Afternoon ladies just put DD2 down for her nap so can't do housework for a bit so having a tea break and some fairy cakes we made yesterday.

Well AF has turned up for me because it's only been 4 weeks since the mc (my bad bleed days as I call them were 11/12 and 13th of August then I bled for 2 weeks after that) so I must have ov-ed whilst bleeding. Seems strange I was losing one and my body was gearing itself up for the next go. Didn't start BD-ing until after the bleeding had stopped so not at all upset AF has turned up. It means I can start moving down the board and getting a proper cycle now No wonder I've been all over the place the last few days it was PMT as well.

lulu - so sorry to see you got your AF today but we can be cycle buddies now and both get a BFP next time (got to be positive don't you?)

LT - still shocked about your early mornings my DP is up at 6am and is usually shattered by about 11pm as for me he knows better than wake me from a sleep, when he gets up in the mornign he sneaks out the bedroom and gets ready in the downstairs loo we call it his dressing room as he has his suits etc in there during the week, I just don't do mornings.

pennybenjamin, kgirl, meglet - welcome but hope your stay here is a short one

lololola - I know what you mean I was told I was greedy wanting another as I already had two (I hate this you must have the regulation 2 children) if you want 4 you want 4 don't have to justify it to anyone.

penguinmum - don't know about your symptoms sorry, when I was ttc #1 my period was a week late once and then it was heavier than normal, BFNs on tests so I put that down to maybe a fertilised egg not implanting or as you say a very early mc. Would see GP or phone your nearest hospital if you are worried.

digitalgirl - your weekend sounds lovely enjoy! DP is out running tomorrow morning then we are going to a fun day down our local park, Sunday we are going shopping and DP is taking us to lunch to celebrate his promotion

big hello to everyone else x

looneytune · 07/09/2007 14:30

penguinmum - when I had my MC before ds I had spotting for a week and half and then suddenly it was (TMI alert) pouring out of me and I just knew. I had to have an ERPC as the bleeding was too bad to leave it. I would certainly speak to the Dr even if it's not a MC, I'd want to know why my period was like that!! If you happen to be Rhesis Negative blood group like me....you may need an anti D.

Must dash....hope you're ok x

libralady · 07/09/2007 13:33

Hi all,
penguinmum sounds a bit scary. Did you do a pg test? Even if it is an early miscarriage your hcg levels should be registering. Maybe worth checking and getting yourself checked out.

kgirl · 07/09/2007 12:44

Afternoon ladies hope everyones having a fabulous afternoon
Sweetkitty congrates on dh's job i know how great it is when the money worries get lifted.
Had a crapie night last night my boobs feel like 2 bricks strapped to my front and if i touch them OH MY GOD IT HURTS!!!!!!!

penguinmum · 07/09/2007 12:39

TMI alert

Started really heavy bleeding on wed, which has been quite normal since i had dd. The 5 days of light bleeding before that were quite abnormal for me! However, today am still have bad cramps and this morning passed a clot that was about 2inches diameter. (no bloody wonder it hurt!) am now wondering if was early mc - any ideas?

digitalgirl · 07/09/2007 11:54

thanks bucky - thinking of you too hope you get over the dodgy cranberry cocktails!

Sorry to hear of more CD1s turning up . But do the short cycles mean you're still in with a chance for Sep?

Am looking forward to a relaxing weekend at my mum's with lots of secret bd'ing, country walks and general pampering. Feel completely normal today, which is saying something at CD41.

What's everyone else up to this weekend?

looneytune · 07/09/2007 11:54

sweetkitty - about toddler group, I'm lucky that I don't get asked if I'm having a 2nd (even though ds is 4.5), probably because they always see me with lots of kids and forget ds is an only child? So hard when people make comments like that but hopefully you'll get a BFP soon and won't need to for much longer! As for dh, 2am is not unusual for us, although I must admit it's usually me waking up to it ( TMI!). Fantastic news about dh's job!!!

PennyBenjamin, kgirl & Meglet - welcome and fingers crossed for a BFP's soon!

libralady - at you being another jumper!

digitalgirl - massage sounds lovely Good luck at the Dr's, keep us posted!

sweetbean - I had LOADS of symptoms last month (nausea, metal mouth, tired, emotional, bloated, spots on nipples, boobs sore, off certain food and drink etc) and ended up doing 7 tests! AF arrived a little later than usual but first one post pill. I'm not putting myself through that again, i'm not even going to think of myself as pg until I actually get a BFP!!! It drove me mad! Hope it's not in your head though

kgirl - same for you, hope it means a BFP but TRY not to think too much about it or you'll loose it like I did!

abbymeg - you didn't come off the pill recently did you? Only asking coz I had a 2 day light AF last month but counted it as a period because I'd only just come off the pill the month before and believe this is normal when your body is adjusting. Just a thought.

