@Bezalelle @Carysmatic @Namechangeymcnamechange11 @Sunflower2019 shall we start over and go through the next couple of weeks together, along with whoever else would like to join?

Sounds like we are all TTC, some of us doing so after chemical pregnancies in June. All emotional and strained but looking forward to trying again??

No idea what my cycle will be like this month but let's see what happens

Xxx

P.s. welcoming chocpop. I think this thread is coming to an end with some BFPs, but I shall most likely be on the August journey with you!

Namechangeymcnamechange11 · 05/08/2019 05:56

@carysmatic - congratulations!!!

@bezalelle - that sounds really positive!! Bring on your BFP too ;) I had similar with the sense of smell in my 1st pg. We were on holiday and all I could smell in our local area were the back street breweries 🤢 had a BFP when I got home from that holiday.

Am expecting AF properly today. Had some red when wiping yesterday rather than the brown of previously but still hopeful til AF sings.

chocpop · 04/08/2019 21:26

Hey guys, mind if I join?

Properly started TTC for our second last month. AF due around the 17th so it's just a waiting game until then (I don't know a whole lot about tracking ovulation etc but I'd assume I'm past it for the best time to TTC by now!)

Been having light cramping for a few days but obviously AF isn't due for 2 weeks so trying not to get excited by it potentially 'being' something, esp after last month (period was late by 5/6 days for no reason, but it was a BFN. We weren't actively trying so we didn't expect anything to happen, but it was still a sad result!)

Good luck to everyone waiting x

Carysmatic · 04/08/2019 19:55

@Bezalelle all sounds very promising! I feel a bit AFie but clearly not as got such a clear BFP. I haven't told DH yet as he was still at work when I woke up and came into work for my night shift. So I won't see him until tomorrow morning and I want to tell him in person. I've got a CB digi test to use tomorrow morning so DH can actually see the words "pregnant". I'm feeling more positive this time, last month the tests were so faint, but this month the line was almost as dark as as the control line so I'm taking that as a good sign!!

NavyBerry · 04/08/2019 19:50

@Carysmatic wow congratulations! Fingers crossed! No worries from now on, you need to take care of you both!

@Bezalelle we will be waiting for the news! Wink

Bezalelle · 04/08/2019 19:14

Ahh that's amazing about your best friend!

I am planning to test tomorrow morning. I've been feeling sort of AF-ish today, but instead of cramps I've been getting stabbing pains in the uterus area, and an odd taste in my mouth. Not metallic exactly - it's hard to describe. DP opened a tupperware of leftover food earlier and it made me HEAVE. Also, while going round a museum today, all I could smell was the restaurant on the top floor and it made me feel ill.

However, the proof of the pudding will be in the testing tomorrow morning.

Carysmatic · 04/08/2019 18:47

@Bezalelle when are you going to test? I just phoned my best friend to tell her and she just told me she's PG too! She didn't want to tell me sooner because she found out after my CP last month and didn't want to upset me. But now we'll have babies just a few weeks apart (if my baby sticks 🤞🏻)

Bezalelle · 04/08/2019 18:00

Oh wow @carysmatic! Fingers crossed!!!!

Carysmatic · 04/08/2019 17:11

Hey ladies, so I'm a bit in shock and extremely cautious, I almost didn't test as I've been getting increased cramping that feels so much like AF that I was certain she was on her way. But I've just tested now and no doubt that it's a BFP, it's not even a squinter. Obviously I am extremely cautious given my chemical pregnancy last month but as of right now I'm just in utter shock. I'm concerned the cramping is a sign that it could be a chemical pregnancy, but I will monitor the next few days and to a test again in a few days and hope the line gets darker but omg. Fingers crossed for everyone else! Sending all this baby dust your ways xxx

Bezalelle · 04/08/2019 10:16

Morning all!

That's sounding positive, @Carysmatic!

I haven't tested today. Woke up in a right mood - so tearful and angry! Poor DP...

Boobs were really sore last night.

Let's see what tomorrow brings.

