@XjustagirlX hi, no as I wake at different times but also I'm the type of person that wakes up an hour before my alarm to pee - also is probably forget to take the temp! 😆

According to SMEP you dtd the day you ovulate, and the next 2 days. Skip a day then once more 👍🏼

LokiCat · 26/06/2019 18:48

Hi ladies! Got back early this morning and feel so exhausted! Trying to stay awake till tonight so I can sleep properly.
Had such an amazing trip, didn't think about TTC/temping and had such a relaxing time with DH - feel even more in love after this trip, if that's possible!
Oh and saw so many different animals! Definitely recommend a safari holiday if you guys are ever thinking of going. I loved it!

I hope you're all well. I'm sure my TTC obsession will start again from tomorrow.

Thank you for tagging me in the new thread - sorry I haven't had a chance to read through it all, but wishing you all lots of luck if you're waiting to POAS or waiting for your ovulation day ❤️🤞🏽

Happy to be back talking to you ladies 😊

MrsH497 · 26/06/2019 17:50

Hi ladies! Acupuncture session number 2! It's very relaxing which can't be a bad thing, she worked on my hormones and pituitary gland today!

How is everyone? X

XjustagirlX · 26/06/2019 15:18

Also this is my first month using Clearblue digital OPKs. I got a flashing smily this morning yay! So my question is do I DTD every day from now on or every other day? Or another option alternate between morning and evening so effectively have a 36 hour gap in between DTD? (I think the romance is dead 😂)

XjustagirlX · 26/06/2019 14:36

@Kiza have you been tracking your temps? Doesn’t your temp drop if it’s your period but it stays high if you are pregnant?

Kiza · 26/06/2019 13:26

Thanks @ELW85 have just moved to a new area so need to find a GP to register with first. Hopefully will do that early next week (and at least then I should know if it is AF or not) just have that sinking feeling that it is 😞

ValidUser · 26/06/2019 13:15

@ELW85 I'm ok with the pens now! Hopefully more progress by Friday. 🤞

Hi ladies, just checking in on this new thread, I've not been keeping up much the past few weeks, had a very stressful and trying time with work.

Currently 7 days into my TWW & got some much needed time off. My DP has surprised me with an impromptu camping trip this weekend, our pitch has its own hot tub, so having a bit of luxury for our staycation. Looking forward to the peace and quiet and chance to just chill out.

Sending baby dust to all xx

ELW85 · 26/06/2019 10:38

@Kiza - that does seem a bit odd; if you’re concerned, I’d get to the docs.
I know that doesn’t solve anything now, but I wouldn’t want to speculate and you’ll get informed peace of mind from them.
Sorry I couldn’t be of any more help.

Kiza · 26/06/2019 09:49

@ELW85 no, the only thing that's changed is doing SMEP the last 2 months. No other symptoms either, so not really sure what's going on.

ELW85 · 26/06/2019 09:10

@ValidUser - ah well at least there’s an explanation for it :)
Can they give you a syringe instead of a pen to help? You are more than qualified!

@Kiza - I’m really sorry, I don’t, but has anything changed this month? Any new supplements or anything?

PippaPug · 26/06/2019 08:42

@Lozzlepop - we are both due on the same day then, fingers crossed for us both!

Kiza · 26/06/2019 08:37

Forgot to mention I'm only 10dpo and normally have a 16 day LP...

Kiza · 26/06/2019 08:35

Hi Ladies, looking for some advice. Does anyone have experience of implantation bleeding? I've never had it before and either my period is a week early (never happened before in my life) or I have some heavy implantation bleeding. It's more than spotting and enough for a pad, I'm gutted if it's AF as we have done SMEP the last 2 months and was really hoping and believing this month was gonna be our BFP after trying for 10 months.

Just don't know what to make of this bleeding, it smells a bit like period too - sorry if that's TMI but don't know if implantation bleeding smells like period? 😞

ValidUser · 25/06/2019 21:58

Thanks @KatBeCool and @ELW85! I actually think I've realised what went wrong this cycle - it was the timing of my releasing the plunger on the injection pen. Think I may have just sucked back some of the liquid accidentally and given too low a dose.

In my defence, it was based on DH's advice. In his defence, I should have checked. 😂

@FlapJackered - you’re right, and that’s a great way to think of it.

@ValidUser - keeping everything crossed for you that Friday is more hopeful. Come on little follicles!!

KatBeCool · 25/06/2019 21:35

@FlapJackered I'm going to ditch the charting too after I confirm the ovulation. It's too stressful. All the temp dips, all the worries that come with it. It's just not worth it. We didn't dtd on CD10, but did yesterday and I told DH he better be ready today (his exact response was "ugh"). We'll stick to every other day from today a couple more times. It's a lot easier to follow a schedule than a guessing game.

@ValidUser sorry you're not feeling joyful. Delayed is still ovulation, and slow growing follicles are still just as effective. So I think you'll be ok Friday. Fingers crossed!

FlapJackered · 25/06/2019 21:16

@KatBeCool hi lovely! That is earlier isn't it, although I am sure it is not a bad thing, I would just keep Dtd and cover all bases!
My temp went up this morning which means I ovulated yesterday, cd17, which is the earliest ever. I am going to confirm it tomorrow then I will try and ditch the charting for the rest of the cycle as the consultant instructed!

@ELW85 it's horrible waiting for results isn't it. Just think if they come back clear that is great, if something shows up then it is better the devil you know, and you are then in a position to get it sorted. Will keep everything crossed for you 🤞🏻

ValidUser · 25/06/2019 17:44

Thanks everyone for all of your support. I'm not exactly full of the joys, but feeling more peaceful today. Next scan on Friday and hoping for better news then!

@orangeloo - thank you! I think I just over analyse everything. You’re right though, nothing to indicate there’s anything to worry about, I’m just jumping to conclusions.

orangeloo · 25/06/2019 14:26

@KatBeCool ah okay. Fingers crossed it does the trick for you x

@ELW85 honestly try not to worry. No point until u know there is something to worry about and if it does show anything wrong there is a very good chance it's something they can help with.

KatBeCool · 25/06/2019 13:30

@orangeloo normally you can't be on Clomid for more than six cycles. Of course I'm hoping this cycle will result in a bfp, but if not, I'm going to the fertility clinic and IUI might be the next step.

ELW85 · 25/06/2019 12:38

@Lozzlepop - you’re totally right, I need to relax. They’re due Friday but it’s at risk of chipping away at me which I don’t need!

Pleased to hear it’s been better up the road! One of the guys here has to try and get back to Glasgow tonight so he’s a bit nervous 😬

Lozzlepop · 25/06/2019 12:07

@ELW85 god I know it was actually a crazy day! Its been ok so far today, much brighter which is good! When were you expecting them? Have you chased them? I know its easier said than done but you just need to try and relax as you will drive yourself mad otherwise 😬

XjustagirlX · 25/06/2019 11:19

@Larrydavid I decided to just start using the Clearblue tests once a day from this morning. Restarted SMEP from today 😜
