Ovulation day - 2ww just starting

I'm not going to test unless I'm late, I've had dull backache since yesterday feels like before af arrives but it's only been a few days since I had my peak on ovulation tests.

5dpo here. Got back ache in the kind of back cramps AF usually bring on and off today and this eve kind of v mild AF cramp in my lower pelvis. Honestly trying my hardest not to symptom spot but it's basically impossible! Have had no appetite today and felt generally bleugh too but think it's just my body responding to a hectic work week and an unhealthy diet to be honest!

When would people test?

@Gigi318 got a cold I think ☹️ and got a rubbish nights sleep. The joys of being woman hey with all these things going on in our bodies.
Arrh you must be excited, changes everything but in a good way when you see that little person, meet them for the first time it's amazing! 🥰🥰🥰

@Lauraliverpool oohh could be I related maybe, if you're 5DPO 🤞🏻 Annoyingly, I have quite a sore lower back and it's all knotted up most of the time, so I always wonder if its cycle related or just my crappy muscles 😂🙈 but I do seem to get twinges. Had horrendous backache last month, but not sure if it was placebo or chemical as I didn't test early.
Aww thanks love, I'm so excited. Can't wait to start our family. I really hope so, would love to have a beautiful summer baby 💖💖💖

I've got backache but don't know if that's all the sorting I've been doing today or if it's the back ache I get few days before af, also like a dull ache low down in my stomach.

@Gigi that's what people do say no two pregnancies are the same. I'm really really hoping that we all get our bfp's that's fab your first 🥰 nothing beats being a mummy best job in the world 🥰

@Lauraliverpool definitely. And that's good, quiet usual symptoms but also they say no two pregnancies are the same. So it could be completely different for you this time around. This will be my first 🥰

@Treaclepie19 I've heard a few people say that. They didn't have many symptoms at all (although some say sore boobs) and then got their BFP! So I'm glad I feel normal today. But like you say, only 3DPO anyway. Who knows, could be a symptom!!

@Gigi it is so hard to distinguish between the two of them! Erm can't really remember, I know I had nausea, felt hungry all the time. X

@Lauraliverpool no true. And they say pre AF symptoms and PG symptoms can be similar which is no help at all 🙄🙈 did you have many symptoms with your first? X

@Gigi318i fingers crossed hey! It's strange cause my boobs seem to be tender from af to the other so can't be sure I can use that as a symptom.

@gigi32 aww that's good, and you were 6 days late. I'm hoping I'm late! Hehehe obviously! You never know, 3 days before could help. Fingers crossed for you!

@Gigi318 we did! On Saturday though so if its a bfp then I'll be surprised. For my daughter I didnt test till 6 days after AF was due as I felt so rubbish so kinda knew I was. Not sure I'll be so patient this time around!

@Lauraliverpool that's fab, we've covered the same dates so fingers crossed 🤞🏻 I don't use OPKs so I'm not exactly sure when OD was (either Mon or Tues). Sorry if TMI to some, but I had lots of watery CM all weekend and Mon-Tues, then as of Weds it's been creamy. I am going with Tuesday, just in case. Lots of twinges both days too. I'm pretty sure there should have been swimmers ready and waiting 🙊
YES! I was just thinking that my boobs are really tender this morning. But doing my best not to symptom spot 🙈

@MsMiaWallace I was last month. I was so worried that running or like reaching about my head/carrying things would be a bad thing to do. But realised it's all okay. So funny what we do to ourselves with these thoughts, isn't it 🙈

@gigi32 oh amazing! Same time. I think I will test 23rd if no sign of AF. Maybe earlier if I really feel off. We will see. Did you DTD before Tuesday, so any point over the weekend as that would have been perfect??

@Gigi318 I'm Tuesday too I think! My AF is due 22/23 too. Fingers crossed.

Sorry to butt in, just started ttc. Have a little girl who is 3 so feel its right time. We weren't seriously going to start ttc until December but I've just turned 36 so thought we should just get on with it. So because we werent seriously ttc this month I didnt do an ovulation test till Wednesday which I did 2 and got a solid smiley. I got my period though 2 weeks ago which started on a Tuesday so I think we've missed our window by 1 day by not dtd on Tuesday. Thoughts?

The garage is piled high with baby clothes and clothes that are too small, need to win the lottery to build an extension lol! Fingers crossed for us hey. Xx

Is anyone else really paranoid about stretching too much, sex etc causing things not to happen..???

@Treacle me and hubby had a Macdonald's for tea 🙈 we're hoping to move our little boy into the bigger bedroom next year at the moment it's a dumping ground so have idea where everything will go!

@Gigi318 we DTD Saturday Sunday and Monday, hoping that was enough. Trying to keep myself occupied so the waiting doesn't go too slow

Does anyone else find that their boobs feel tender right through from one af to the other?

@Treacle it doesn't feel like it right now but will be glad when it's done 😄 don't know where this week has gone?, Got any plans for the weekend when you've don't your sorting out?
