@LokiCat good effort 👌🏻 I’ve got my fingers crossed for you! Haha yeah it was getting to the stage we were sick of the sight of each other lol! So done an OPK last night and this morning and they are both high so looks like I’m gearing up to OV and that I have just gone back to a normal cycle where I was thinking it would take a bit longer like last time 🙈

Morning ladies! Well we managed to DTD last night (it was around 1am, so technically early this morning..) hopefully we've caught it. Did one more strip test today and it's gone back down to negative and temp took a dip this morning 🤞🏽🤞🏽

@Anny27 we did the 'paper' gift last year, but were just thinking of booking somewhere to go away for the weekend in September, rather than an actual gift. DH is very difficult to buy for, plus his birthday in is December so I was very happy with this plan 😂 What are you thinking of getting?

@Lozzlepop wow that is long! I think if I hadn't been away last week, we would have done it a few times, but in the end only managed 3 before positive OPK, so not too bad!
They do say that you are most fertile after an mc, so could be possible. I hope it doesn't happen again, of course, but it would be good to get tests and have some answers!
Could the cramps be due to your body just adjusting after everything? Did you get a darker OPK last night?

@ELW85 haha thanks lovely! DH woke me up at 1am to DTD and I definitely wished I had some chocolate for a sugar rush!

@PippaPug ooh amazing! Did you do a safari trip whilst there? We had the same 5/6am starts whilst in Botswana in June.
I think we're just doing dinner somewhere and going to try and plan a weekend away for September (try and miss the school holidayers!).

@PippaPug - I’ve joined a couple of pregnancy threads now (I can link you if you like?) and for some of the ladies, they didn’t get nauseous/sick until week 8, so I think symptoms are just so individual :) they’re really supportive though!

Hey guys hope you don't mind me joining this thread, I'm expecting baby number 1 around March 2020 and I'm trying my best to remain positive even with it being so early! I've been TTC for 3 years and finally got pregnant after starting Clomid for 2 cycles. Found out yesterday 1 baby, but slightly earlier dates than I expected so no heartbeat yet. Got another scan next Wednesday hoping to see a heartbeat then! Anyone else have an early scan to find out they were earlier than expected? Is this still a positive outcome? I feel deflated at not seeing a heartbeat but I'm trying my best to remain positive x

Anyone else due to test Aug 7th/8th??

Hello ladies, just thought I'd pop in and get some advice please 
So my cycles are 24days, I thought I ovulated on the 24/25th of this month. Positive ovulation test afternoon of the 24th, this is the first positive I've had using the tests in three months, Had cramps in my lower left side on the 25th (Thursday) then that was it. This all lined up with my ovia app falling within my fertile window. But then Sunday 28th I had the cramps again, very very tender nipples and I was in a horrendous mood, I just couldn't snap out of even though I was fully aware I was being a mare. I'm a little confused with my ovulation day. My af is due on the 6th and I'm very regular. I still have tender nipples now slightly but it has eased. I've never noticed all of this before around my ovulation period.

Sorry for the essay just wondered if anyone could shed a little light

@PippaPug - your honeymoon sounds awesome! Don’t worry about the sickness, loads of people aren’t actually sick, just nauseous and it can strike any time only the day or night!

@MrsH497 - pleased you’re enjoying acupuncture, it sounds like it’s going really well!

@Lozzlepop it's called Moxa she lights the end like an incense stick then essentially between my hip bones she (and hubby has this as his job for now!) holds it about an inch above my tummy and slowly goes across. Does this for 5 mins or until my skin is pink. Apparently a cold uterus is a very common problem

It was amazing my tummy inside and out feel warm! Xx

@MrsH497 how does she do that? Sounds bloody delightful 😂

Had another acupuncture session and she has warmed my uterus to nurture it! Still super relaxing even if it doesn't do anything!

@PippaPug glad to hear that you are having an amazing honeymoon it’s sounds just idyllic!

@LokiCat that’s ok ☺️ Haha I know it’s tough going at the end! Last time we started on CD8 and I ovulated on CD17 🙈 nightmare haha! Yes I was just thinking that! This was nowhere near as traumatic as our first miscarriage, I do want to try again in the sense that if it was to end in miscarriage again at least we would be offered tests going forward! I’m really not sure what it could be, away to do an OPK to see where things stand! That’s amazing you got your static!! Hope DP gets away sharp!

@LokiCat we got married sept 2017 so also 2 year anniversary soon. Are you doing the traditional "cotton" themed gift or going off track?

On cycle day 2 today so looking forward tp end of period and getting started with SMEP again :)

@PippaPug we got married in August 2017 (anniversary next week!) and went to Seychelles in September. Where were you before? Definitely need a relaxing honeymoon - enjoy!!
I think the nausea is one of the major symptoms, many don't get physically sick - so I think you're okay. Good luck at your early scan when you get back, how exciting!

@Lozzlepop sorry I missed your message before! It is hard, I give props to everyone that managed to get through SMEP!
I did read that they mostly say it so it's easier to date, but of course you have to feel ready as well, sorry lovely ❤️
Oh that's strange, could it be something else rather than ovulation pain?

Just did another OPK when I got home with the CB digital left from last cycle - got a static smiley for the first time ever!! Never been so excited to see one that I sent DH a pic as well 😂
Hopefully he can rush home tonight!

@LokiCat - when did you get married? It’s simply stunning and a wonderful rest from the last 10 days getting up at the crack of dawn! Nice relaxing part of the honeymoon now!
I spoke to a midwife on the phone before I came away and she gave me my EDD which puts me at 8 weeks and 4 days. I would assume it would of hit me by now, I have been feeling nauseas a lot, and have to eat every 3-4 hours otherwise I’m “starving” 🤨 and have sore boobs and incredibly sore/sensitive nipples 🙈 I’m tired but not as much as some women say and that could also be aftermath of the wedding and early starts with the honeymoon!
I didn’t realise I would be this anxious and have booked a early scan the day after we get back.

How is everyone doing this evening? X

@Macbless yay! I'm only 3DPO but trying my best not to symptom spot this cycle. We all know that won't happen.

@PippaPug ooh amazing!! I went to Seychelles for my honeymoon as well, it was absolutely beautiful! We want to go back soon as it was our favourite holiday and we have some lovely memories there 😊
Glad you're having a lovely time. I know it's easy to worry about not feeling sick, but not all women get morning sickness from what I've read and it may come a little later? How many weeks are you now?

@hopeandpray1988 thank you! I hope we do. According to the apps I should be ovulating tomorrow with the info I've put in.
We're also going to finally have a date night tomorrow as well, so that will hopefully take pressure off things to DTD next 3 nights!
Definitely book some treats for yourself to keep your mind off things and relax xx
