@Lottiepink - still got everything crossed for you :)

ELW85 · 11/06/2019 05:59

@MrsEG - I’m pleased it’s not just me; I’ve got loads of scenarios in my head, and just looking forward to the time I actually get to see one come into fruition and see the look on DH’s face :)

@LokiCat - Oh, that baby grow sounds adorable!! Do you think you will end up testing?
And thank you, yes the appointment tomorrow is for both of us. DH is dreading it as he doesn’t like tests etc but I think this initial one is going to be a chat, so he should be fine. It’s all for the greater good!

Lottiepink · 10/06/2019 22:57

Been a very busy weekend so sorry for trying to catch up and for the joint tag... but @ValidUser @MrsEG and @MrsH497 so sorry to you all, for all the different reasons you are all feeling low. I feel for you all 😘

I'm 10dpo and although my temp is up and down slightly but still high (temp drop below cover line 6dpo) I'm not optimistic. Been away all weekend and have ran to the bathroom quite a few times after some af type cramps and feeling very 'wet' tmi 😱 apparently af is due tomorrow. Not going to test as I don't feel anything apart from af will arrive as I'm a bit crampy still.

Wishing you all BFP's soon 😘

MrsH497 · 10/06/2019 22:47

@Fivebyfive2 thanks Hun. Had a bubble bath and a face mask tonight. Anxiety really sucks! But you're right what will be will be. I've got my amazing DH and that's what matters 🌈 will come x

Fivebyfive2 · 10/06/2019 22:34

@ValidUser, you're not out until you're out hun and I've got everything crossed for you xxx

@MrsH497, I'm so sorry for everything that is going on at the moment. Please take care of yourself xx For what it's worth, we didn't try at all the very first cycle after the surgery. It was hard, especially when I knew I was ovulating as I thought we could be missing our 'big chance'... but it was nice to give ourselves (and just my body!) a small break. All I'm saying is, don't be hard on yourself, don't put too much pressure on xxx

@MrsEG, omg don't even, we love you and your posts! Always happy to save you £75! Absolutely feel free to be sad if you feel sad. For a bit after my mc, I'd be fine all day, all evening and then, if I went to bed and dh stopped up... Bam! Crying! I think it would hit me when it was all quiet. It's all normal. You do you xxx Because you're awesome 😃

MrsH497 · 10/06/2019 21:26

Aw @LokiCat me and DH are the blue family as well! 👮🏻‍♀️

ValidUser · 10/06/2019 21:23

@LokiCat that is strange! 😂

@orangeloo I love your username. What's the story with it?

LokiCat · 10/06/2019 21:22

@ELW85 I feel the same as you, wondering whether I should test on Saturday to then have time to prepare a little surprise for DH on Father's Day (I've been looking at little baby grows online which say 'daddy's backup' to surprise my police officer DH with).
The rationale part of me is saying just wait to see if AF shows up, though..
Is Wednesday your joint appt with DH? I hope it's useful xx

LokiCat · 10/06/2019 21:17

@MrsEG please don't feel like you're putting a downer on the threads. It is good to hear from you and if you want to stay, I'd love to continue to hear about your journey and hopefully the results from your tests.
We all need an outlet and who better to share it with than others who are going through similar situations. We all want the same end goal and I'm glad we have each other's support and this cheerleading corner of the internet.
Whenever I get a chance to log on to MN, I love seeing everyone's updates and always hope to see another BFP.
Put yourself first, whether thats filling the threads with essays or taking some time away for TLC. The groups always here for you 😊

@ValidUser I'm sorry you're feeling so low! Have everything crossed for you that it's positive news!
Strangely, Im currently rewatching old episodes of Greys Anatomy, as well and bawling like a baby! Too many emotions from that show for me..

@MrsH497 I'm so so sorry for your friend. That must have been so difficult for her today.
I hope all goes tomorrow at work, it's understandable to be anxious.

orangeloo · 10/06/2019 21:15

@MrsH497 I'm so sorry to hear about your friend that's awful. Thanks
All the best for work tomorrow just breathe and take each moment as it comes. Xx

@MrsEG as everyone has said do not feel sorry at all for posting what you feel. That is the whole point we are here and I for one love seeing how people are really feeling and think it's great how we can open up. You're normal and all your feelings are valid. You've been through a real tough time and u need to take care of yourself and just one day at a time. Also don't feel bad for feeling bad about other people's baby news. I get real bad moments with that and almost pure jealous and anger but that doesn't make us bad people it's just hard seeing someone get something so (seemingly) easy that is not coming easy to us. It's an intrinsic ache so it's natural to feel that way and it hurts.

Please continue to say whatever you need or have a break when you need. Happy to save you that £75 anytime. ThanksXx

MrsEG · 10/06/2019 21:14

@Imjustme2019 Thank you so much. I was genuinely getting such anxiety about making other women feel stressed about the ‘what ifs’ by talking about what was happening to me. Thank you so much for your kindness it really means so much xx

MrsH497 · 10/06/2019 21:14

@ValidUser you are fabulous!

@orangeloo yes we really are. We've not been trying since the MC but not avoiding or preventing if that makes sense.

