Hi guys I am 7DPO (I think) and don’t think I’ve done it this month but feeling rather alone and would like someone to talk to about it all!

Only symptoms I’ve had this month are IM BOILING HOT (but it is June), I’m really tired constantly and went to bed at 8.30 the last two nights (but my work is crap atm) and really heavy, sore boobs.

Think I ovulated last Monday/Tuesday and going to test Friday. My periods aren’t back to being regular as of yet after coming off the mini pill so it’s anyones guess.

Would love someone to symptom spot with!

@lonelyonee hey! First month trying and currently on holiday camping with the DH. Tent sex is not fun 😂😂

Hope everyone is doing ok 👍🏻 😍

Xxx

Keepingfaith100 · 27/06/2019 15:12

@Abi58 so I’m on cd 8. OH has worked away majority of this year so it would have being a miracle to conceive tbh.
Hoping for this month. Trying to be more mindful and less stressful, but easier said than done on that score!

CroissantwithCheese · 27/06/2019 14:03

Doing well thanks @lonelyonee and @Abi58, just finished up with AF, on cd4 and waiting to start trying again!

If it works out this month baby will be coming at end March. I'm in the nice pre-obsession stage now but still finding it hard to concentrate on things.

Fingers crossed for everyone, stay in touch!

Abi58 · 27/06/2019 13:56

@lonelyonee that sounds like a battle plan 😁 good luck! Lee is posted on how you're getting on?

I hope everyone else is ok?

lonelyonee · 27/06/2019 13:53

@Abi58 I'm taking the seven seas trying for a baby ones + a cod liver oil + vitamin C also. I've decided to switch from coffee to tea & I'm attempting to drink tonnes of water every day at work (something about plump ovaries I've read?). I'm going to try the pineapple thing too, and I'm planning on using OPKs from CD 7/8 so fingers crossed!
POSITIVE THOUGHTS to you Smile

How's everyone else getting on?

@lonelyonee same here 5mg which is so much! So hoping that cover me 😂
Are you taking any other supplements?
I've started raking before my dinner in the evening and so far I've missed 1 day in 2 months so not bad going, it's sort of routine now
Aw thank you :) glad it's looking ok, I have no idea whether it's progressing as it should/slowly but miles better than last month 😁💕🤞🏻

lonelyonee · 26/06/2019 13:41

@Abi58 I am too! I'm supposed to take it anyway but I'm useless and always forget so I'm making sure I am on it this month! Yeah anything's just worth a try I'm up for anything to try get an April baby!
I've been looking into smep so may give it a try, just hoping my body is cooperative with me!
Aww that's great, yeah I'm watching your thread just haven't commented on there as I'm juggling a few threads atm. Definitely going in the right direction there yay Smile

Abi58 · 26/06/2019 11:47

@lonelyonee that sounds really good! I'm deficient on folic acid so am on a stupidly high dose anyway so fingers crossed that covers it (plus been taking a boots one)

I have no idea if they work but for the sake of a few nuts or bits of pineapple if it could help 🤞🏻👍🏻

Hah I know how you feel about that I'm not fussed about what month but there a certain ones I'm hoping to avoid as so many other things going on in them 😂 if this one sticks we should be in a great month 😁
(5 and Father's Day is ALOT so completely get that!)

I'm feeling good thanks, a lot more positive this month which I'm taking as a good sign but doesn't stop the worry 🙈 waves of nausea and stabbing cramps pains but if it means egg is burrowing deep I'll take all the pain it throws at me 😂🤞🏻
Thank you! Me too! Have you seen the pics? Looking darker just hoping the progression is in line with how it should be 🤞🏻 will feel so much. Enter when af date has been and gone!

lonelyonee · 26/06/2019 11:36

@Abi58 I'm going to use OPKs this cycle, and I'm being strict about taking my supplements every day also. Ah I'll have to give those a go though, I'm open to any suggestions on anything that can give me a boost. Desperate to conceive before September as I can't have another birthday in June in the family. There's already 5 plus Father's Day and we can barely afford those haha.
How are you feeling? Glad your lines are getting darker! Smile

Abi58 · 25/06/2019 22:59

@lonelyonee that's a great idea. Are you going to try anything different this cycle? I've been hearing about pineapple and Brazil nuts? No idea if it works but it can't harm (unless you absolutely hate them 😂)

Also smep is meant to be great!

Aw thank you! Ice tonight darker again so 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 (weirdly my evening ones are darker than fmu 🤷🏻‍♀️)

lonelyonee · 25/06/2019 22:29

@Abi58 I've got a loooonnngggg wait ahead of me. I'm currently on CD 4 after getting a BFN & AF on Saturday. So won't be testing now until at least Saturday 20th Sad
Just trying to be positive and take my vitamins/supplements every day. Need to work on reducing my stress levels also but I'm a stress head so easier said than done!

