December bus - testing first week of december

Hi all,

AF arrived today so thought I would start a new thread....feel free to join.

First cycle since MMC and ERPC on 1st October, following BFP straight after implant removal.

Bit odd for me, first proper AF in a few years.

Hoping this is the month!

Only 6dpo had some cramps yesterday which I had to take paracetamol for, needing to wee more and lot more watery CM.. urge to POAS is wild! I'm testing Friday 8DPO I know it's early but it's something to look forward to in a weird way xx

Hope you don’t mind me joining. I came off the pill last week in the middle of what I can only assume was a period as I had them on and off whilst on the pill. The last three or four months I’ve had a normal period fairly regularly.

I am therefore hoping that I can potentially do my first test in December, provided we DTD haha!! If my recent cycle is anything to go by I will be due on again in the third week in December just before christmas.

I am trying not to be hopeful because it’s unlikely I’ll get a BFP the first month coming off the pill but I’m so excited I can’t help myself haha!

Any tips for first timer TTC? We want it to happen as natural as possible but That’s gonna be difficult for me!

Oh I hope it is something .. I didn't have this lower back pain last month. It is literally killing me... so I hope it is something 😢😢

😭 I hope it is not going to dry up then! 😭 I know that is is too early to spot anything but my back is seriously killing me...

I don't know what to think anymore... I am not sure what this is.. maybe I didn't notice anything last month.. but today 4-5dpo my lower back is killing me... I have tingling feeling on my right side... so I don't know I want to stay positive but 😭😭😭😭

@Sunshinexx95 I think that sounds promising. I monitor mine and the last few months that have been negative cm is sticky and watery or dry after ov and not creamy at all until coming up to ov again, good luck x

@Sunshinexx95 I've been reading a lot about cm this month and heard if not pg it usually dries up altogether after 8dpo. Maybe try waiting a few days and checking again?

@Sunshinexx95 it's so hard as symptoms of AF are so similar to early pregnancy, see how you go over the next few days... I'm not great with CM monitoring xxx

Hi everyone, 😭 need help understanding my body.
I got a lot of lotion like cm today and I think I'm either 4-5dpo... lower backache and tingling feeling in right ovary...
I don't know what is happening and I don't want to get my hopes up... I will be testing 3rd or 4th of December...
what do u guys think?

I'm dying to test but AF not even due for 8 days so I know there's no point. Gonna try hold on til at least Saturday.

I know what u mean. The previous couple of months I've done them though, only once each time the day before AF I just got so depressed for the rest of the few weeks until it was ov time again, more depressed seeing the negative than I do to just get AF so I must try and stop myself as it's just another month of disappointment trying to find a line that's not there!

I might be alone in this, but I actually find it more soothing to POAS often. In my head, testing even when I'm in early days and seeing that negative lets me chill out a bit more the rest of the day.

Instead of sitting there twitching and burning to test every hour, I can sort of put the matter aside for the day and think to myself "oh well, not pregnant today, maybe tomorrow."

ICs only of course. I'm not a billionaire lol.

Arrrgh! I'm just so impatient to test today!! I know nothing is going to show up this soon so it would be a total waste BUT the 6th Dec is sooooooooo far away! I promised myself I would only ever test if AF is actually late! MUST. RESIST. TEMPTATION!
