hi @Anny27 Smile

i’m 5dpo and trying to keep busy and not think about it too much! the tww has been difficult and i’ve been symptom spotting previous cycles so trying a more relaxed approach this month Smile

how are you?

Anny27 · 17/07/2019 08:56

@kwazycupcakes ahhh its hard seeing pregnancy announcements isnt it!

Are you in the two week wait yet? I am 1 or 2dpo i think and feeling quite calm. Hoping not to test untill end of month

kwazycupcakes · 14/07/2019 22:00

thanks @anny27 i’ll take a look at seven seas next month i think Smile my multivitamin contains folic acid so i think they’re okay for now.

there have been 3 pregnancy announcements on facebook this weekend. 3! i’m finding it hard today Sad trying to keep everything in perspective and stay positive though, it will be worth the wait Smile hope you’ve had a good weekend!

Anny27 · 10/07/2019 21:07

@kwazycupcakes i take the seven seas "trying for a baby" mini pill.

I think the most important one to have is to just make sure you are getting folic acid as part of your multivitamins. I dont think the rest of supplements are as important as folic acid so if your current one includes that then probs okay to just carry on with those :)

I dont do anything else specific - apart from i try not to drink alcohol in the last two werks of my cycle just incase we're lucky and we are pregnant without knowing it yet. How about you?

kwazycupcakes · 10/07/2019 13:08

sounds like we have similar cycles! perfect cycle buddies Smile

sounds good Smile do you take any particular vitamins or do anything else? i just take a normal multivitamin at the mo, keep thinking about switching to conception ones but they are so expensive and don’t look much different to the normal multivitamins.

haha Wink

Anny27 · 10/07/2019 07:40

@kwazycupcakes ah okay - bbt doesnt seem too much effort then! If we are still ttc next cycle (hopefully we aren't) i will order a thermometer and start tracking that :)

My cycles are usually around 28 -31 days (sometimes i ovulate a little later or earlier but i genuinley know when AF is coming after i have ovulation signs :) )

Yep i am cd10 so also keeping busy haha

kwazycupcakes · 09/07/2019 20:59

hi @Anny27 sorry i didn’t reply!

i track CM too, i found tracking bbt just confirmed what i thought was happening! i just purchased a basal body temperature thermometer off amazon and take my temp at the same time every morning before i get out of bed (normally 6-6:30). find it reassuring that i am ovulating so far, but only been doing it a few months Smile so it may get annoying haha.

i’m on CD9 and should be ovulating early next week, so keeping busy Wink haha! how about you? my cycles are normally 28-30 days, how about yours?

Anny27 · 08/07/2019 10:49

@kwazycupcakes @dreamer2 hi ladies how are you doing?

Cycle day 8 now and hopefully approaching ovulation in the next week or so :) how long are your cycles on average?

Anny27 · 02/07/2019 15:59

Ita bittersweet isnt it when others close to you have babies. My SIL is 3 months pregnant at the moment and i am so excited but i think if she gives birth and we are still ttc it will be upsetting.

I track ovulation through my CM so looking at when i have EWCM i know roughly when i ovulated and then roughly when AF is due.
I think i might start using tests this month just to confirm that what i think is my ovulation days, actually is :)

@kwazycupcakes what does bbt tracking involve?

kwazycupcakes · 02/07/2019 12:42

thanks both @dreamer2 @Anny27 Smile

not sure about hormone levels sorry, hope you get it sorted. i’m guessing if you’ve had your hormone levels checked then your doctor is helping, which is good news Smile

yes i get jealous too, my friend gave birth yesterday. so happy for them but i must admit it did make me upset Sad

do you guys track ovulation? i’ve just starting tracking my bbt which is reassuring that i am ovulating.

hopefully this is a lucky thread and we all get good news in July Smile

Anny27 · 01/07/2019 22:47

Welcome @kwazycupcakes :) i have been a lurker as well so it is nice to get involved!

Yes, here is hoping that July is our month 🤞🤞

And yes, totally agree, i get a bit jealous when i see pregnant women but it also makes me feel hopeful that it will be me soon :)

I hope that they get to the bottom of any hormone imbalances you might have @dreamer2 xx

dreamer2 · 01/07/2019 22:13

Hi girls ! Thank you for joining :) , it's been really tough , I currently suspect that I have some kind of hormone imbalance as my periods have been all over the place plus i strongly believe low progesterone could be the cause of my CP as the bloods came back showing my levels as 2!

I am aslo ttc for my 1st one and feeling so jealous whenever I see pregnant women ! I hope we can get to experience it soon 🙏🏽 this is going to be my fourth cycle , hopefully July will treat us well 😀