Namechangeymcnamechange11 · 04/08/2019 06:30

@carysmatic fingers crossed! 🤞
Fresh blood here rather than the brown discharge of the last few days, so think this is well and truly AF here/imminent and arriving today or tomorrow☹️

Carysmatic · 04/08/2019 05:42

No AF yet, CD 31 and 14 DPO, should be arriving today or tomorrow if she's coming. Tempted to test today when I wake up so around 5pm as am in nights so this will kinda be like my FMU I guess? Had quite a lot of clear/white CM and normally before AF I'm dry, like you @Bezalelle! Feeling quite positive this morning that I might actually be pg! Dunno just have a good feeling today. I could be totally wrong and get a bfn but who knows. Will just have to wait and see, see how I feel when I wake up, I might change my mind about testing today and wait a few more days! How's everyone feeling this morning? Xxx

Namechangeymcnamechange11 · 03/08/2019 13:49

Thanks @carysmatic, I'm going to put it out of my mind as much as possible and enjoy the weekend and see if AF turns up on Monday.
We have a family thing today and a church thing to keep us busy tomorrow so hoping it will work.
And I will stop googling every possible combination of brown discharge/implantation bleeding/negative pregnancy test/early pregnancy and tell myself to behave.

Carysmatic · 03/08/2019 08:44

Sorry to hear this @Namechangeymcnamechange11 it may still be a little early, see if AF shows up in the next few days and if not test again. I held off on testing this morning. I'm probably going to test Monday if AF hasn't arrived. I'm on night shift tonight and tomorrow night so maybe I'll test Monday morning when I get home or maybe when I wake up Monday afternoon.

Namechangeymcnamechange11 · 03/08/2019 05:34

That's a BFN from me ladies. Am rather disappointed despite trying not to get my hopes up.

Namechangeymcnamechange11 · 03/08/2019 05:11

Not last night ladies, will be doing this morning. Apparently FRERs are American which is why you can't get them in the shops over here. He picked me up some clear blue early response tests.
Toddler has woken up so trying to cuddle him back off and if successful will go give it a go.

Sorry you're unwell navyberry. Hope a restful weekend helps💐🍰

NavyBerry · 02/08/2019 21:33

Oh that's exciting! First tests! We want to see them!

I'm a bit down today. Started a cold. Awful timing as always Sad

Carysmatic · 02/08/2019 20:25

@Namechangeymcnamechange11 the urge to test is unreal right? Are you testing tonight or tomorrow morning with FMU? I've got two FRER, and I'm going to try and hold off until maybe Sunday/Monday if no AF, however I feel like AF is about to rear her ugly head!

Bezalelle · 02/08/2019 20:16

Did you test, @Namechangeymcnamechange11?

Namechangeymcnamechange11 · 02/08/2019 18:06

My resolve didn't last, DH has been dispatched to Tesco for FRERs 🤦

Namechangeymcnamechange11 · 02/08/2019 16:17

Good luck ladies!

Enjoy the wedding planning @bezalelle

@carysmatic - don't write it off til AF sings!

🤞🤞🤞 Baby dust for all of us.

Carysmatic · 02/08/2019 12:46

@Bezalelle that sounds really positive re the boobies!!

@Namechangeymcnamechange11 I think implantation is between 6-10dpo so if you ovulated a little later than expected could be implantation!

I like 99% sure AF is coming but then I said that last month. I hoping I'm not having another chemical, all feels the same as last month.

Fingers crossed for us all!

Bezalelle · 02/08/2019 12:25

@Namechangeymcnamechange11, I'm sure I've read that implantation can occur around the same time as you'd be expecting AF.

I'm on my way to DP's now for a weekend of wedding planning. A major symptom I think he'll notice is my boobs! Usually an A cup but they've definitely got bigger. Could just be that I've put a bit of weight on lately to raise chances of conception.

Will test on Sunday I think.

Namechangeymcnamechange11 · 02/08/2019 10:38

P.s. @carysmatic and @bezalelle - these symptoms are sounding really positive for you both 🤞

Namechangeymcnamechange11 · 02/08/2019 10:24

Argh I switched over to my fertility app and lost my entire post grrr.

It's not normal for me right now since AF restarted after stopping BF, but it was normal for me pre pregnancy 1 for 3-4 days in the run-up.

I'm on CD25/26 (25 by my calcs, app seems to think 26 and puts me at ovulation a day sooner), so isn't this too late for IB? I thought that's around 6 dpo, but I'm 11-12dpo now?

Ooh I'm getting hopeful now! Too bad I just tasked a colleague with a trip to the court for me, should have gone myself and could have swing in at the pharmacy 🙄
