@MIW01 wow that sounds like brilliant planning. I'm unfortunately not organised enough to plan like that! Where in USA are you off to? We were in Miami in March, had a great time! Going away does put you in the DTD mood :)
Ah, do you work shifts? I've got my alarm set for 30 minutes before my normal wake up time to make sure I temp properly.

@Anny27 ah so sorry it looks like AF is showing. What dpo are you? Could it be implantation? Everyone needs some time to feel down about it, but I'm glad you're feeling better! Treat yourself to something today :)
It generally varies between CD19-23. I've seen the start of some EWCM today, so I think my fw may be starting!

@MrsEG not too bad thank you lovely started SMEP this month so fingers crossed. Feeling optimistic this month and trying to relax and enjoy!!
Saw a girl at work who I'd found being pregnant quite tough to see and she's actually been really lovely. Also meeting with a boss about changing our policies and attitudes on miscarriage and still birth. So trying to get something positive from all this.

You must be so excited for twins! How are you feeling?

@MrsEG - that’s absolutely amazing news!! Certainly all worth it, and I reckon weight gain with twins and steroids is more than justified 😊
You and DH must be ecstatic and you more than deserve the happiness! Xx

@ELW85 Thank you lovely :) I am essentially discharged from the RMC clinic now and I start weaning off the treatment over the next two weeks. I’ll see the consultant at the twin clinic next week and he’ll reassess my bloods but as all is looking good it seems at 12 week I can stop with all the treatment :) Which I really can’t wait for!! Steroids (and twins!) making me gain weight like crazy and I won’t miss the injections one bit. Has totally all been worth it though :)

@MrsEG - ah that’s amazing! Can’t tell you how happy I am for you :)
Are you on a treatment plan for the rest of the pregnancy or are they just reassessing you as you go?

@ELW85 That’s fab - I’m a big believer in a positive mental attitude :)
I’m fine - had another scan today at 9+5 and everything was great, they look like tiny little babies now :)

This early ovulation has completely thrown my apps off this month 🙄🙄 Flo and Glow and Ovia are all saying a different AF day 7th, 9th, 11th respectfully

However Flo and Glow are both saying OV on the 29th August and Ovias fertile week dates are the 28th to the 2nd 🙃🙃 this months a lucky dip! Guess I better buy myself some more OPKs 😅

@georgiarclark11 have you tried using ovulation tests (opks) and temping to try and figure out if ovulation is happening?

what day do you usually ovulate?

I am out this month ladies, big temp drop and spotting last night and this morning which means AF is coming :( was feeling a bit mopey and down last night but i have perked myself up and focussing on the next month! Xx

@ValidUser yes I think it was. Thanks for sharing, that's really interesting. Sorry to hear that though and of course, keeping everything crossed for you. IVF is definitely a last resort thing!

@newgirl89 congratulations! Overwhelming and exciting all at once. And is funny how that happens, I've heard so many stories like that.

@LokiCat yeah, that's what our GP has recommended. We've come up with a plan though (we love to plan). As we were DTD in the evening all of last month (I'm not a morning person) we've agreed to do it in the morning this month and if that doesn't make a difference. Next month we'll be in the USA during my fertile window so maybe a different time zone will help! And tbh, we'll prob just relax and do it to our enjoyment And if that doesn't work then we'll try alternating morning and evening so we have min 36 hours between and max 60 hours between DTD. Hopefully that will bring us success. In between time I'm chatting! Temperature all over the place atm as I don't wake up at the same time everyday though.

I have held off so far! AF due 3rd/4th, I’ve sore nipples for the first time ever, mood swings & some cramping so I’ve everything crossed 🤞🏼 Going to try to wait to at least Wednesday

@Macbless as others have said... my ewcm is usually pretty consistent and i get it around the day before and the day of ovulation but everyone is different

Congrats @cupcakesandglitter we are only 4 days apart for our bfps!! I got mine on Tuesday!

@Lozzlepop I hope you're doing ok as you can be! 🤗 I've caved and test again this morning and the lines are still as dark as each other and as dark as my last tests. I don't think they are able to go much darker? so 🤞🏻 for Wednesday.

@whatsthecraic91 have you held off to test?

@newgirl89 congratulations! Have you got any other tests? Your line should get progressively darker over the next few days? Others told me on here your hcg doubles every 48 hours so if you test tomorrow you should see a difference?

@newgirl89 I'd trust that! I ended up waving the pissy stick in my husbands face saying look do you see it?! Next time I'd hope to be cool and sweet but I know I'll blurt it out snotty and crying again!

@newgirl89 oh my goodness don’t apologise! It’s lovely of you to acknowledge people’s struggles but I, for one, am thrilled when other people get their BFP!! I have faith we’ll all get there when the time is right for us 💜

I can not even imagine the struggle that people have to go through.
I've been watching your amazing group for ages.
I wanted to make sure that when the time came I was as much in the know as possible.
I didn't for one second think I would get a BFP so soon. I was expecting months / years.
I don't know if I believe it yet. I'll test again in a few days (I mean tomorrow!)
I'm sorry again if I was really insensitive. Just so shocked!

@newgirl89 I can only imagine how overwhelming it is when it happens! I always think when I finally fall pregnant I’d also love a special way to tell DH but I think I’d just end up blurting it out. Do you live together? Maybe you should hide the pregnancy test somewhere and set him a little treasure hunt!

@Makingawish I also need to think of a cool way to tell my DP. Who said we could stop trying to prevent pregnancy only 6 weeks ago! One of those things you want for ever. And then feel very overwhelmed all of a sudden! X
