@rosie561 21st would only be 4 days early, you could do a FRER? Where are you going? I'd say drink anyway because the baby lives off the yolk sac until about 7 weeks then the placenta so they're not actually taking it in. And you won't even know you're PG. If that makes sense??
Absolutely. I've only told one friend who is also TTC but we don't talk about it and OH doesn't want to, so I love having you girls to keep me sane!! I think I will test 22nd/23rd. Yay!!

@Treaclepie19 oh I hope not. I'm feeling much better than yesterday just tired but that's because of a rubbish night's sleep. Again!! I say hold off if you can chick. Am I right in remembering that this would be your fourth PG in total with one DS?

@Gigi318 aww glad you're feeling a bit better! AF due 25th Oct, but going on holiday on the 21st so hoping I might know one way or the other around then, because I'd quite like a drink by the pool in the sunshine if not
Seems like a few people will be testing in the next week or so, very exciting! It's a relief to talk about this here as I don't really want to discuss it with anyone in real life

@toomuchteaandcake sounds good to me chick. And you'll find that either AF arrives or you will need to test 😬👏🏻 so you don't have to worry so much. I tested when AF was due last month and BFN. Then she arrived 2-3 days later it was midnight 🙈. I'm due 23rd so will test then or 22nd. Testing on a Friday is exciting. So yay for you!!

@Treaclepie19 that's so helpful that you know what to sort of expect. But also, this one could be different. Ohhh love him, yes definitely. I bet it's so worrying. I freak out when my Pup coughs funny so lord knows what I'll be like with an actual child 🤣
Currently getting some tense pulling feelings, hmm not sure I've felt that before. I'm going to just try and ignore it all now!

@Gigi318 feeling like rubbish, still got my cold and cough, backache still there. We went to a wave of light Remembrance Evening last night and that was quite emotional. How are you doing? X

@Gigi318 thank you! My plan is not to test until AF is waaay late, my odd cycle last month means I'm not sure when I'll be due but I think it will be by 25 Oct. that's my plan anyway....!

@MsMiaWallace I thought you might be cycle 2 like me as our first months were the same pretty much. I hope the lack of symptoms this time around is a good thing 🙌🏻 I haven't checked my CP again yet. Maybe I should??

@SarahRay babe do not feel stupid at all, you're spot on. I only joined MN a month ago and I have learnt SO much so from being on the threads (and I joined after my FW so I felt like I had got it all wrong gah). Now I feel like I've been able to give it a better shot this month. You sound like me last month as that was cycle 1 and now cycle 2 but I'm not using OPKs as of yet. May in the future but hopefully we caught this month. Yayy!!!

@toomuchteaandcake hello hello and welcome!!! It all sounds good to me. No pressure and just enjoying it can be fun. But this TWW is a killer!!! Not much longer to wait. When is AF due?? Do you know when you might test??

@Treaclepie19 amazing - do you usually have AF symptoms a week before AF?? I really hope not chick. How is little man??

@toomuchteaandcake glad it's not just us! And my OH is similar, doesn't want to know too much! He worries that if we focus on it, it won't happen. We're around the same time along as well, give or take a couple of days. Wishing you luck!

Hello all, first post here, TTC1, cycle 1! Only 3/4 dpo so early days. Only managed to DTD three times in my window, was conscious of not putting too much pressure on it and making it feel like a chore, my OH is quite a stresshead and doesn't really want to know the details of what is going on in the process, hoping whatever the result this month we will do better next time with one cycle under our belts! Cycle was weirdly short last month so think AF will come around 24/25 October, something similar to others on here at least

@SarahRay totally relate, ours is a 'Oh screw it let's just give it a go' try too!

@Gigi318 thank you for replying! Honestly no I'm not certain. I am guessing last Thursday or Friday because that's when I had loads of eggwhite superstretchy CM which I believe signals high fertility days (can't remember if I had it earlier). I also experience a through-the-roof libido when I'm ovulating and I had that since the beginning of the week, Tuesdayish. So it could've been any time last week really... I feel really stupid saying that here because everyone else is so on the ball.

Obviously, going forward, if this cycle isn't successful I'll start using OPK testing and tracking - this first month was a last minute "let's just go for it and see what happens" thing since the time between us deciding we're trying and me feeling like I was ovulating was like.. a day. But I'd lovelovelove if we got lucky this first time!

This is my 2nd cycle ttc number 3 so you'd think I should know by now but no!
My CP hasn't gone 'Tip of nose' feel yet. Hoping this is good!

I've only had the odd twinge here & there.
Biggest symptom was what i think actual O day lots of bloat & tender tummy.

@Treaclepie19 are you 8DPO today? When is AF due?? Hopefully not!!

@SarahRay hello, hello! Are you definitely 4/5DPO as that could be implantation but it's usually 6-12DPO. However every body is different so it could be early for you. Or maybe even late O as you can cramp and spot with O too. So hard to know. I'm only on cycle 2 but had so many symptoms last month and feel as if I sorted wanted to feel them as got a BFN. Trying my best not to symptom spot this month, but it's so hard isn't it. Especially as AF and PG symptoms are similar in the TWW thanks to progesterone 🙄🙈

Hey all, Currently 4/5 dpo (1st cycle for #1 and not exactly sure whether I ovulated on Thursday or Friday but we DTD Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri just to be sure).

I haven't really felt any different apart from a mild but very noticeable ache in my pelvis/uterus area yesterday accompanied by some very light brownish pink spotting. Nothing like AF bleeding and has completely disappeared today without needing to use anything more than a small pantyliner. I've been more tired than usual, struggling to focus and stop yawning at work, but I've also been sleeping very poorly this week (Idk why). Also had some gastro upset for a couple of days.. all probably means nothing but I'm planning to test on the 25th and the wait is beginning to drive me crazy already!!

@Treaclepie19 that's very true. Should keep you focused and remove temptation from testing early. Excitinggg!!!

Ladies, I am now craving grease!!!! Probably because I am tired 🤣🙈 but I really would love a cafe style full English 🙊 and I generally hate greasy food/breakfasts/greasy spoons 👀👀👀

@Treaclepie19 that's good. Some fresh air will definitely help you both to feel better. And who doesn't love new books to read. Hopefully you can both curl up on the sofa and have a nap today too 🙌🏻 it's the weather for it! Which app is that?? Don't do it!!! Will you be 12DPO then?? I mean it could show something.... but also not 🙈
