TTC First Baby Thread 20

Hope you don't mind me popping back in, I always have a little look hoping for good news for you lovely ladies and thrilled to see your BFP @Lozzlepop. Enjoy telling your DP today :)

I'm 9dpo today and we've been really relaxed this cycle so in my head I've already counted this month out but all today I have been having the strangest pulling sensation behind my belly button? And when I bend over I get a stabby feeling that goes upwards when I stand up straight 🧐 really not symptom spotting as tbh I have counted myself out but after feeling so off the last couple of months I'm a bit confused about what my body is doing. Just want some opinions I guess, dunno whether to think it's bad or not??

@LokiCat no not nosy at all, we DTD on day 8 and then DTD every second day then the way it worked out we DTD the day before +OPK the day of +OPK then skipped a day and done it the next day!

@LokiCat - I’m getting a Merc CLA :) very excited!! This all sparked as I’m on DH’s car scheme at work and they need it back to his workplace sooner than expected so I found a good lease deal.
I’m not convinced it’s going to be big enough for a pram, but he’s assuring me it will be!
Just need a reason to buy one now 🤞🏻

Bit of a nosy question @Lozzlepop, I hope you don't mind - what days did you DTD during your fertile week/+OPK? I know you did SMEP this month - was it every other day?

I have been exhausted today, had a nap in the car and then slept for almost 2 hours after the safari park 😂

@MrsH497 I seem to be noticing pregnant womeneverywhere as well. So many 'baby on board' badges on the train! Also, the last three times I've been to dinner with friends, they've all announced that they're pregnant 🙈 I refuse to meet up with anyone anymore 😂

@MrsLBear this was my 3rd session she does different things each time dependent on my cycle as well.

I'm 1 dpo! Not holding out much hope to be honest but hey. Honestly the month I fell pregnant I didn't use OPKs or apps or preseed nothing.

I'm noticing more people who are pregnant as well it's tough. X

@MrsLBear @FlapJackered @elw85 thanks, no we didn’t suspect a thing, I’ve been exhausted but otherwise my symptoms have been really quite mild! The doctors told me this could be the calm before the storm though and I certainly feel a good bit more queasy today.

@LokiCat - thanks for asking :) work has kind of calmed down but next week will remain crazy I think.
Currently cleaning car as it gets handed back on Monday and I get my new one. Yassss!

@MrsH497 such a rollercoaster. And frustrating as it's all a big guessing game really. Have you done many sessions of acupuncture? Well I've got my fx for you!!

I'm ok...same as you tbh. Ups and downs. Feel really deflated with it sometimes and envious of people I know that have announced that they are pg recently.
I contemplated cutting all opks and everything if we aren't lucky this cycle. I don't think it's helping my sanity tbh and I feel like I can't time it any better and it still hasn't worked or is yet to work again rather.

@LokiCat - thank you! I think I had the higher temp as I was awake in the middle of the night to DTD and that usually throws my temps off 😂
Hopefully we’ve done enough to cover bases!

Oh I'm not too sure about the temps. I think it's because you had a slight temp rise the day of your peak, which is why FF has marked it as ovulation day?
Fingers crossed it looks like you've covered your bases if ovulation is either day!

@FlapJackered thank you so so much ☺️ I’m 15 DPO so I really did hold off to test! I’ve been really tired all week which I put down to a few bad sleeps and I’ve been feeling really nauseous! Was stressing out as DP was talking to me through the bathroom door then hanging about upstairs 🙈🙈 going to test again with FMU to see if I get a better line as this one got stuffed in my bra and smuggled out the room 😂😂 xx
