I've got period pains today - I went to an acupuncturist last week and she thinks it will take a while for the hormones from my coil to leave my body as I had it for so long. So maybe my cycles are still a bit messed up. AF due next week 😫

@MrsH497 sorry to hear you're having a tough time. I am a bit the same with work too, looking for opportunities to switch.

AF turned up yesterday so starting again this cycle.

When you open your amazon package and they have sent you 2 packets of FRERs but you only paid for one 😂😂

@PippaPug think I got my dates muddled before, I’m due AF between Thurs and Sat no real signs of her showing up yet! Just been feeling tired but think it’s lack of sleep from the weekend! Will you test tomorrow if AF hasn’t shown?

@LokiCat thanks, I actually find it helps he be more productive in the afternoon! Going again tomorrow then that’s me for the week 👌🏻 I don’t know anything about temping unfortunately so can’t shed any light but better a long cycle than an anovulatory one! cycle

So had a huge temp spike today (highest it's been this cycle) after two temp dips below coverline last two days.. I've also had EWCM for the last 4/5 days (had a lot on Saturday). 🤔
Maybe I'm ovulating really late? I'm on CD46 today.. me and DH are DTD every time I see fertile cm just in case.
So where I was supposed to be 16dpo, think I'm back to 1dpo? Very confused, but taking each day at a time and trying to be guided by my temps! It'll be CD59 by the time it comes to testing!

@ELW85 ah fingers crossed it's not an anovulatory cycle and you are just ovulating late this time! Hopefully you'll get your positive OPK soon!

@Lozzlepop hope your gym session at lunch went alright. Well done for going!!
Hope you're able to stay strong even with your delivery of FRERs! I struggle and then kick myself for wasting a FRER 🙈

@orangeloo ah sorry to hear pre AF spotting has started. I did like the FF interpretation/pregnancy monitor options, so was annoyed when it all turns off after the 30 days! Wasn't sure if it's worth spending the money to upgrade..

@Larrydavid wow well done for sticking with SMEP at Glasto! I'm sure that wasn't easy!! Hope you had a great time - it looked brilliant!

Sorry you had an emotional weekend in relation to your wedding. I still remember how stressful it was planning one. My best friend and mum were a godsend through it!!

Hey @FlapJackered thankyou ❤️ I did see your message too, I've just been really shit at keeping up/replying but I'm so glad you've got some control on it I guess, nice to have someone almost tell you what to do, it's hard not knowing how we're going to do each cycle. I'm feeling the same, taken a bit of stress off me I think. I've tried to put it to the back of my mind so I've kicked us off with a meal plan, exercise plan and just a list of all the house things we've been putting off! I must admit I'm a little scared for next month, my birthday is coming up and my last one was when we started TTC. I've had more than 12 cycles of trying but it's still hard knowing it's been a whole year 😩

@Larrydavid hiiiii! I am on 8dpo now, ovulated earlier than I thought! Not really feeling any symptoms at the moment, it's been quite a stressful few weeks and I have been ill so I am not holding out much hope! How are you feeling?

@Fivebyfive2 I am so happy for you!! It must mean so much to have got to the 12 week mark, I hope you can relax a bit now and look forward to meeting your gorgeous baby.

@cupcakesandglitter good to hear from you! We are taking a step back with charting etc too this month on instruction from the consultant and I am trying to be chilled about it all. It's hard but it is definitely weighing on my mind less this cycle. How are you feeling about it all?

@Larrydavid - glad you managed to find time to DTD right before you went away! How was Glasto?

@Lozzlepop - have you tested yet? I know are due AF the same day!

Considering AF is due tomorrow i don’t have sore boobs - normally I have sore boobs up to 7 days before AF arrives, including burning cold nipples which I haven’t had....no signs of stomach cramps....but I was pretty highly emotional over the weekend which I put down to Wedding stress and my period - I’m guessing my period has gone on strike due to wedding stress rather then anything else!

@Lozzlepop - haha! July is gonna he your BFP month so you then have to drink G&Ts (water!!) at your events :)

@ELW85 sometimes Amazon have them on offer but of course I bought them the day after and they had gone back up in price 🙄It is good to have a lot of plans but again it always comes back to alcohol so thinking of saying I am doing dry July to cover my back if I do get a BFP.

Gym at lunch today, not feeling the best so hoping its not a horrendous class 😂

@Larrydavid - thank you! It’s just a bit rubbish when it feels like one thing after the other, but I’m sure it’ll become clear soon :) just don’t want all of this SMEP to be in vein if something has gone wrong to make it anovulatory.

@ELW85 fingers crossed you know whats happening soon! I am trying to be good as July is an expensive month for my and we have plans 3 out of 4 weekends 😂am only 11DPO today so trying to hold off until nearer the weekend / AF is missed!

@Larrydavid it was ok, we started it just after returning from holiday and DP was still off work so think that made it easier as he was less tired! Yeah by the end of it i think we never wanted to look at each other again for a bit 😂

@PippaPug just going through old messages! We didn't do it in the end, we did it just before we set off for glasto! Haha. Managed SMEP minus the last one. I think that's a good enough effort for this month! How are you doing?

@Lozzlepop how you finding smep? We found it pretty hilarious. Kinda romantic the first few days then full on laughter during the last few days like we were on a secret mission 😂

@ELW85 hopefully it's not an anovulatory cycle - maybe it's just an unpredicatable cycle. Sounds like you've covered all eventualities though so hopefully you're good!

@XjustagirlX good luck with smep - my advice is laugh about how ridiculous it is (and use pressed if it gets a bit too much! 😬)

@ELW85 I think I am going to try and hold off as long as possible, although those FRERs did get delivered yesterday 😂That is odd, but hopefully you have OVd and got all the bases covered!

@Lozzlepop - have you decided if you’re testing today?

My OPKs have gone back down to low. It’s all so odd. I’m still not convinced I’ve missed the surge as I always have a day of high, a day of peak and then a day of high.
I can only think the B vits have delayed Ov by a couple of days, but either way I guess we’ll know in a day or so when my temps go up or the OPKs ramp up again!
Just keeping everything crossed it’s not an anovulatory cycle :(

@LikeTheFruit I would play it by ear just now, when I was bridesmaid for a friend I was so busy going round and speaking to people that I hardly drank. You could always just have something like a lemonade so it looks like a G&T? I second @ELW85 regarding missing the surge and getting a BFP 🤞🏻

@LokiCat I hope the first day back wasn't too rough! Sore head has gone thanks but feel a bit queasy today, think its this weather it seems to have drained me of all my energy!
