Anyone in the TWW???

Hi everyone,

So as the title says is there anyone in the TWW?
DH and I said we would try for number 2 after summer but whoops we've had a couple of slips. I looked at my ovulation app (which has never failed me before to get pregnant) and both times it was in my fertile days.

So here's the confusion.. I apparently was in my fertile days from 8th-13th June.
13th June being the day of ovulation. We DTD 8th June and 11th June. The last couple of days I have had very bad cramps low down. This can't be implantation yet so was it ovulation pains? My CM was snot like some of it thick but also some of it was slippery too sorry TMI!! am so confused, feeling I've missed the boat.
This TWW is stressful. I've never temped or taken OPK's as it's always been quite easy for me to fall pregnant (I've had a lot of miscarriages Sad)
We are lucky enough to have a DD though.
DH is actually quite excited that we could be pregnant but I just don't know and feeling quite impatient!

Hi girls just an update I'm 10dpo today I baught some tesco cheap tests and they came up with very faint lines so my husband when and baught me a clear blue and it has come up positive the line is faint but I'm defo got my bfp I hope you all get yours soon and I'm 4days till my period and yesterday I got a bfn on a clear blue the Tesco cheap ones I took are called freedom you get 2 for a pound I defo thought I was out this month just comes to show don't lose hope till af shows her ugly face lol please pray for me that I will have a happy healthy 9 months ... also I used conceive plus this cycle it's my first try since comming off the copper coil Smile xxxxxx

No I'm not, we're having a month or two off while we work out what to do. We lost a baby at 22+3 in december (termination for medical reasons) so TTC is a bit of a nerve wracking journey for us.

@BarbaraD I wouldn't say you're out at all. I've never had a bfp before 11dpo.

Hi everyone sorry to jump in like this I'm fairly new to netmums . I hope you are all doing ok ..Smile I'm curently in the tww I'm at 9dpo I think . I took a test this morning using a clear blue 6 days early one . And I got a bfn. Am I out for this month I've been having symptoms on and off I had a bfp with my daughter at 8dpo do you all think that's it for me now ? I've lost all hope now please any help or advice Smile

Thanks girls for all the advice you have given me sorry about the late reply .... I'm on 9 dpo today and I took a pregnancy test this morning using my first morning urine and it was a negative I think I'm out this month I've lost all hope now I got a positive pregnancy test with my daughter at 8dpo anyway God bless and I hope you all get good news Smile

@RoRosmama thanks for your kind words. It's coming up to a year of TTC and 1 mc ( also had a mc 2 years ago). This is our first baby and I'm soon to be 39 so at the age where literally all of my friends and female family relatives have children or newborns so makes it even harder.
On the road of testing now at fertility clinics to see if there's any answers there.

@Kiza I am so sorry to hear you're having such a horrible time at the moment. Do you mind if I ask how long you have been TTC?
The whole thing is just so stressful isn't it. Will this be your first? I am sending positive vibes your way and much love and hugs!
@MrsHufflepuffMS what a strange 7 days for you! Periods can be so confusing sometimes and it's so annoying as it just messes everything up 😡 the things us ladies have to go through!!

Seriously over the last 3 months my periods have gone crazy! I've had the strangest spotting and a very short cycle one month- driving me insane!
I wonder if it's the stress of tracking?

@MrsHufflepuffMS so strange that it sounds like a super light period, when did you last take a pregnancy test? Just wondering if it's worth taking another one if the last one was Thursday?
@BarbaraD Hi and welcome ☺️ if you ovulated then sure you can conceive, although I'm aware your message was from Thursday last week but if you DTD just before you ovulated and during (and even after) then you're still in with a chance

@Kiza I'm not too bad. What ever it was it took 7 days to stop. All I can do is see how this month goes. Third times the charm? Right?! I'm sorry you're feeling so low, it's good you're really focusing on yourself. We're here for you to rant at. Xx
@RoRosmama I'm so happy for you, even if pregancy isn't always comfortable there's gotta still be excitement. I did consider going to the doctors cos it was that weird. I wonder what will happen this month...
I'm very much focusing on losing weight as of this month. I hope it helps.

@MrsHufflepuffMS sorry about the delayed response, was up in Scotland over the weekend. How's things now?
@RoRosmama I'm not doing great tbh, been really struggling this last month or so and feeling low, tearful and angry about a number of things related to TTC. Even added stress of going to the GP for tests and turns out they've messed us around and I've been on the phone for 2 hours this morning trying to sort it and ended up crying down the phone to about 4 different people (out of the 10 I called).
Think I'm going to ask the GP for some fertility counselling.

@MrsHufflepuffMS have you been to see the doc about it at all? They could maybe shed some light? Has the bleeding stopped now?
I'm doing ok. Very tired and very nauseas but that's to be expected. I also look about 7 mo the pregnant, it's embarrassing. I'm only 10 weeks!
@BarbaraD welcome!! My cycles average 32 days and have been for years. I'm pretty sure you will be able to conceive.

Hi everyone I'm new to netmums Smile I was just looking for some help so I have been having 31 day cycles in the past five months because of the copper coil I had it removes on the 19th July 19 ... And I am on cycle day 17 I got a flashing smiley face yesterday on my clear blue ovulation test and today a static smiley face which I am so excited about..Smile my question is this am I still able to conceive this month with such a long cyle ? Any help would be most appreciated thanks

@Kiza Af was due on the 4th or 5th. This pain and light bleeding started friday 2nd.

@RoRosmama How are you? No not bad as in not unbearable. I had pretty bad pains on day two. Enough to take paracetamol but really nothing abnormal.
Now I've has cramps, like a bit like bloated cramps, today and yesterday. Tomorrow is day 7.
