@TTCmyfirstbambino it is exhausting. Physically and mentally. Absolutely take time off. I powered through my MC and it was the wrong thing to do.
I hope you can have a day lying in bed and resting soon xx

@Abi58 For me sickness kicked in around 6 weeks until about 13 weeks. Hope you dont suffer as much as your mum.
7 weeks is a great time for an early scan. Mine is very early because I have a history of identical twin pregnancies and I want to be prepared.

I will update after the 12th! Glad you are feeling ok xxx

@Abi58 thank you lovely, will have a good rest over the next few days ❤️

TTCmyfirstbambino · 03/07/2019 12:21

@bonjourbonjour
Thank you xx yes we're trying to conceive our first. It's just such a horrible thing the moment you can feel something not right and realise what's happening..
I've had to come to work as I'm covering for someone but I think I do need to take a day or so to recover. It's exhausting 💔

Thank you for your kind words xx

Abi58 · 03/07/2019 12:18

@TTCmyfirstbambino so sorry to hear that 🙁 similar happened to me last month. Make sure you look after yourself 💕

@bonjourbonjour that's good :)
When did sickness start for you last time? I'm having waves of nausea and just waiting for the sickness to appear (my mum had it badly so have a feeling I'm going the same way!)
Yay! So you're having an early early one? My husband wants to see as much as poss and hear a heartbeat so we compromised and agree 7 weeks

bonjourbonjour · 03/07/2019 11:38

@Abi58 hi Aby I only just saw this Im sorry. The line was very strong yes. Im feeling fine, how are you? No big symptoms yet. Starting to get breathless and peeing a lot but aside from that Im fine. Ive suffered from tremendous morning sickness in the past and its awful. But a part of me thinks that sickness means its well. On one hand I dont want to go through that again but on the other I want it for the reassurance. Im still so so early (4weeks) so trying to not think about it.
Tell me how you are?
Ive booked a scan for the 12/7

@TTCmyfirstbambino Im so so sorry to hear that. Its utterly heartbreaking♥️ is this your first?
I had 3 MC before I conceived my son. There was never an explanation but with hindsight now I think something wasn't quite right with the babies and it was nature's way of dealing with it sooner rather than later- I dont know if that makes sense. I went on to have the most extraordinary boy ever. Dont lose hope, you will get there.
Also take plenty of time to recover, its traumatic. Take time off work and rest. You will be able to start again next month. Sending you a big hug and plenty of couragexx

I just lost my pregnancy again at 5 weeks 😭 much worse pains and bleeding than the first time. We're both devastated but not losing hope. See what the doctors say on Friday.. ☹️🖤

Abi58 · 27/06/2019 09:36

@bonjourbonjour yay that's a good strong line! Was that yesterday's?? How are you feeling?

bonjourbonjour · 27/06/2019 08:30

As promised!☺️☺️☺️

Abi58 · 26/06/2019 14:35

@bonjourbonjour awww ok I'm pretty certain I'm going to have one :) I think mothercare do them

Similar to you 😁 waves of nausea and stabby cramps pains. If I catch my boob in a certain way it's a bit sore but not really noticeable. 😁 so exciting!

bonjourbonjour · 26/06/2019 14:31

@Abi58 at 6 weeks you see a black sac with a grey shadow in it. And in that shadow there is a flicker. Like someone flashing their lights at you. A fast flicker.

Do you have any symptoms?
I have a crampy tummy, I pee a lot and have waves of nausea😄

OP posts:
Abi58 · 26/06/2019 14:23

@bonjourbonjour yeah, it sucks and it's obsessive but if I didn't I'd worry what if I'd got lighter or gone 🙈 hope this goes once I get further along 😂

Aw that sounds amazing I'm thinking of booking an early one as well :)
What can you see at 6weeks?

Aw that's lovely! 😁

bonjourbonjour · 26/06/2019 13:40

@Abi58 i think you kind of need to do whatever it takes to make you feel better. If testing helps you, test away I say!! I always book a scan around 6 and 10 weeks. Seeing a little heart beat always brings me a lot of comfort. I will call my EPU in a week or so to book something in.
Its my third :) My first was nearly 9 years ago and my second 5 years ago so it feels as though its our first all over again.

@bonjourbonjour thank you! 😁 🤞🏻 it's a sticky baby 🤞🏻
Sorry to hear about your losses 💕
Yes definitely feel free to ok me if you wanted to talk as well ☺️
I'm testing every day to make sure it's still there! Af due Friday or sat so if I can get past that's it's milestone number 1! 🤞🏻
Yes it's my first how about you??
And thank you. It's sounds odd but it's nice having confirmation its looking as good as it can 🤷🏻‍♀️

bonjourbonjour · 26/06/2019 13:32

Ohh @Abi58 congratulations!!! Its so hard after a miscarriage. One day at a time. We can support each other. I have also had miscarriages and I am very scared. Is this your first?

bonjourbonjour · 26/06/2019 12:42

@Abi58 ah! I get it now thank you! So I am 11 days DPO. I know we had sex 2 and 4 days before my ovulation so I must have conceived then. Cant wait to send you the picture of the first response. Are you also trying to conceive?

@TTCmyfirstbambino that looks very positive to me! Congratulations!!

OP posts:
Abi58 · 26/06/2019 12:38

@bonjourbonjour so happy for you! Dpo is days past ovulation :) so if you ovulated yesterday today would be 1dpo

That is amazing! I had a shadow on an Internet cheapy so light I thought I saw something but could only really see it when I shone a light behind. 😁 would be amazing it you post it tomorrow 😁

@TTCmyfirstbambino that looks positive do another in a few days and the line should be darker :)

TTCmyfirstbambino · 26/06/2019 12:28

I cant post anymore pictures today! I went crazy this morning and posted too many. I really want to show you all this one.
Also it would be nice for other women to know that my shadow of a shadow test meant positive!
Ill post it tomorrow in any case.
What is dpo @Abi58 ?

OP posts:
Abi58 · 26/06/2019 12:17

@bonjourbonjour congratulations! Have you got a pic of the first response?? 😁

How many dpo are you now?

bonjourbonjour · 26/06/2019 12:04

Thank you all so much. I just took a first response test and even though my period isn't due for another 5 days I got a strong pink line immediately.
So happy! And very grateful for everyone who peeled their eyes on my numerous pictures. Xx

OP posts:
aprilclimbs · 26/06/2019 07:22

That looks like a line to me! Try to get some pink dye ones if you can :)

bonjourbonjour · 26/06/2019 05:59

So this is the new test. Looks exactly like the other one which leads me to think those tests are rubbish and have a slight dye problem