My fingers and toes are crossed for you! x

Abi58 · 25/06/2019 15:24

@lonelyonee thank you so so much! I'm so nervous it won't stick again so testing every day 😂 💕
I'm sending luck and love to all of you!

When are you going to test?

lonelyonee · 25/06/2019 14:54

Omg @Abi58 congrats !!! Fingers crossed it sticks and you get an extra strong BFP the weekend! We need some of your luck to run off on us pleeeaseeee Smile
I feel like I've got forever to wait now until I can test its like I'm wishing the weeks away Sad

Abi58 · 24/06/2019 22:01

Put a pic up (was coming up with errors when trying to add here so had to creat a thread. It's call I think I got my bfp if anyone wanted to see 🤞🏻 the line gets darker tomorrow 🤞🏻😁

Abi58 · 24/06/2019 21:09

@AllTheGlitter thank you! I'm not sure but it will be further than I've ever got so 🤞🏻

Awww glad I could help 🥰 🤞🏻 for your next cycle 💕

AllTheGlitter · 24/06/2019 21:02

@Abi58 try not to stress it won’t help. Just try and relax and wait it out. Am I right in thinking once you’ve missed your period you’re a bit safer? (I know you’re never SAFE but safer)?

I’m okay thank you just got cramps and I’m grumpy but your news has cheered me up a bit Smile

Abi58 · 24/06/2019 20:34

@AllTheGlitter thank you so much! 🤞🏻 no I tested stupidly early at 9dpo 😩 not due til Friday/Saturday so it's going to be a stressful week 🤞🏻🥰
How are you??

AllTheGlitter · 24/06/2019 20:23

@Abi58 OO CONGRATS! Try not to worry, praying for a sticky baby!

Are you late for AF yet?

OP posts:
Abi58 · 24/06/2019 19:52

Welcome@Jadey31 i don't think there is a position that is better I think the best to do is try to enjoy it and pleasure helps 😁🙈
I was on the pill for 12 years. Stopped mid March mid pack didn't bleed until the beginning May then end of May got a bfp, unfortunately it ended early (chemical/early miscarriage) but nothing to do with the pill.

@AllTheGlitter sorry to hear about af 🙁 how are you feeling now?

@CroissantwithCheese sorry to hear about af 🤞🏻 for you

So this morning I think o got my bfp! So worried though as last month I had a chemical pregnancy worried it's going to disappear again 😩

lonelyonee · 24/06/2019 19:26

@Jadey31 Yeah a long time to be on it so it's to be expected that it'll take a while to get our bodies back to normal and when I saw the doctors last year over concerns with irregular bleeding etc... they told me it can take up to two years to conceive after coming off the pill. Thankfully I know everything's okay in there as I had to have an ultrasound to check it all out. Just gotta keep at it until we get a BFP!

@AllTheGlitter I know I feel awful for it but it's annoying that some people seem to just accidentally get what we all are trying so hard for Sad little disheartening.

AllTheGlitter · 24/06/2019 19:07

Hi @Jadey31 I was on for 10 years with only a couple breaks and mine is almost back regular, just every 30-40 days. Don’t stress, it’ll happen :)

@CroissantwithCheese how are you feeling? I’ve eaten 2 white kitkats while waiting for pizza to cook I’m so fed up!

@lonelyonee it is really difficult as you feel so jealous and then so stupid for being jealous! :(

Jadey31 · 24/06/2019 16:07

Hi @lonelyonee! I've been on the pill for 10 years so I'm trying not to get my hopes up too soon! I hope everything is going well for you and fingers crossed! 😘😘

@AllTheGlitter and @CroissantwithCheese thank you for your replies. I've read before that certain positions. I'll just have to try them all and hope for the best haha!

Good luck ladies!

lonelyonee · 24/06/2019 15:49

Hey everyone!
@AllTheGlitter at least you can safely have a drink & enjoy yourself, you never know it may help de stress a little Smile I'm in the same sorta boat DPs little sister just had her 1st... was very unexpected and shocked us all with her being so young. It's hard not to be a little jealous.
Welcome @Jadey31 there's a lingo list on here somewhere which helps! Also good luck ttc baby no 1! How exciting
How long were you on the pill for? I was on it for 12 years and I think it's had an impact on ttc as I'm on cycle 5 without it now.
I've heard that positions which get closer to the cervix are better but it's one of those, maybe just have a go at doing them all!

@CroissantwithCheese oh no have you taken a test at all? Hopped onto the July bus already I have lol.

AllTheGlitter · 24/06/2019 13:55

@CroissantwithCheese mine has finally come on heavy today :(

I had a slight hope it was implantation but it’s well and truly not.

Hope yours is though!

OP posts:
CroissantwithCheese · 24/06/2019 11:18

aaaand there she is, right on cue :( Holding out that it's implantation bleeding but looks unlikely. Fingers crossed for all the others who have yet to find out this month, and for everyone else - see you in july!