New line manager has said although she's not in tomorrow come in for a couple of hours then go home which is nice.

Honestly there are days I don't know what I'd do without you ladies.

MrsEG · 10/06/2019 21:13

@ELW85 Ramble away :) I completely understand - with my BFP in december I was so desperate to get it in time for DHs birthday. It’s so easy to get carried away with it all in your head and conjure up these scenarios! I must have played out how I will tell all my friends about a healthy successful scan 100 times over. Hope is all we have! I think 12DPO is perfectly reasonable to test xx

@ValidUser Will really be thinking of you this week, look after yourself x

Imjustme2019 · 10/06/2019 21:11

@MrsEG, like you've already acknowledged, people have sent you lovely messages, so no, we wouldn't be better off if you didn't post, we sent messages because we like what you put and want to support you like you support us. You do whatever you want whenever you want, I totally agree with @ELW85. Lastly, I don't think anyone should apologise for talking about how they're feeling on here. This thread is so we can do just that, as women/ladies/gals we want to be there for each other and give each other that boost we need from time to time.

Sorry to hear you're feeling low @ValidUser

Sorry to hear about your friend @MrsH497

ELW85 · 10/06/2019 21:07

As are you, @ValidUser! Xx

ValidUser · 10/06/2019 21:06

Thanks everyone. You are all fabulous. Xxxxxxxxx ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

@MrsEG - thank you for being so considerate, and yes I’m now in the dreaded TWW!
My temps are really crawling this cycle, so I’m still nervous about my progesterone but going to the docs on Wednesday to present my case and see what they say.
AF/BFP is due 20/06 but I’m so tempted to do a FRER on Sunday. It would be the best Father’s Day present for DH but the pressure of that situation alone makes me not want to do it.
I’m rambling! Sorry.

ELW85 · 10/06/2019 21:03

@ValidUser - sending you massive hugs, matey.
Sorry you’re feeling as you are. Still got absolutely everything crossed for you and will do until you get your BFP :D

MrsEG · 10/06/2019 21:01

@ValidUser It really is hard; how you can be so happy for someone, and yet have that pit-of-your-stomach feeling also. And knowing there’s nothing you can do about it; we’re already doing all we can, and just have to suck it and see.
I’m so sorry you’re feeling this way today, it’s horrible. As the girls have said you really aren’t out yet, perhaps being away from home when AF is due may take your mind off it a little?

@ELW85 Thank you so much lovely. It’s a bloody tough old road at times. It’s so nice to have this support along the way; how are you feeling? Are you in your TWW now?

@MrsH497 I am so sad for your friend. Unthinkable. Good luck tomorrow - it’s not as bad as you think once the first hour is over and done with. Xx

orangeloo · 10/06/2019 21:01

@MrsH497 she might be on her way then. Do you feel ready to continue ttc once you know where you are? X

ELW85 · 10/06/2019 20:59

@MrsH497 - oh I’m so, so sorry. I didn’t realise that was today.
I’m hoping work goes well for you, although I totally get why you’re feeling anxious.
Be kind to yourself my dear, and just make sure you take any time out you need. Work can be overwhelming without anything else going on, so do what you need to do.

I can totally understand trying to recall symptoms too. It’s difficult when you don’t know where you are in your cycle necessarily. Hopefully you get some answers soon.

ValidUser · 10/06/2019 20:57

Thanks @ELW85 and @MrsH497. At 10 dpo, apparently 80% will get a faint BFP on a FRER. It's not that I'm totally out. Just it seems less and less possible. Although my likely 10dpo time didn't coincide with FMU, so I don't know.

Currently tearing up at Grey's Anatomy. I normally watch it for the laughs. This seems quite PMSish.

@MrsH497 that's so sad for your friend. Make sure you're still looking after you. X

MrsH497 · 10/06/2019 20:52

@ELW85 friends baby was born sleeping today. I'm doing ok back to work tomorrow feeling anxious. Had cramps, and a bit one sided and felt a bit sick today no idea when AF is expected. Stupidly trying to remember how I felt before I knew I was pregnant.

@ValidUser still got everything crossed for you!!! Xx

ELW85 · 10/06/2019 20:46

@MrsEG - please don’t worry about how you’re making anyone feel.
I don’t want to (but think I do) speak for everyone when I say it’s SO GOOD to hear from you.
We’ve missed you!

Everything you’re describing is more than understandable and totally natural, and nobody would judge you for feeling how you feel, because honestly, we can totally relate and we just want to be here for you as much as you are for us Flowers
You do whatever works for you in terms of posting or not, but just know you have nothing but a positive effect on our little gang!

@ValidUser - I’m so sorry you’re feeling low, my dear. It doesn’t sound like anything counts you out yet though, so keep your head up :) I’m sure it was over 80% of people get a false negative at 8DPO so please don’t read into it!

@MrsH497 - wonderful to hear from you too, and sending lots of hugs and positivity your way

Xx

MrsH497 · 10/06/2019 20:28

@MrsEG always lovely to hear from you! I'm starting to learn all these different feelings from a MC are all normal. Today is anxiety.
You have not bummed anyone out you're amazing and remember that. Xx
