Wishing you all the best for today ♥️

I'm 7+3 and did a test bang on 7weeks and it was an in your face positive. You got a positive at the docs though so that's encouraging. I'm rooting for you op. At least you only have to wait til tomorrow for your blood results. Fingers crossed for you!

Sardi28 · 25/09/2019 17:15

Gosh I can't wait to see if you are on Fri! Everything is crossed for you! ❤️

AloneLonelyLoner · 25/09/2019 16:53

You can get a private scan for about 50 quid where I lived . I'd suggest that. Then you'll now and can relax (a little because i know I never did).

LochNessMumster87 · 25/09/2019 16:22

Did you do a pregnancy test at all?

Fellow PCOS sufferer here OP. i got OPKs like that too when I was pregnant with my first. I was two months gone before I realised I was pregnant! Seriously thought I was having the longest ovulation EVER.

I also felt like you're feeling now regarding sleeping on my stomach, and also the pinching pain you felt earlier deep in your stomach.

I am crossing SO many fingers for your blood test result on friday! Good luck.

LochNessMumster87 · 25/09/2019 13:37

Thanks everyone. I'm hoping for the best but honestly I'm not bouncing off the walls shouting I'm pregnant I'm pregnant lol I'm keeping a level head and just seeing what happens. I'm really glad I've had all of you to talk to because I refuse to tell anyone in my family until I know for sure, and if I didn't have this support and outlet for what I'm going through I think I would of gone mad lol xxx

I'm dying to know how things go on Friday. Got fingers and toes crossed for you - what a rollercoaster this has been. Let us know! x

KatharinaRosalie · 25/09/2019 13:25

When you are pregnant the positive test is really obvious you should never have to stare at it for ages to see a line

That's really not true if you test early - like many people TTC do. My first test were so faint I had to look at them against a light to see anything. I was most definitely pregnant though.

momtoj · 25/09/2019 13:14

Love a good underdog story but I would still encourage you to be cautious as I am not sure you would get a really positive OPK if the hook theory is true (and I’ve also heard that is quite a rare phenomenon)? Glad your doctor suggested getting a blood test though as that will tell once and for all. Not trying to be negative and hope I’m wrong. I would personally get a scan.

xJune88 · 25/09/2019 13:13

Really hope things turn out well for you x

My first sigh of pregnancy is always my heart speeding up (sometimes palpitations) and breathlessness. It gets easier when your body gets used to the workload. The rule of thumb given to me was by 7 weeks your heart works like 85% harder. As weeks go on your heart rate will find a more comfortable pace.

LochNessMumster87 · 25/09/2019 11:42

I just in general feel very crappy. My back is so sore, my stomach is so sore, I'm very bloated. And I have 3 big black hairs on my nipple and one starting to pop up on the other one! What's that all about!

OP posts:
HopefulHun · 25/09/2019 11:18

I get the breathlessness now and heart racing after not a lot of effort. I've always been into fitness so it's definitely a pregnancy thing being out of breath. I'm 4+5 so it's not that I'm carrying any extra weight!

boredboredboredboredbored · 25/09/2019 10:53

One of my first symptoms was breathlessness and sore boobs.....fingers crossed op!!

December2019 · 25/09/2019 10:33

I get the heart beating fast thing now and really out of breath, my midwife said it's because your body has a higher blood volume when pregnant so your heart has to work harder to pump all the blood around your body, I get the pressure on my stomach when in bed too but I'm 28 weeks and very round lol

clarinstunic · 25/09/2019 10:14

I got the heart beating fast thing when pregnant. You need your blood pressure testing

LochNessMumster87 · 25/09/2019 10:10

Do I don't know if any of this means anything but if anyone could shed some light on it that would be helpful, for the past couple of nights in bed I cannot sleep on my stomach, which I always do. It's just so uncomfortable, like pressure, I have to either lift my leg up or sleep on my side. And my hearts beating really fast and everything seems like an effort. I walk upstairs and I'm out of breath, I have no energy to do anything. Anybody been through any of this?

I'm so happy for you @loch. I felt your frustration and this is a brilliant update.

Good luck for your blood results and scan!

LochNessMumster87 · 24/09/2019 19:40

@sredwards I thought of that! But I'm terrified if I go there will be nothing and I'll look stupid lol and thank you all. Its not 100% yet but fingers crossed this is finally it!

sredwards · 24/09/2019 18:33

@LochNessMumster87 I'm holding out hope for you! If you can't wait til Friday you could always book an early scan privately! Xxx

ForGoodnessCake · 24/09/2019 15:12

Wow, I've been so waiting for an update, fingers crossed I really think you deserve this more than anything xxx