TheMuppetMuggle - well HE jumped on ME at 3.30am!!! You see, this is what we're like - fall asleep early but then wake up wanting it! And sorry about AF

lololola - no way, go and see the Dr. Surely they can't tell you you're greedy just because you want another one???

shreksmissus - I know how you feel about feeling you missed the 'right' days. But as sweetkitty said to me earlier, we must try not to think too much like that as if we get all stressed, we won't get pg! I had EWCM on CD9 and twinges too then twinges again this week but no EWCM so I haven't got a bloody clue. All I know is that I did have a wet period even if no EWCM and so I'm taking that as ovulation??? So confused, I do know my cervix was high and soft too. Anyway, if I did ovulate, nothing showed up on my Persona monitor. I'm so not hopeful that I actually just want the next couple of weeks to pass asap so I get next AF and can start again!!!

penguinmum -

lulu1414 - really sorry to hear that

Sorry to re-do the list but some of us weren't updated so I've grabbed yesterday's list and updated again. I'll try and remember to add others but PLEASE CHECK and add yourself if I miss you!

Well, I move back to the top- AF arrived this morning. Gutted. I now have 1 more cycle of clomid left, but it looks like surgery in a few months to investigate. Feeling rather blue

sweetkitty well done to your dp for his promotion!

goingfor3 · 07/09/2007 08:10

I had a smiley face o my opk yesterday but no ewcm, I'm sure that what I had a couple of days before that was ewcm so I think either my body is messed up or the opk was wrong but I'm doubtful about that. We bd'd last night and it really felt like it was purely to make a baby and wanted it over and done with asap as we were both exhauted and wasnted to go to sleep! My temp doesn't seem to show I've ov'd but I should expect that soon and then I can relax a bit but I know I will stress waiting to see if I get a bfp or my dreaded period. Enough of my moaning!

sweetkitty · 07/09/2007 07:58

Morning all

Sorry about the BFN muppet have a nice glass of wne this evening.

Not got time to catch up on everyone this morning will come back later.

But I have had a bit of brilliant news. DP has got a promotion at work and it's a lot more money and it means we can stop worrying about money (or the lack of). He was doing various interviews even when I was having the mc so it was really stressful and he wasn't that hopeful but he's got one of the jobs, I really am so delighted we have been penny pinching for so long it means we can finally relax a bit. It's the equivalent of me gong out p/t to work minus the childcare so it's just so great. Hopefully soon we will be splashing out on some new baby clothes!

Anyway better get on busy morning SK x

penguinmum · 07/09/2007 07:46

Morning all. NOt had time to read all posts, about to go to work, just thought I would move myself back up the list a bit. Had light bleeding for a few days (5!) but then got full flow and cramps on Wed so think should prob count that as cd1. quite depressing really!

hope you all ok

Morning Everyone

Did the roll call...
Hope everyone is feeling good today.

digitalgirl CD41! Thinking of you.

I just re-read the thread from yesterday. I read it at work but re-reading it I can't remember any of it? Thinking I may have a brain malfunction...can't even remember posting and don't know quite what I was talking about in the post?

Maybe my hormones are so potent that they are making my brain fail? Here's hoping...

Have a good day all.

Greetings to all newbies

Muppetmuggle, sorry to hear about AF

I am very confused re cycle, thought I got EWCM yesterday, so despite it being 32 days since m/c did ovulation test - negative. Pg test was negative... feel like I am becoming a compulsive obsessive ....

Damn it I want something positive ..... I don't think I even have + blood type

TheMuppetMuggle · 06/09/2007 20:55

thanks abbey
welcome meg

lololola · 06/09/2007 20:55

hi, im on cd19 and trying for #4. no i havnt been to doctor as scared he will think im being greedy for wanting 4 children. also due to my age he might tell me to take up gardening or someting to take my mind off it. i just want one more before menopause kicks in. and i adore kids. plus want an excuse to keep popping in baby gap!

Meglet · 06/09/2007 20:41
