@Blossomingflower94 I use clear blue and test in the morning and they've been great for me, they clearly tell you when you are ovulating but are a little more pricey.

@littlelisa34 I've just brought some preseed in preparation for next month. How are you feeling today? How many dpo are you now?

@Ginfizz90 how was it telling your husband? Did you think of a cute way to reveal it?

@May2311 Thanks for the info! I feel like i'm diving into a pit of unknown ... haven't let myself get too carried away with research prior to now as I've wanted kids for about 2 years now but DP hasn't felt ready.

Time to start googling!

I use the amazon ones and they have worked for me so far( as in I have had positives) some people struggle to get a positive with them though but from CD12-16 I tend to test twice a day to make sure I don’t miss it.

TWW is a long one but I find mumsnet threads do help as most people are in similar positions 😊

TTC cycle 1. DP finally gave us the 'go ahead'. Really happy he waited until he was ready, now I know we will both be happy when we get a BFP.

Any tips or advice on ovulation prediction would be great. I don't think i'll be able to temperature graph as I work varied shifts.

Are the cheap ovulation kits on amazon worth it? Considering getting some.

Good luck to all those in their TWW, I get the feeling its going to be a long two weeks when I get there!!

@Ginfizz90 lovely to see your tests so happy for women when they get there BFP must be such an amazing feeling.. you wouldn't say you had any out and out symptoms then that made you think you were 100% pregnant?

@tryingforbabyone yeah it does seem a lot but I think that's the point no chance of missing ovulation it covers every day of your fertile window and more..

I'm feeling pretty normal so not holding out much hope but in the back of my mind still praying as only 3dpo!

@tryingforbabyone thanks so much for asking. I feel absolutely fine in myself, just a bit of a head ache that I can't shift and my boobs are tender but nothing crazy.

I'm still in total shock, even though we all try and want it so much you never really believe it will happen.

My husband is away on business lands tomorrow I haven't told him yet, really wanted to tell him face to face I'm dying to tell him!!! Trying to think of a good way 😂

@littlelisa34 yeah I've found a plan. We do BD working up to ovulation but I fear it may be too much so will be interesting to try.

@Ginfizz90 how are you feeling?

@tryingforbabyone yeah definitely raises the odds by there being the little swimmers there by the time you ovulate so can't do any harm.. think you can download a plan from offline somewhere too

@littlelisa34 yeah I've read some good things about it so I think it'll be worth a try next month for me and my OH. Think I may also try the pre seed.

@tryingforbabyone I did look into it but we have a pretty good schedule now so I didn't actually follow through with the plan but you never know I suppose loads of women do it that way.

@May2311 yeah it is I agree, this cycle may be your cycle though 😁 you just never know

@littlelisa34 thanks! I know I just need to keep positive and try not to stress about it. I am sure all of our time will come eventually! I wouldn’t mind waiting if I knew when it was gonna happen🙈 it’s the not knowing that I struggle with!!

@tryingforbabyone yes I definitely had tender boobs, but only my left one for the first few days and now both!! They almost feel fiery it's very odd.

Only 9dpo so very early days yet, I will try a digital in a few days I think to confirm.

My birthday is Wednesday so without getting my hopes up too much it would be the most magical present!

@Ginfizz90 did you only have tender boobs? How many dpo are you?
