Can I join? Ttc number 2. First cycle, ovulated yesterday so into ttw now. I fell pregnant with my son on my first cycle last time so really trying not to get my hopes up as I'm aware I'll likely be disappointed.

Cycle varies but ovulation in the next week or so I expect

Feel like everyone around me is pregnant ...pls let this be our month

Is anyone doing any thing special or different to try increase chances? Pls share if so :)

People that temp, what are your average temperatures for the following:
-early cycle (say cd1-10
-before ovulation
-after ovulation

I know it varies for everyone id just be interested to compare mine with other peoples. My lowest temp is about 36.18, and the highest its gotten to is 36.5 which is todays temp (CD14). I have an app that says i ovulated this monday based on my temps, but there is no way thats right because my temp has been up and down all week!

@emmarose1730 i think the advice about not using FMU is because LH surges typically occur later in the day, so if you only test with FMU then you have a good chance of missing the surge. I test twice a day, with fmu and again at about 5.15pm. if you had a positive then its positive regardless of the time, go and get BDing
I have never had a positive OPK, i am going to be ecstatic when i finally do!

I have just done another one now it’s definitely positive. Best get some action today and tomorrow!

The CB sticks say to use FMU so that's what I do.

I had a positive opk this morning but I used fmu. Then read that you shouldn’t use first morning pee so it may be wrong 🤨

DP has to be away for work for a night in early November. His first thought was 'but WooMaWang night he ovulating' and then 'maybe WooMaWang can come with me so we can still DTD'. It's ridiculous how this starts to take over how you approach life (even at only cycle 2 of the process).

I hate using OPKs. Getting up to per on a stick for many days in a row is annoying.

@Yellow1c Hi we're going to try and do every other day them the 2 days cb opk shows a peak. I was away on a trip during most fertile days last month and we stopped too early i think now my cycles are longer.

@Yellow1c we’re kind of going with the flow. obviously dtd more during my fertile window but I’m not temping or using opks, just checking for ewcm 🤞 I’m only on cycle #2 though, so that could all change!

I'm still trying to figure out what my cycle is after 10 years with no periods on mirena. So the following is a bit of a guesstimate, helped by a CB OPK.

OV due there's a question. The CB app is telling me to test from today (nothing, which I expected) but who knows? I got an LH surge on the 29th last month, so I'm anticipating many days of fruitless testing before anything happens.
Af due Also a bit of an unknown. I did have a proper period this time (first in a decade 😱), making the 17th CD one. The last 'cycle' (based on some vague spotting as CD1, rather than anything definitive) was 34 days. So I'm going to guesstimate at around about Nov 18.

I'm 39 so it might take a while. I was much younger (18 and 28) when I conceived) the first 2, so I think it might be somewhat less straightforward this time.

How're things going, everyone? I'm doing SMEP plan so starting off trying every other day at the moment. Started taking ovulation tests this morning and will be taking one every day until my ovulation has passed. What's everyone else doing?Are you following a schedule or just seeing how it goes? It's so interesting hearing how everyone else goes about it!

Can i join? I m ttc 2 this is cycle 3. Going to try and track bbt and use ovulate sticks this month. My cycles seem to be longer althan they used to be but starting to form a pattern now off pill. I should be ovulating around 6th nov and af due 22 nov.

Hi! I will jump on this bus but dont have my hopes up tbh as im struggling with tracking ovulation and i dont truly believe i am ovulating. I am temping this month so hoping that will give me some answers! Currently CD11.
