Anyone in the TWW???

Hi everyone,

So as the title says is there anyone in the TWW?
DH and I said we would try for number 2 after summer but whoops we've had a couple of slips. I looked at my ovulation app (which has never failed me before to get pregnant) and both times it was in my fertile days.

So here's the confusion.. I apparently was in my fertile days from 8th-13th June.
13th June being the day of ovulation. We DTD 8th June and 11th June. The last couple of days I have had very bad cramps low down. This can't be implantation yet so was it ovulation pains? My CM was snot like some of it thick but also some of it was slippery too sorry TMI!! am so confused, feeling I've missed the boat.
This TWW is stressful. I've never temped or taken OPK's as it's always been quite easy for me to fall pregnant (I've had a lot of miscarriages Sad)
We are lucky enough to have a DD though.
DH is actually quite excited that we could be pregnant but I just don't know and feeling quite impatient!

Yes, BD nearly everyday since AF. To the point It was becoming a chore so we've slowed down now. So we are enjoying again. It's just I think I'm going loopy cos I got loads of symptoms before the ovulation test was at it's darkest.

@MrsHufflepuffMS you're still in with a chance doing it that morning as you ovulate 12-36 hours after a positive. Did you bd in the days before it?

I'm literally driving myself crazy here, however, it is exciting when you develop a new symptom 😊

Ooohhhh! Both your symptoms sound so good!!! If you haven't been that tired in a while and you never do that then that is totally exciting!!!
Shooting pains are also a really good sign! Arghhhh could this be all of ours month?

So I've just had a big glob of gooey and stretchy CM with a yellow tinge to it. I've never been so happy to see CM 😂😂😂

So I came home at 4.30 today . .and I just woke up 8pm? How crazy is that, that has never happened before in my life ! Can being this tired be wishful thinking ?

@RoRosmama colds are like a top symptom in the early days!!!
My cm hasn't been great all month...

I just had some really sharp shooting pains... I reckon I'm at least 3dpo now. Maybe more...

Ok so I've just come down with a horrible cold, it's just started! Feel a sinus headache coming on which is horrible, I've recently come off antibiotics from a nasty sinus infection. 😭

Also question what is your CM like? Sorry TMI but I'm feeling quite down as mine has completely dried up. Still getting those period type pains though 😬

@MrsHufflepuffMS I agree with Treaclepie19 I'd go with ovulation test date. I am going to test 28th June as that is when AF is due although of course I'll probably get tests a few days before and end up testing early.
Sooooooo many times have I squinted to see that line! I've even taken pregnancy tests out of the bin hours later to see if one has come up. Plenty of times they have but of course always been evap lines. The things we do eh?!

I am feeling INCREDIBLY tired right now, can barely keep my eyes open. Off to collect DD from nursery in about 20 mins and I just want to sleep!

MrsHufflepuffMS personally I'd go for ovulation test date. I've been there with the testing and looking for lines!

@treaclepie19 we need to allow ourselves sad days sometimes. X

If I had a normal 28 day cycle. AF would arrive 23rd, this Sunday.
If we go by ovulation test, the date would be, 28th.
However, if I got by what the app has predicted based on my crazy AF history, then she's not coming until 2nd of July Sad Sad

Which one to go by ?

Also, I went and did a test which ofcourse is early. And it was BFN. Why am i punishing myself. I'm sure you guys now how closely I was looking for that line Blush

I'm just telling myself now it's only just over a week and I should know one way or another! Then it starts all over again.

I think I'm starting to see things I thought I was spotting earlier but I dont think so now. Lol

I'm on day 22 of my cycle, if I didn't have such a weird cycle I'd be able to tell by now :(

I dunno! I like to think it is... normally constipation is only a pregnancy thing for me. Surely it's way too early though.

You can do it! What day are you thinking of testing?

@Treaclepie19 sending you big hugs ☺️ your symptoms sound really good!! Do you feel this is related to the pregnancy, the constipation? Keeping my fingers crossed for you both!

I am doing ok this morning. Felt some period type twinges on and off but other than that...nada! I am ages away from testing so I'm going to hold out this week. I CAN DO THIS! 😩 can I? 😂 I know if I test now it'll be BFN and I just don't want to see that right now.

I'm really tired this morning as our 3yo woke up at 4am 😱
Otherwise I'm quite teary but that's not abnormal since losing our little boy December.

Constipation still seems to be happening which is normally a pregnancy symptom for me. I keep telling myself though that it's likely just ovulation hormones doing it because it's too early!

It's funny you say that I have a kinda tightness around and above my public bone and low tummy. But then the tightness on the public bone I've had before. I asked the doctor about it presently and she said basically when we are due on everything down there separates, ready for a baby and sometimes you can fill the rubbing off that.
Maybe this is a sign of being close to being about to do a test?
I'm also getting a lot more fluid down there (sorry no pleasant way to say that)

The boob fullness started before I got the dark line on the ovulation test, so who knows what's going on?

We can get through this, I figure if it's a negative result we are going to be disappointed no matter how much we get our Hopes up. So we might as well embrace the madness right ? :)

@MrsHufflepuffMS when I was pregnant with DD my first symptom that I noticed was my boobs felt full. They changed a lot. Sure they aches but it was the fullness that was a huge give away for me!

@MrsHufflepuffMS that sounds so promising that your mum had the white marks too! Looking real good for you!!! Isn't it annoying none of us truly know how many DPO we are 🙄 I'm literally wishing the days away.
So I'm having this ache in my uterus it's not tender but I'm very aware that it's almost sore. Like it's stretching, possible wishful thinking. I probably get that every month but don't actually notice it.

@Treaclepie19 having you both to talk to is definitely getting me through the TWW 😊

I know I kept looking at my app re doing the maths lol.
This is my first. For the last few day's I've had dull aches in my lower belly, particularly on my left side. Today I've had a weird stinging, defo never had that before, it's not painful just stingy. Before that my boobs felt like they filled with water. They feel so heavy.
I keep going off food, like my stomach turns ? But I get anxiety, so feeling sicky is quite common for me.
Also my mum said she had white marks on her nipples with her three children. I have that kinda like bleach marks.
I just dont know how much any of this is wishful thinking ?

I want to test now too!!! Arghhhhhh it's so bloody frustrating but I am thankful I have you ladies to chat to! St least we can all go bonkers together.
I keep looking at the calendar and and how long it is to test.
@MrsHufflepuffMS do you have any children or are you trying TTC your first?

How are both your symptoms apart from the constipation?
