@Lizziedu49 I've had that it bloody hurts when you realise it's not real. I'm okay 4dpo today nothing to tell! Hoping that will change over the next week...
How are you?

Lizziedu49 · 06/12/2019 07:04

Morning ladies, not last night but the night before I had SUCH a vivid dream about being pregnant I woke up thinking I was! Waiting until tomorrow to test as AF Is due then and I will be 12 DPO. Kinda feels like AF is on the way though...

How are you all doing?

FingersCrossedXXX · 05/12/2019 14:36

Sorry ladies, haven't had a chance to reply.

@Ellsbells112 It definetly sounds like you have done all that you can in regards to DTD. Its only a 25% chance even if you get it bang on isn't it?

@Lizziedu49 Sorry to hear about your BFN but could still be too early. I took another one this morning as well and also a BFN, not even a squinter! I am going to try and hold off testing tomorrow and will wait until Saturday. My hubby is away overnight from tomorrow and back Saturday so I'd just be going mad if I found out tomorrow anyway and had to keep it bottled in until he came home!!

Really don't think I am pregnant, I don't really have any unusual symptoms. I have had back ache on and off but I always have this anyway. Had a little bit of white CM today but not much and don't think that is necessarily unusual for me either. No achey boobs or anything like that.

@Gillsg141290 Glad to have another one on the same schedule as me and Lizzie. Good luck for your test tomorrow!

@Robbo93 Might as well go for the interview at least. Even if you do get it, you won't have to take it if you don't want too.

Lizziedu49 · 05/12/2019 08:06

@Gillsg141290 I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. I go on holiday on Sunday for a week and a half, I don't test in front of DH because there's no point in both of us getting disappointed when they come back negative. Plus I want to surprise him when it does finally happen! So if I don't get AF on sat I will spend the next week and a half trying to secretly POAS 😂

Gillsg141290 · 05/12/2019 08:02

@Lizziedu49 aww still though might not come for another few days. Keep positive. I am going to test tomorrow but I don’t feel hopeful to be honest. X

Lizziedu49 · 05/12/2019 07:31

@Gillsg141290 @FingersCrossedXXX tested with FMU with a FRER but BFN. Will now wait until this weekend to see what happens but not feeling hopeful!!

Robbo93 · 05/12/2019 07:27

@Gillsg141290 well happy birthday to you for next week, fingers crossed you get the news you want this month because of it :-)
It's my birthday next week too! Yay!

CD14 and day 3 of flashing smiley 🧐

Gillsg141290 · 04/12/2019 20:51

It sure is! Last year of being in my 20’s 😔Aww don’t worry about interviews just take a deep breath and try not to deviate from the answer to the question.

Let’s hope it’s double happiness for you this month!

Robbo93 · 04/12/2019 20:48

Cheers chick @Gillsg141290 but I worry about everything lol, all I'm thinking about is how hard the interview is going to be as I get so tongue tied and can't sell myself haha
Going by your username is it your birthday next week? X

Gillsg141290 · 04/12/2019 20:40

@Robbo93 I work for the nhs. Good benefits regarding maternity pay. Try not to worry and if it comes to it take the the job as it will be better for you in the long run. X

Robbo93 · 04/12/2019 20:24

Thanks @Gillsg141290 and @Ellsbells112

The job I'm going for is within the nhs so would be much better in the long run but obv doesn't help my situation right now. The job I'm currently in will deffo pay maternity pay and I suppose I'd claim maternity allowance (is there much difference?) if I got a new job, I think it's more my pride of starting a new job and then letting them down by telling them I'm pregnant 🤰 🙈

Ellsbells112 · 04/12/2019 18:54

@Robbo93 you can't stop your life for things, I think you should go ahead and do what is best for you at the moment as things always work out in the end. If you're holding on for maternity then I understand your dilemma but I can't advise you on that side then x

Gillsg141290 · 04/12/2019 17:34

@Lizziedu49 If I we’re due on Saturday I would have already taken about 4 tests by now haha x

Lizziedu49 · 04/12/2019 17:21

@Gillsg141290 I'm due Saturday but I guess that doesn't mean I'll get a positive any sooner 😐

Gillsg141290 · 04/12/2019 17:19

@Robbo93

I would take it if that’s what you want and you don’t need to tell them your pregnant and if they say anything when you get the post then it’s discrimination. What’s for you won’t go past you.

@Lizziedu49 probs Friday then if negative then I will do Sunday as I’m due my period on Wednesday. The wait is unbearable.

Lizziedu49 · 04/12/2019 17:14

@Gillsg141290 you are the same DPO as me and @FingersCrossedXXX

When will you test?

Robbo93 · 04/12/2019 17:07

Ladies, hope you can help with something.

As you know I've been TTC for about a year now, and I seriously need a new job as current one is stressing me out (doesn't help with the TTC situ).
I've been invited to an interview next week which I think I'd be very tempted to take if they offered me the opportunity, however I don't know what to do about the TTC side of things.
I know I can't put my life on hold for something that may never happen or may in a few months time - but my question is, what if this month or next month are lucky and i conceive? Gaaah!

Gillsg141290 · 04/12/2019 17:00

@Ellsbells112 yeah I think it is a big sign but I had this last month and it went away just before period so this could be the same.

Anybody else had any symptoms recently?

Ellsbells112 · 04/12/2019 13:18

@gillsg141290 yes when your boobs hurt more it is a big sign though isn't it? Meh that's what I was going off, I got pregnant like 3 times first go each time, 6 years ago or so and thought it would be the same. Nope I'm on cycle 4 now, annoyingly.

@Robbo93 yes chick! Loving that! Fingers crossed for good news!! 😊
I don't know, maybe it was left over coming out as it came Tuesday evening after nothing since Sunday 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ no matter we dtd Saturday to Monday. Must be enough! I'm only, what, 2 dpo and losing my mind haha I'm taking my son ice skating after school to keep busy xx

Robbo93 · 04/12/2019 13:00

@Gillsg141290 that would make sense, I can just never determine at what point my body releases the egg (or if it even does!)

Gillsg141290 · 04/12/2019 12:55

@Robbo93 I think you get ewcm a few days before and during ovulation as this helps with the sperm to get to the egg. X

Gillsg141290 · 04/12/2019 12:53

@ellsbells112 Only slightly but this is so sore but it could all be pre period symptoms. This is month 2 of trying. The first time I got pregnant 3 years ago I had a miscarriage after the first month of trying then after my first period after that I got pregnant with my son and this time I keep thinking it should be fast again due to previous but it doesn’t always happen like that. It’s driving me insane. I would take a test every day even though I know it would come back as negative. So I’m trying not to. I love seeing all the positive test pics though as it gives everyone else that boost.

Robbo93 · 04/12/2019 12:50

@Ellsbells112 hello my lovely!
I'm CD13 today and day 2 of flashing smiley on OPK. 🤞 I'll have a textbook cycle this month and get my 'peak' tomorrow! (Come on b6 tablets, do your thing!)

Maybe your body geared up to Ov, but didn't manage it, so tried again a day or two later?
I never understand if we ovulate at time of EWCM, just before EWCM or just after EWCM? 🤔 anyone shed any light? Xx

Ellsbells112 · 04/12/2019 12:40

@gillsg141290
I know what you mean I'm only 2dpo and losing my mind 😂 do you normally get boobie pain?

Gillsg141290 · 04/12/2019 11:59
