Random pondering, if I got flashing smiley (as in high fertility not peak) do I mark that as a positive or negative ovulation test 🤔

Really don't want to read too much into this in case I end up disappointed but hopefully this is our month I have an interview for a job I was headhunted for today, I'm getting a substantial tax refund tomorrow, if I do get a bfp I would be due around our birthdays next year. The signs are there just need my body to behave

Ladies, my total lack of symptoms has changed and despite me not wanting to spot them, I couldn't help it. Sorry if this is a long one or TMI for some. Butttt...
I woke feeling a bit wetter, especially after yesterdays seemingly dried up CM day. Watery CM. Then I went to shower and spotted a few thin lines of very pale brown CM. So, I freaked! I'm only 9DPO! On further inspection, it's a pinkish brown rather than my usual AF related dark brown. It was also mixed with non-pinkish brown CM - clearer/milkier CM. So not all pinkish-brown.
I don't want to overthink this, but I'm hoping it's IB 🤞🏻 I've got no other symptoms. No cramps or anything. Just literally spotted it!

What do we think???

@Raizelrea you're a wonderful daughter, chick. I bet your Mum was so glad to have you there for her. I don't think an awful lot, to be honest. We're all going a bit doolalley. I'm got a stiff neck and like 👀 is this a PG thing. @Hewie30's cycle seems to be shortening. @claireb707 is hopefully about to O. @Katie1109 has rather annoyingly got her AF. And @Makeafamily19 is DTD!

I've only had stark white BFNs and then obviously that whole palaver with flooding the test last month which is literally the most me thing ever to do 🤣🙈

@claireb707 no way, you're a scientist????? Hats off to you babe. I've just always been really aware of my cycle as not been on BC for years and used to keep an eye on CM so not to DTD then 🤣 it should be something like.... dry after AF then starts to get creamier, then watery/slippery/more wet on run up to O. On O day or just before its then like egg white consistency (EWCM) or sticky and stretchy. Theennnn it dries up again or goes creamy/cloudy colour post O! And can stop again before AF 😅 AND BREATHE. Sorry if you already know this 😂😂😂

@claireb707 I always find CM a real good indicator. Always wet and watery when before and during O. Then goes dry and creamy right after O done. So if you're feeling wetter (soz) then could be O!

So from what I've read about charting (though as I said it can vary), you have a sharp temp spike which indicates ovulation. Then your temps should remain higher (above a cover line, my app did this for me lol), my temp then dropped dramatically the day AF started. If you are PG then they remain high. So I knew I was out the morning my temp dropped despite AF not coming till the afternoon.
Things can make it inaccurate though, as you have to temp at the same time, just after you wake up after prolonged sleep. If you are ill, wake at different times, have the heating on etc it can affect it. It definitely is a challenge!

I don't think you've ovulated yet @claireb707 though you won't know till you temp a few more days probably. Just have to go with it and see what happens and DTD as much as possible so you're covered like @Gigi318 says 😊

My husband has a bad cold and still DTD last night 😂 he's as committed as me that's for sure!

@Makeafamily19 literally I have idea what I'm talking about but because your peak looks as if it happened right at the end of your FW, maybe Claire's is tomorrow then?

@claireb707 you've still got tomorrow and those FW could be completely wrong and may adjust by the end of the month. I'd keep DTD just to be sure. What's going on with CM atm? Is it watery??
