I'm just wondering when they occur and what they feel like? X

Mine were intense and woke me from sleep- more intense than a period cramp but shorter, I thought I was starting my period. It was only after period didn't come and I tested that I realised what it was.

I guess at 5dpo it could be implantation. Any bleeding?

FearnRJ · 15/07/2019 11:09

I'm only 5 dpo but feels like a mild dull ache that keeps coming and going. So not sure x

Oh and they occur anywhere from 6dpo-12dpo generally. Most people seem to get them 9/10dpo but earlier or later is still normal

I’ve never had implantation cramps but I’ve heard they feel like faint period cramps or can feel like pinching in the uterus. I think depending on where you are in your cycle, anything different for you should be taken as a good sign
