End of August bus

Hey guys decided to make an end of August bus as there is already an August bus and by the time we get to the middle of aug we will need a new one anyway and it will keep us all around the same time in our cycles.

Cycle 7
CD 1
AF/BFP due 25th August
Age 29(30 in 10 days 🙈)

@november90 I have had these pains too. Like a sharp twinge I guess. About 3 days ago had one on hand side. And today had one on the left.

Analysing everything like a crazy women!
@flossy12 thanks , I had my 2 DD's at age 25/29 Ish which seems ages ago! They were quick to conceive. 🤞🏼🤞🏼

@MrsD0147 My 2nd but did really try for my first so didn't have all of this O testing and 2WW business. I actually find a BFN worse than AF arriving so I'm definitely gong to wait until I'm late before I test.

@flossy12 It will fly just keep busy and lots of DTD Smile

@AmIseeingRight If you can wait until 15 DPO and you def have a good chance then of getting a BFP. Because AF can still arrive the evening of 14 DPO (the witch) Plus as well If you wait until 15 DPO we can test together hopefully if AF doesn't arrive

@Tamalama Don't do it hold out until your late!!!

@Sophieb15 @mumofbun @MrsD0147 @mrssunshinexxx this tww is so stressful! I feel so rotten today, still have the weird popping sensations, my headache has come back and I feel sick and just generally under the weather. I've ordered some frer tests from amazon, due to arrive tomorrow so I'll do a test using fmu on Wednesday, which will make me at 10dpo. I've ordered 2 packs of 2...

@Sophieb15 please stop me! Last month even thought I knew there was little chance and did not even know when I Ov I still tested early and wasted money on the bloody POAS. This month bit gonna test until 14DPO.

Also My OH is so chilled about it all! Men can be so annoying Hmmhe said "just don't think about it", when I said now to wait 2 weeks!!! like that's even possible Confused

Not due to ovulate till around the 27th of August but I'm going to stay here lurking so I can see the happy BFPs of this month 🥰

Oh yes! My and sister went to Tenerife in June 😆😆 only for 4 days though as her annual leave wasn't that long

We're off to Crete in early October so my holiday could be very different to last time aswell 😅😅

OPKs have just arrived in the post for this month 😬

Thanks @Sophieb15 yes i am TTC number one. Is this your first too? It is hard to think of anything else isn't it. I feel like since January i have been surrounded since pregnancy too which makes it harder although i know that is selfish as obviously still so happy for friends Smile
Going to wait to test until AF is due though hopefully so i don't get hopes up

So I've had a few pains to the left and lower of my hip/groin area... could this be ovulation pains? I had a negative smiley yesterday and I'm gonna test again when I get home.... husband is sleeping over at work tonight and I'm home late tomorrow so it would just be typical!

@mumofbun My O day is today too but I'm going to go by a 14 day LP so due AF 26th. I've had a 12/13 day LP last few months so If I don't get them on the 26th I know then I've a really good chance of getting a BFP on the 27th Smile
This is the first month we are going to do 5 days in a row and its only because his shift change this week last minute I felt like OMG its meant to be this month!!!!!
It's tough like when you are really not in the mood. I'm just thinking 2 more days now and I can rest. I never have a problem either with the first week. It's the 2nd week of the 2WW I find hard because if AF is going to come I get bad PMS. Lets hope I get NO PMS symptoms this month.

@flossy12 aww haha thanks! ☺️ it'll be a very different holiday depending on whether I get a BFP or not before we go! Including if I can go to Siam Park or not! 😱 are you going anywhere nice or have you been anywhere?

@AmIseeingRight I'm way behind everyone 😅 on the last day of AF I think now, so will be starting SMEP as soon as possible! First time doing SMEP so let's see how it goes 😅

@sophieb15 I’m trying to make sure I’m as covered as possible! It’s good that you feel ovulation- I’ll keep my eye out for twinges today. Felt nothing so far.

Another positive opk this morning- will test again later to see if LH peak has gone.

I’m off work this week, I’m spending my time cleaning up! Massive fail in the bathroom - lost grip of the shower head and now I’m bloody soaked!

I feel more relaxed this month, lots of chores this week as we’re going to finally renovate the house so have window companies ‘round the end of the week for quotes.

@AmIseeingRight Today is OD i think - i'm due the 25th of August too! Planning to dtd today, tomorrow and maybe the day after and then I will be waiting :|

@Sophieb15 Thanks for the reassurance! I did an opk this morning and it was very light so def think today is OD after yesterday's peak. I think that's my problem too with trying to make it interesting - i don't want DH to feel like ttc is the only reason but also feel quite stressed if we "miss" a day. But then again if i don't feel like it i also don't want to force things...

@mumofbun managed 30 mins the first day only 15 20 mins last 2 nights. 2 more nights now of seducing OH haha. It's quite easy but 5 days in a row is such a chore. I'm trying to make it interesting each time haha.
I had one cheapie left this morning and said if it was lighter I would def count today as O day so went to opening packaging and nothing inside I got a dud haha only happen to me!!! I'll pick up another pack on my way home there only €1.50 and take one when I get home tonight.
You should be covered with CD12,15,17,18 I wouldn't be worried that you missed one day Smile

So my app said Ov was today as had 2 positive OPK with FMU and again around 3 yesterday but at 4pm I had a really sharp pain around my right ovary so think i might have Ov late yesterday afternoon/evening, we dtd this morning as well Grin, so today is CD16 and now for the long TWW app says AF is due in 14 days so will test on 25 Aug and hope for a BFP.

So is everyone in the mad TWW now?

@Sophieb15 we're away for 2 weeks and off to Tenerife ☺️ if I do get a BFP I'll be 6 weeks 4 days by the time we get back! 😮

@Tamalama Try not to think about it as Implantation occurs between 6-12 DPO so you may not even be at that stage yet. Most of the time Pregnancy symptoms start after BFP. With my first It was 6 weeks before I had nausea. Is there any project you can start that will keep you busy for the next 6 days Smile

@MrsD0147 Try keep yourself busy for the next 6 days. It's a hard process this TTC. What cycle is this for you? Is is ttc no 1?

Well we managed a quickie before work while kids downstairs watching tv!!
My Dh is absolutely loving this 🤣 he's Only 27, so hopefully with him being young will balance out my ancient 36 year old diminishing egg population!!!

@Tamalama I feel like my husband doesn't really understand either - though i said to him the other day, do you know it's only a short window for me and he said he did know...

@Sophieb15 30 minutes!! well done i couldn't keep my legs up for 30 seconds i wouldn't think haha. I think that second OPK you posted yesterday is definitely darker than the first - i do get some sharp pains a couple of days before OD and then again around that day so possibly it's the same for you? Also our bodies are just so complex, maybe the pain the other night was something else...

I'm feeling like things aren't going to plan for me - I got my positive opk yesterday (CD16), had been planning to do SMEP but got of to a bad start. dtd CD12 and CD15. Was so tired yesterday that we didn't...feel like i should've started earlier so CD10 and then done 12, 14, 16. Planning to add in CD16, 17 and maybe 19? Any advice would be great!
