Anyone starting the TWW #2

Okay so...
Had my scan this morning, the sonographer was lovely. He spent time clicking away then asked the assistant to pass him his glasses and then asked her to go and get another sonographer. He told me he thought he could see a flicker. The other sonographer came in and she could see the flicker too, then they showed me. I broke down and started sobbing because I was shocked. They measured it at 4mm which would indicate 6 weeks pregnant.
They have arranged another scan for me for next Tuesday, reason being the lady who scanned me last week put in her report that there was a foetal pole with no heartbeat measuring 4mm. And my scan today measured the same which shows there has been no growth. The man today said it is very very unusual to see a foetal pole with no heartbeat so wonders if the sonographer last week actually saw the foetal pole or just thought she did.. there’s no way of knowing. The patch of bleeding is clear next to the sac but he said that it is “insignificant”
So even though it would have been more reassuring if they said “that’s the strongest heartbeat we have ever seen” I am still taking it as a positive because two people confirmed they saw one. I literally can't believe it, I'm in shock!!
What a bloody rollercoaster!

@Annny27 what an absolute load of shit!!!! 2 years!? No way! That can't be right! How frustrating. When my OH's GP told him to go back after we had been trying 1 year I was fuming because we are both older. But 2 years... you must feel so disappointed
I don't know what your situation is but is few people I know have had initial tests etc privately for about £200. They do bloods and check your tubes etc. or maybe if you spoke to somebody else on a different day at the gp surgery you may get a different answer...

Ladies - I took the plunge and called the GP as we are approaching 1 year ttc. She said we have to wait 2 years??? I was shocked. Perhaps its because we have conceived in that time so we obviously ovulate and his sperms can meet the egg. But frustrating:(

@Missgoldilocks I think its just pre AF spotting. Just had tests delivered and did one at 12dpo and Bfn so guess thats me out! Every month is gutting!!!

@Missgoldilocks Thanks girl, I wish you could too. I didn't think about things like this before, you don't do you, just imagined that once I got that second pink line everything would be perfect!!.
I argued with OH also the other day so can relate to you on that one. Think I'm snappy in general atm, we didn't speak all day and he slept downstairs. It's certainly testing TTC
Don't write yourself off this month though, you really never know! They say it happens when you least expect it. I hope that's true for you, you deserve it so much after all your perseverance and positivity.

Nope no symptoms for me pretty sure I'm not pregnant once again. It's putting huge strain on my relationship we keep arguing, yesterday I woke up just wanting to cry I felt how I do the day before my period comes but I was 7dpo, didn't talk to him about it since he doesn't like it felt kind of alone so we argued blah blah its just all getting on tops right now! Feels like it's never going to happen I'm just fed up now really, I don't see how you are supposed to enjoy this process hah. Have you any symptoms??

Same old over here. Still spotting, still when I wipe and not filling pads or anything, 2 weeks and 2 days since the spotting started. Strong positive pregnancy test and nausea this morning. My scan is tomorrow morning, I am scared 😞 my gut is telling me there will still be no heartbeat. It's 7 weeks and 2 days since my last period so technically 7+2 days pregnant. They should definitely be able to see a heartbeat by now I think. What will be will be though, either way at least I won't be in limbo anymore xx

@Missgoldilocks @Annny27 yes that's the one I'm on and it does do strange things to your wee lol.
I was on 2ice a day before for 5 days I think, now I'm on 3 times a day for 7 days. Plus I've just finished one beginning with N for the UTI. Both safe in early pregnancy apparently x

I had to take metronidazole after my miscarriage! It makes you wee really brown in the mornings haha! I had to drink so much. Also I didn't feel myself on them, felt really anxious - apparently ita a side affect! @PrettyTulip @missgoldilocks

@gems7 its torture isn't it seeing the positive tests and still feeling pregnant! My tests took 4 weeks to turn negative :(

@laur89 ahhh lovely!! Have you shared your news with people now?

@PrettyTulip they didn't test me I just told them I had a funny smell and I've had bv before so pretty sure it's that (probably from all the sex during fertile week or the fact I used that cream. That gets rid of hair down there 🤦‍♀️) anyway the smells gone even tho I'm only on day 1 of antibx but I'll finiah them anyway. I'm on metronidazole 2 tablets a day? I dunno how much mg they are. What are you on? Xx

@Missgoldilocks oh really! I didn't have any symptoms 1st time I got diagnosed with it. What antibiotics have they put you on and what dose? X

@Annny27 yeah I had my 12 week scan on Tuesday, measured 12+2 and due date 1st November! Everything is looking good and healthy! Are any of you girls good at guessing genders from nub/skull theories? 🙊🙊

@anny27 4dpo and no symptoms lol. Tbh I just can't feel positive anymore about the process I wish I could 🤦‍♀️ but I'm sitting here calculating how we will do next months fertile week because I've told myself its not happened..but deep down there's still hope that maybe?! Argh this is shit
