@whatsthecraic91 I don't want to get your hopes up, but could it be implantation bleeding? As I know you weren't completely sure when you had ovulated.. Fingers crossed it's a positive sign.

So been having a feel for my cervical position today, it was quite high that I could hardly feel it and really soft.. hope that's a good sign! Still have very sore boobs, as well (as you can see my attempts to stop symptom spotting is going well!). So glad it's Friday tomorrow!!

@Kiza this is the first time this has ever happened to me so I really don’t know what to think! Gonna rest on Saturday morning again to rule it out. How did you log these types of AF, did you take the first day of spotting as CD1?

@whatsthecraic91 sorry to say but it could be AF? The last few months I've had the same where once it happened for like 10 days and I never had it before but now it's happened the last 3 cycles and each time it turned it AF. Fingers crossed for you it isn't though.

@Larrydavid I know when doing SMEP it advises to DTD for 3 consecutive days after a positive OPK , I'm guessing that's to cover all bases in case the OPK was slightly off. If you're still getting EWCM then keep DTD! Exhausting at times though 😆

I'd love to temp but I wake up frequently in the night to pee so wouldn't get an accurate reading. I also use Femometer only to upload photos of my OPKs to catch how long I peak for (sometimes 2 days) and how long I remain high for also.

@sunshine8888 it’s was all like dark brown discharge until last night were it was like really dark red and I thought it was AF but it’s gone again, don’t know what to think!

Ladies some advice please!!

Spotting Monday/Tuesday - like literally a couple of times after the toilet.

Yesterday afternoon I though AF was here, a lot of blooo when I wiped, haven’t even marked a pad & have had nothing since. Now I am thinking this isn’t AF? Really unusual for me to spot like this and when AF starts she starts with a good flow.

Should I take a test again? My body is all over the place I don’t know what’s happening!!

@LokiCat currrently waiting for the ttw, obviously I know it's very early days but doesn't stop me from hoping 😂 af due this week too, I've got all the symptoms but no sign of it just yet

@LokiCat I was the exact same!! Said we wouldn't try this cycle due to certain circumstances but that all went out the window 😅 and last few days I've been symptom spotting like crazy even though I'm trying to be all cool 😎

Thermometer wise, I can’t recommend the Bongmi Femometer enough - @LokiCat pasted a link to it.
It’s really sensitive and does all you need, and the app features like interpreting your OPKs are fantastic!
@LokiCat - I’m really pleased you’re happy with yours! I do feel like I should be on commission for them but I promise I don’t work for them, haha!

When you record a BFP, it turns into a pregnancy app too which is helpful, but I’ve stopped temping now as I was just reading far too much into it!

I’ve been a little quiet on here as we are without internet or phone signal in our new house and work has been too busy to spend time on MN in the day 😬
@larrydavid I temp and find it helpful to have a better idea of actual ovulation. I’m still getting to grips with OPK and at least temps going up confirms that I am ovulating. The thermometer that @LokiCat recommended definitely looks good. You do need to have one that goes to two decimal places or it’s hard to work out the exact date.
@whatsthecraic91 sorry about AF but hopefully this month will bring the positive!

A little pricy, but it links with an app so the temps upload automatically. You can also control the volume, which is really useful as my first one would always wake DH up 🙈 the app is really great as well as I can upload my strip OPKs and it can asses low/high/peak (I sound like I work for them, sorry.. 😂)

@whatsthecraic91 I've been using the clear blue opks for the past three months, every month I get EWCM about three days after the peak so am not confident I'm ovulating when I think I am. My body could just be playing tricks on me!

@ELW85 how are you doing? No thermometer yet - can you recommend a good one?

@MrsH497 fingers crossed this is good cramping! Are you testing at the weekend?

@LokiCat hey! Sounds like getting tests is sensible - if only to feel like you're proactively doing something. Sorry it hasn't happened for you yet but hopefully you're close now. I'm going to buy a thermometer- if you have any recommendations, let me know! AF is due tomorrow - I've had period pains all week I just want it here now so I can move on.

I've been a silent watcher on here for a few weeks and I wanted to say hello 😊 myself and my partner are currently ttc but we've only just started this month.
I come off the pill a few months ago and had my first full period last month.
So I'm literally just starting out and I hope you don't mind me joining you all, feels nice to have people to talk to who are on the same journey xx

@Lozzlepop thanks lovely! It was a really nice night :) glad work went well. The weather here has been very on and off! We went for a lovely walk after dinner near Windsor last night and then it started pouring really heavily! Worst time to wear a dress and heels 🤦🏻‍♀️

Yeah, I'm always so happy when I get told a friend is pregnant, but I do always wonder when it'll be my turn.. I was at a dinner with some friends tonight, one of which is pregnant. It was definitely hard to hear when she was talking about feeling the baby move and all..
Hopefully our time will come ❤️

@flossy I temp and it is really useful to know that you have ovulated, rather than guessing with OPKs. I decided last cycle to throw everything at it and it's definitely helped me to understand my body a bit more!
I use femometer as well, which is great as it uploads the temp straight to the app so I don't have to when I'm half awake!

@Larrydavid sorry it feels like AF is arriving.. when are you due? It is frustrating when it feels like you're doing everything right but it still isn't working. I've said to DH that if this cycle doesn't work then I'll be making an appointment with the GP to start tests. It'll be cycle 9 for us next month and it's getting very difficult to deal with whenever AF arrives..
I do recommend temping. It gives me more confidence when OPKs, CM and BBT all add up for ovulation.

@ELW85 aww thanks lovely, so sweet of you 😘 I'm sorry you're feeling sick and tired, but I'm glad it's there for reassurance! It's strange and probably the only time we'd all welcome feeling like that 😂 so happy everything is working out well for you :)
I'm okay, thank you! Have had really sore boobs at night and when I wake up for the last few days. I'm 6dpo today, hoping to test next Wednesday! Just trying everything to keep me distracted during these two weeks, but obviously still obsessed with symptom spotting!
