@Gems7 yes, did try a FRER this morning and still nothing, will try once more in the morning and se what happens. I have been tracking my CM and periods pm my app for years so I had all the normal signs that I ovulated when my app said I did, so I just don't know 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Gems7 no as it was our first month we decided to not use OPKS but I have them ready for the next cycle! I wonder if maybe it's to do with when/if I ovulated but doesn't explain the bleeding, either way I'm going to call the GP to check up if it doesn't arrive by tomorrow!

@msunflower yes of course you still have a chance, have you been tracking OV with OPK's? It is possible you ovulated a little later this month? HCG varies so much from woman to woman. Maybe give it until the weekend and test again? Are you using a FRER? I'm no expert though, we've all been through our fair share of troubles on this thread unfortunately. I hope you get confirmation of what's going on though either way, why can't things just be straightforward eh! Xx

@Gems7 it is usually 28-30 days so I was due 6-8 days ago. I've never had this before so I'm worrying something is wrong with me or my body is doing weird things 🤷🏼‍♀️ at first when I was late, I thought maybe i'm pregnant (we are actively trying) but now it's over a week late and there is still a BFN, I'm really not sure. How long does it take for the HcG to be strong enough on a test? Is it usual to skip a period? I've never skipped one before so I don't know 🙈 I guess I've still got a chance until AF arrives?

@msunflower how long are your cycles usually each month? When was your period due? It can sometimes take a BFP a while to show up..
The only thing you can do really hun is wait for one or the other, I know it's not easy xx

I'm now on day 36 of my cycle, no period has arrived but I'm getting BFNs! No idea what's going on. I've never had spotting before but I had two episodes of spotting during this cycle, once 7DPO which resembled implantation bleeding, and a very small amount of spotting around the day of my due period. I'm usually quite regular between 28-30 days cycle. Any ideas what I should do? Should I be worried/concerned? Surely if I was pregnant there would be a BFP and I've never missed a period before 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Missgoldilocks yeah I'm scared because I've had some really promising cramps/twinges the last 2 days at 6/7 DPO but I know deep down they could be anything. I've been away from TTC for a few months my body is probably just doing different things. I know it's going to hit me hard though if AF arrives after everything I've been through the last couple of months and I really don't want to feel as low as I know I'm going to feel 😞 .. It hurts doesn't it girls xxx

@anny27 let's hope it does, unfortunately though its more the oil based one that has higher pregnancy rate afterwards, they are bringing it back out now that they have an oil base that doesn't give people bad reactions! I'd be tempted to do the oil based one if still nothing happens for the next 6 months!

@Gems7 yeah I know what you mean, its better to have no expectations than to think "omg this month i am definitely pregnant", like I do most months 🙄🤣

@Annny27 I love going to the dentist, I know I'm one on my own, weird and completely bonkers, I think it's the sterile environment and how good my teeth feel after a good scale and polish 🤣

I get why you'd want to go private, TTC is so hard, and deflating every month!
I've been having lots of cramps and twinges in my lower back on the left side this afternoon, only 6DPO and I'm trying desperately not to get my hopes up because I know what a big fat fucking disappointment it is going to be by the end of this week but I can't help hoping it means something positive 😑
I know it's going to bite me in the arse, I would much rather just think it's not going to happen, I think psychologically that's easier to deal with when AF arrives..

Welcome to the tww! @missgoldilocks :D I don't know why I get scared because its never hurt and its always fine but I just get worried they will say oh all your teeth have to come out 🤣

Yep tested but was bfn but thats expected for 10dpo

@anny27 😂😂😂 you're funny. Did you test? I do normally get ewcm yes, yesterday afternoon though I got a gushh of it, which is great because we dtd in the morning yesterday and the evening yesterday. Opks stark white now after being peak morning and evening. So hopefully all bases covered. Xx

I had some cramping today so thats either implantation or AF coming...... if AF arrives this month I am booking a private appointment. Its just torture each month!

@gems7 yep testing tomorrow because I have the dentist so wsnt to let her know if I am pregnant. But I arent expecting much as I am only 10dpo plus have no symptoms. But stranger things have happened!

Yeah I usually spot too and so would prefer to wait till AF is late but I would be anxipus thinking what if I am pregjant and the drntist had to do something different because of it haha

We didn't manage to dtd Friday, we did last night and this morning, I also got my peak this morning but I didn't test at all yesterday. Hoping we've done enough, will dtd tonight as well
I've had no ewcm this month but I didn't buy any more primrose oil x

I'm okay, I get twinges and aches every now and again down in my general ovary area and I'm like 👀
But I'm really not getting my hopes up, and I won't test until AF is due, I used to get spotting several days before so if that starts then I will know it's not happening xx

7dpo today and gonna test at 10dpo because I am having a filing on 10dpo so want to be able to tell the dentist if I am pregnant. No symptoms though haha

I often think of @Gigi318 as well - perhaps she has her bfp by now 💗

@Gems7 is say the 7th too!! No I didn't manage to get the oil one, he said they stopped doing that years back because some people get a very bad reaction to the dye but they've now formed a safer one that they will be bringing back! He still said that this can increase your chance because its almost like a clean out of the tubes :) I'm due to ovulate on Sunday. It's funny because he said the left side is where I'm. Ovulating from when I always get pain on my right side!

@anny27 yeah I took cocodamol, I started bleeding a little a few hours later and cramping, I was sleeping and the cramps woke me up but nothing us women can't handle!
