but I imagine the miscarriage has shifted ovulation a little this month

@1990shopefulftm ahh shame that DH has flu! Have you DTD in the lead up to OV?

@MIW01 sorry AF arrived :(:( a real downer! I am so pleased your sister is keeping the baby:) and its good she is having one first as she can hand me down all the clothes and toys to you haha!! My SIL gave birth a week ago and I am already eyeing up her snuzzpod 🤣🤣

@whatsthecraic91 yeah perhaps after your first tracked cycle it will be a bit cleverer with predicting

going to do another one later just incase it's darker but i think I got a positive opk last night but DH has what is probably flu,so thinking it's probably not going to be the month timing wise.
But if i m right about the OPK and last month's shorter cycle was a fluke, at least i know more for cycle 3.

@timswifey that was cycle 7 of properly trying now on to cycle 8 . . . New it was the right decision not to bother testing! Feeling very sad about it.

Oh @MIW01 sounds like we're in the same boat then! Feeling sad today. How many cycles have you been trying for?

@whatsthecraic91 no but this is only cycle 2 since coming off the pill so it may be to do with that? We also had a death in the family a few weeks ago, and when that happened before my period was quite late then. I think a shock can delay ovulation, so our timing may have been off this month.

Will be tracking CF more closely next month.

@Anny27 I deleted my log of EWCM from yesterday and it’s put my predicted ovulation back to 3 days time! I’ll just log my CM in my other app, but I wonder why it did that!

@Anny27 thanks for looking, I didn’t think it looked right either or maybe it is and I’ll know by my temps in a few days! Best to cover all bases anyway I suppose! I’m only CD11 so it’s early for me if it is!! I know how you feel when we done SMEP towards the end you can’t wait for the rest 😂

So my sister has decided to keep the baby! And I'm really genuinely very excited for her! Only 9 weeks but she's got a very pronounced bump already! We are all just praying now that DP and I get pregnant soon. It will be lovely if they are close in age and can play together and be close cousins. That's something we never had.

@whatsthecraic91 Your temp pattern definitley doesn't look like you have ovulated yet so deffo time for more DTD! If you have EWCM I would do it tonight as the sperm live best in EWCM:)

I have had EWCM for the last 4 or 5 days! And not ovulated yet. Its definitely more than usual this month but might just be down to post miscarriage hormones, not sure but hope I ovulate soon haha!

@orangeloo not too bad but definitely not cheap like you say!

@whatsthecraic don't take the apps or anything else as gospel. I get ewcm a couple of days before oV. Ewcm tends to stop sharpish after you've ovulated. The only thing that does confirm Ov for sure is your temps 3 days after. So keep monitoring all signs and dtd.

@Anny27 I know it's very cruel.i have found a clinic that does a round for £2500 if you don't need a lot of intervention. So it's doable but I don't have that spare atm.

@Anny27 thank you for looking! As this is my first month temping I’m confused! We DTD a couple of times when my period finished and started proper last night as it’s the start of my fertile week or so I thought! I am fuming if that’s my chance for this month over!

@timswifey ahhhh update us when you have. We need a bfp on here - it's been a while!!

@whatsthecraic91 thats so strange! I put EWCM in femometer the other day and it didnt change ovulation date. Perhaps its predicting that it was today? Mine says "ovulation hasnt been confirmed by temps"

Can you screenshot your temps over the last week and we can have a look and see if there is a pattern

@Anny27 no SMEP this month, just going by what my apps are saying and temping! Maybe you can advise me on this, apps all said due to ovulate 13th but today I had EWCM and logged it in my femometer and it changed my ovulation day until today! Which is really early and my temps are still low - I really don’t know what to think as we have only DTD once!

@lozzlepop if everything is fine after next test, Sadly I just have to wait or save to see fertility specialist privately as the nhs referral time in my area is 3years of ttc :( so I obviously Really hope it doesn't come to this. I hope things start progressing for you naturally soon. X

@Anny27 I've bought some tests today and will test tomorrow morning if AF still hasn't surfaced.

My temperature still seems to be elevated and I noticed creamy CF this morning so both those things point to a potential BFP?

Trying so hard not to get excited...

Evening ladies :) CD14 today and due to ovulate tomorrow but not had a positive OPK, have had lots of EWCM though so I am not sure if I will tomorrow or not haha! Guess we will see when my temps rise and we will continue to DTD every day atm.

@whatsthecraic91 yep I am doing SMEP this month, I find it best to have a plan :) what about you? My DH feels pressure around ovulation as well!

@orangeloo that's promising that physically everything looks okay!! Hope the follow ups go well

@MIW01 good news that they didnt see anything physically wrong with you either, what are the next steps?

@Lozzlepop hopefully you won't have to go down the medical route. It's so cruel when our bodies hold on to the babies after they have passed:(
