@XjustagirlX To be honest, it could be a few things. You can sometimes get-mid cycle spotting, it can be an early AF sign (I have it myself). Implantation bleeding is another but I personally have no experience of that. 7DPO would be much too early to know if you were pregnant so try and hold out until around 11DPO if you are planning to take a test. Fingers crossed x

MrsChicken89 · 13/06/2019 14:03

@XjustagirlX you won't know until AF does or doesn't turn up or do a test. I always get very brown spotting for a few days before AF turns up. Hang in there for a few more days.

XjustagirlX · 13/06/2019 13:30

Either AF has arrived or it’s implantation bleeding. How do I know which?

I’m 7dpo and it was very brown.

starkid · 13/06/2019 13:07

@ELW85 that's amazing news xx

MrsEG · 13/06/2019 13:01

Also, think AF is coming back Smile With my two past MCs it took 5 weeks; it will only be 4 weeks on Saturday since this one but today I’m having cramps and a little tiny spotting. So pleased I seem to have had a totally normal cycle! Onwards and upwards :)

ELW85 · 13/06/2019 12:58

@orangeloo - honestly, who knows :) I’m just so, so glad that I’ll at least get a test to address my progesterone concerns!
It just so happens that today is 7 days to AF, so the nurses are getting me in today to catch this cycle! Yay!

LokiCat · 13/06/2019 12:57

Geez, what a fail with the tagging. Sorry all!

LokiCat · 13/06/2019 12:57

@starkid @Lozzlepop @Lottiepink @MrsEG thanks! They're turning the venue into a North Shore High school set, then have photo ops, food and drink from the movie and then a screening of the film on a big screen. I love Mean Girls (seen it way too many times) so jumped at the chance!

@that90sgirl oh 58 days is a long cycle! How long were they previously? I think an appointment is best to discuss and get some answers.

@Imjustme2019 I'm sorry things are difficult and your anxiety has been set off. I'm glad you are able to reach out to services. I hope things get better with your DP. TTC can get very stressful and sometimes puts pressure on relationships.

@Lozzlepop hope your first day back was okay! Haha the furry ones do seem to run things don't they. Ours jumped on my at the crack of dawn this morning demanding food!

@MrsEG Hairspray singalong sounds brilliant! I love stuff like that. I just saw that they're going to be releasing tickets for Harry Potter with a live orchestra, which sounds right up my street!
Ah sorry you've come down with something. I hope you're better enough to celebrate on Saturday!

@MrsH497 ah bless your DH. It's a nice feeling to see they're just as involved!

@ELW85 that's great! Maybe there was some realisation after you left that you weren't asking for any extensive tests right now. Hopefully the start of some answers!

MrsEG · 13/06/2019 12:56

@Lottiepink Yeah, I just really wanted to get some data back in to my Ava but they definitely suggest I’m unwell with my temp and HR spiking and dropping all over the place!

@ELW85 That would be a dream haha! Especially with this rubbish weather! Ah what good news from your GP!! Like you say at least it’s something!

@MrsH497 Oh bless your DH that’s so cute.

orangeloo · 13/06/2019 12:40

@ELW85 that is great news. Maybe GP had their conscience pricked after you left.

ELW85 · 13/06/2019 12:25

Thanks @MrsEG and sorry to hear you’re not well - maybe the Saturday surprise can be a day in bed picnic?!

The strangest thing has just happened - the doctors surgery just called and asked me to book in for bloods with the nurse. Apparently, they want to do a baseline and a progesterone test - at least it’s a start!!
No idea why the change of heart, but that’s great news!!

Lottiepink · 13/06/2019 12:19

@MrsEG thing is also with your temp, with not being well that will affect them too. Hope you feel better soon. I know you would think with all the vitamins you wouldn't catch anything!

Lottiepink · 13/06/2019 12:18

@Lozzlepop I've never done a frer in my whole year of ttc 😱 if af doesn't arrive I will get one maybe tomorrow/Saturday. But I kinda feel like there's no point as af will come. still a bit crampy on and off. Are ic's usually sensitive? I know it says there sensitive, but just not sure.

I was religious with my pregnacare, took extra vitamin c and ate pineapple core for 5 days before and including ov day, and then 3 Brazil nuts a day, for every day after ov (still eating them)

@MrsEG thank you, I know I'm really please if anything that it's got longer, even if af does come it's something ha! Aww I know it's still early days. Good your still taking them though, as at least you will see when they regulate?

MrsH497 · 13/06/2019 11:18

Welcome new ladies!!

Bless DH he texted asking whether having 2 yolks in one egg was a sign?! He's hoping as much as I am!

Hope everyone has a good day x

MrsEG · 13/06/2019 11:15

@ELW85 Really hope the appointment comes through soon!

@Bettythecat Thank you, you are so lovely. How are you feeling?

@LokiCat A mean girls event sounds SO GOOD! Me and my friends are booked on for a Hairspray movie singalong later this year!

@MrsChicken89 It is frustrating - I’m on my own gym kick at the moment and trying to keep as healthy as I can while staying sane :) I’ve found it’s actually helped mentally, I still have some really awful days but it’s pulled me out of some funks.

@that90sgirl 58 days! You poor thing, I’d definitely see a doctor to check it all out.

@Imjustme2019 So sorry to hear you’re having a horrible time of it. Could you try and talk to DP and try and clear the air a bit later?

@Lozzlepop Holiday weight is just how you know you had a great time haha! See it as a souvenir! I’m so the same when we go away, go fully YOLO and then cry when I get back home haha! Hope work is okay today :)

@Lottiepink how odd, but great your LP has extended - will keep my FX for you, you never know! My temps are alllll over the place this month. Just ignoring them really as I’m still only a few weeks post-MC but it looks like a bloody mountain range!!

I am definitely Not Well. Felt a bit clammy last night but otherwise alright, even woke up okay but tired, but right now I feel rotten. I know DH has something planned for us for Saturday too so hoping like mad that it’s something or nothing!! I thought all these damn supplements would be keeping the lurgy at bay!!

Lozzlepop · 13/06/2019 10:48

@ELW85 its not actually been as bad as I thought here......yet! Hahah yes the furry overlord was displeased with our absence and meowed for a solid hour upon our return 😂DP is at home with him today so hopefully he will be back to his normal self soon!

@Lottiepink what did you try different? Maybe hold out another few days and try a FRER?

Daisydoodles92 · 13/06/2019 10:41

Ahh sorry to the ladies that got AF/ BFN yesterday xx
@MrsChicken89 @that90sgirl welcome, I think you definitely need some support
@Imjustme2019I'm sorry you're having a bad day. Remember it's okay to not feel okay, give yourself a break and don't put yourself down any more for feeling that way. You are definitely taking the right steps there will always be setbacks xxx

Daisydoodles92 · 13/06/2019 10:40

Lottiepink · 13/06/2019 08:40

@starkid sorry for the bfn, not out til af though!

@ELW85 aww that's great, hope you get an appointment soon!

@MrsChicken89 Welcome! Least you know there isn't any issues, but at the same time it's so frustrating after waiting so long. Hope this is your month 😊

@LokiCat sounds like a good weekend planned, even better that it starts tonight, enjoy 😊

@Imjustme2019 so sorry to hear that you and dp fell out, the fact you have anxiety will make you feel a whole lot worse too, are you going to go to the counselling? Maybe worth a try before going back on the tablets? But I have no idea about it, so don't take my word for it. If you need them, you're maybe doing the right thing to start them again?

@Lozzlepop it's all so strange, it's literally bad pains as if she will arrive, I normally only get to 10dpo sometimes 11 before af arrives, I'm 13dpo today. Just done an ic and it's a bfn. But I did try a few things different this cycle which has maybe just affected my luteal stage and made it a bit longer? Temp dropped yest, but gone back up a bit again today... limbo 😱
Our weather is rubbish too, hope the first day back goes ok!

ELW85 · 13/06/2019 07:54

@Lozzlepop - haha ‘welcome’ (in this awful weather) back!!
Actually laughed out loud at the ‘furry overlord’ comment 😂 The north east isn’t letting the country down; we’ve got biblical rain here!

ELW85 · 13/06/2019 07:51

@Imjustme2019 - so sorry to hear you’re feeling so anxious.
You’re absolutely doing the right thing in reaching out to services like that though.
TTC can put a lot of pressure on any relationship, so don’t feel alone.

Lozzlepop · 13/06/2019 07:48

Well that was a fail! 😂 phone having a meltdown

@starkid sorry to hear it was a BFN lovely!

Hello and welcome @that90sgirl

Lozzlepop · 13/06/2019 07:45

Morning ladies ☺️

@twinkleyeyes35 hello and welcome 👋🏻

@ValidUser sorry to hear that AF arrived but onwards and upwards for your next cycle! How you had a large wine 😉

@ELW85 sorry that the appointment was a let down, hopefully you can get a private one scheduled soon 🤞🏻

@MrsEG hope you had a lovely night, sounds sensible that you took the car or it would have been a very sore head this morning! I need the stretchy pants too- put in about 5 pounds on holiday 🙈 less than ideal and can’t go to the gym this week or next!

@ sorry to hear it was a BFN lovely

Hello @ welcome to the group!

@Lottiepink how many DPO are you? When I got my bfp I had the sensation that AF was coming too 🤞🏻

@MrsChicken89 hello and welcome to the thread! I wouldn’t say there’s anything wrong with getting the referral process underway while you keep trying- gets you in the system so to speak? Just something to consider!

@LokiCat that sounds like an utterly awesome weekend! What’s the Mean Girls event? Like an open air cinema?

Well it’s back to the grind for me this morning while DP is in his bed! The furry overlord was displeased with my getting up so was meowing his head off so I know he’s awake and can start the chores he’s been left 😂 can’t believe I have come home to an amber weather warning 🙈 it’s so grey and miserable! Hope everyone has some better weather than we do!

Imjustme2019 · 13/06/2019 07:42

Hi Everyone,

Sorry to hear @ELW85 that the appointment didn't go well. If you feel you weren't heard, do think if you want to go private. I saw on the NHS website that it's locally decided when they help and at what point.

Welcome to the new people.

@MrsEG you sound/read a bit better, I'm glad to see.

Sorry @ValidUser that AF has arrived.

Things have been rocky at home, me and the DP fell out, he said some things that set my anxiety off big time. I started thinking if we'd be together. He's been away over a long weekend for stag party, come back rather down. I got so worried and stressed I called our employer's counselling service. We've talked a bit more and he said he wants us to carry on as normal/we were and wishes I could chill but there's things that he said flying around my head still, so hard now I'm off my SSRIs, feel like going back on them today. He said he wants to work on things and I'm just second guessing everything.

that90sgirl · 13/06/2019 07:26

@LokiCat @MrsEG
They've range from 44days-58 days. Currently CD 50. From what I've looked at the guidance is to wait six months from coming off the pill and if I've not had periods in this time then to see the doctor. As I've had periods and I thought they cycles were getting shorter I haven't been to see anyone. But since this cycle is now longer than the last I might book an appointment to discuss options.
